Order and pay online, folks. The counter service at this location is phenomenally bad. Consistently terrible every time I go in. I’ve read and agree with the other reviews here about the stopping mid-order to talk to other people, etc. Not once have I been told good morning, how can I help you, nothing. When I went in for bagels for the office one day, the guy at the counter acted like I was seriously ruining his morning by asking for a dozen bagels. I kid you not, I saw his eyes roll when I needed a second to tell him the different flavors I wanted.(LOL) But frequently there will be a line of people waiting to order, and no cashiers at the counter — at any time of day — I’ve seen it occur both morning and afternoon. Assumingly they are delivering meals to tables or something — but there will be a worker at the espresso machine just to the right of the counter who will stand there making coffee, just looking at the line, and not offering one word to the folks waiting to order. No «sorry for the wait, folks, someone will be right with you!» Nada. And multiple people in the back will look right at the line too and not say a word. But when a cashier DOES come back to the counter, they barely crack a smile and will never tell you«sorry for your wait» or «how can I help you?». Today I watched a customer ahead of me walk up to the register where a worker was standing typing on the register, just to be told«Nope, sorry, i can’t help you, I’m just here using the terminal.» Now, I understand sometimes this will happen, but this chick didn’t even lift her head to meet the eyes of the customer while she spoke to her. And she was the ONLY employee at the registers at the time. RUDE. You’re standing there at a register, looking like you are there to help customers, the least you can do is tell people you’re doing something off-book and someone will be with us soon, right? So the customer moved over as another employee walks up to another register and she then waits while this cashier spends a good 2 minutes tying her apron on and fiddling with the back, then another minute to flip her hair over to the side and arrange her bangs so she could put on her cap and be cute. Seriously? All this during midday lunch hour with a line of people waiting. At the counter. Not in the back, like a normal restaurant would require. Once she was done getting herself arranged, she just stood there with a half smile on her face and NOWORDSSPOKEN, staring at the lady who was waiting to order. The lady finally got frustrated and asked if it was OK for her to order now, to which this dimwit said, «yes, that’s what I’m waiting for.» WTF??? I felt like I’d gone down the rabbit hole. If you don’t want to work in foodservice, then find something else — because you WILL have to deal with actual customers, Panera. This said, the staff at the back pick up counter are very nice, and always say thank you and wish you a nice day. I think this location really needs to consider doing a swap on who works with the customers and who stays in the back!

This place has THEWORST customer service in the mornings, and most most of the time the customer service reps(providing the bad service) are the training manager and assistant training manager. Service is incredibly slow, and the reps often stop in the middle of filling my order to fill an order for someone who came in after me because, «I know what he wants, and it’ll just take a second.» One day I couldn’t order any bagels from the top row of baskets because the rep had just returned from back surgery and wasn’t allowed to reach that high. I thought Rapid Pick Up ordering would be a wonderful way to avoid all the hassles and delays, but the last two times my orders haven’t been on the Rapid Pick Up shelf, so I’ve still had to wait in the long line and then argue with the staff about having placed an order while showing them the order confirmation emails on my phone. Both times my orders were placed the day before — plenty of time for them to have received it. Their bagels are amazing, but the horrendous customer service isn’t worth it anymore.

Went there for a late dinner, about 9 pm. The girl at the counter was really friendly and helpful. I ordered the orange salad, very tasty And my sweety ordered soup and salad. We had been the one other time for coffee which was good. The order came and our salads were mixed up and my drink was missing, didn’t know you pick those up at the counter. No problem I went and got it. We switched salads and all was good. Our Waiter was very friendly. Great place for a relaxing late dinner.

Not my favorite location. Service sucks. We walked in around 7pm and I thought they were about to close because 1) barely anyone was in there and 2) they didn’t care about giving good customer service. I asked for a dinner roll and some guy who looked like a manager rudely told me they don’t have those. OKAY. You could of just said«I’m sorry, we don’t have any more at this moment.» I think the staff at this location rather talk to each other than to help customers.

So my kids really like going here, but I think it’s just ok… why? Because they really don’t offer that many vegan options and the ones they did have, they don’t always have on the menu, which is annoying. The staff is just«Ok» in my opinion. They aren’t overly friendly or helpful. The last time I went in with my kids, I asked if we could get the sprouted rolls with our meals, and she says, «Oh, I think we have those, but I’m not sure.» I replied with, «So, are they available or not?» I mean is it really that hard? So, she basically ignored my request, and then I asked her again about the rolls, in which she said, «Oh, ok, I’ll check» Anyway, I only go here for my kids and I usually don’t order anything for myself anymore because I’m just not that impressed.

Employees here are always helpful. They also let you substitute the kind of bread they offer on different sandwiches. This gives you a lot more options if there are certain breads you don’t like as well. Also the butternut squash soup in the winter is delicious!

