Terrible! Their phone lines have been down for 2 days. I went into the pharmacy and they acknowledged the lines were down and apparently they don’t think it’s a big deal. Said they should be fixed in a day or so. The prescription that was called in for me was lost in limbo. When I asked what my options were the staff stared at me like a bunch of mindless zombies and ignored me. Finally one of them tried calling my doctor but since they cannot receive calls the doctor couldn’t call them back. The only option was to send an e-​script — OK fine, so I asked for the email address — nobody could give it to me.
Horrible customer service. These supposed quasi-​medical «professionals» couldn’t care less about their customers. After all, they aren’t selling widgets, they are filling prescriptions for ill patients. Shameful.

Saw the pharmacist sneeze into both hands over pills and continue counting pills. Saw this all while waiting for a gazillion minutes because of their lack of organization. Also saw them make an error at the drive in. «Sorry about that.» Phrase of the day. It just got worse will update later

Terrible.
Went through the drive-​through thinking that it would be quicker, only to be greeted by a beast of a man who seemingly looked down on me for using my specific bank, and after my card apparently did not go through, dismissed me and told me I should have come prepared as there was now a line behind my vehicle.
Truth was that he must not have know how to swipe the card as he was replaced by