Guys, you screwed up on my online order… AGAIN!!! and when we called your manager, Karen, promised us a voucher for another sandwich in the future… we didn’t get it. This is not the first time either. I don’t know why we keep coming back.

I have gone to Panera for years and used to love my experience. However, my recent visit will be my last. I ordered my usual steak sandwich. I took a bite and it tasted like mold and melted plastic. I opened my sandwich and I had very pink steak and the cheese was moldy. The taste was so horrible and I felt like I was going to throw up. I felt so sick for a couple days after. The store refunded my sandwich(not my whole meal) and didn’t apologize or show any concern for me. I will never be back.

Let me say this: this Panera is THEWORST in CUSTOMERSERVICE! !!! I love Panera, but I will never be back to this location I tried to use the rapid pick up for my order but it would never process and I kept trying and trying and trying… so I went in to Pandora to ask them to honor the $ 5 off discount that they were giving for using the app. Instead of just taking care of me, I had to talk to the assistant manager, which went on to her checking w/the district Manager of Panera(which I never even talked to because she was too busy sitting on the computer trying to figure out if they’re app is up and running) I didn’t really expect to stand around waiting for then to pull their heads out of their butts to figure out what was wrong… I just wanted to order my food. It was quite simple really just honor the discount and order my food! You can figure out your computer later. … you sure as heck don’t do it during lunch rush hour!!! I will say that the original front counter person I talked to was very nice but both of managers need to go take a class on customer Service!!!

I love Panera! I really missed it when we were living in Hawaii. I always get the ham and Swiss sandwich with a cup of the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. It never disappoints! Also their chocolate chip cookies are delicious. They have very nice indoor seating with a fireplace. Their outdoor seating isn’t too bad either.

The food is great. The staff is terrific. The customers are a pain in the rear. I come in with a family of four, kids who are tough to keep seated. Every 4 person booth is occupied by one selfish clown on their laptop who’s there when we get there and there when we leave. Don’t be a tool, if you’re by yourself, pick some appropriate seating. If I was a manager, it would be store policy because they reduce capacity and it’s bad business.

I was welcomed in right away by a young gentleman. When I ordered he would ask me questions he had already asked me which I would then have to repeat. He was nice though, maybe just new or tired? He even offered me my free birthday treat and got my points put on my Panera card. I like going to Panera because they have fresh ingredients. I can’t wait for them to remove the GMO’s.

Maria was awesome helping us through our order as it was our first time here. She is definitely a keeper… Very knowledgeable and friendly… Wish we lived closer, we would be regulars.

The Gluten free menu is really limited. The person taking our order didn’t know what she was talking about. Other employees had to correct her. There were no clean tables. My daughter had to clean our table. They had a high chair, but no booster seats for our 3 year old. The kids meal turkey sandwich came with nothing on it besides bread, meat & cheese. They should have told us up front. Also no drink is included in the kids meal. The value per cost just isn’t there. The customer service is nonexistent. We won’t be back!

Love the Mac n cheese. The orange scones are delicious. A must for me is the bread bowl with the cheddar broccoli sou. Delish.

Good lunch spot but can be very busy and messy. My lack of stars is for inconsistent quality. I always order the cheddar broccoli soup with the smokehouse turkey panini. Both of which I love. The m&m cookie is my favorite cookie of all time. The chocolate chip is really great too. Not to mention the bear claw is consistently delicious. I used to always get the breakfast quiches but the quality hasn’t been up to par the last couple of times. And the scones, don’t waste your money! They always seem to be overcooked. Other than that everything is pretty darn good.

As far as Panera’s go, this place is my favorite one. It has a fireplace, which I like to hog sometimes, and seating’s really nice. There’s a quiet, comfortable setting in the back and a big middle if you want a more open space. My FAVORITE dish is the Fuji Apple Chicken salad. I LOVE that thing so much. I always get it with the option of French baguette. Over time, the coffee here has improved quite a bit, as well as the music selection. A few months ago, they switched to ceramic plates instead of cheap, plastic ones, and I’m not complaining(although an employee did while I was ordering). The employees here are very kind and sweet — they’ll make sure you have everything you need. It’s a bit pricier than I should think the food is worth, but the atmosphere is so nice that I’ll pay it just to stay a couple hours while I work. Go try it out yourself! And do yourself a favor while you’re at it and try the Fuji Apple Chicken salad ;)

Yay for Panera. It’s pretty standard at every Panera, since it is a huge chain, but the fresh baked bagels are amazing. Also, the pick two half sandwich and bowl of soup is an amazing deal for lunch.

I love panera! This location has a good amount of seating, friendly staff and a great location. My husband and I always eat here when venturing north for the day. French toast bagel with whipped honey walnut cream cheese, panini breakfast sandwiches, soufflés, chicken Cesar sandwich, broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl and the strawberry poppyseed salad are my favorites.
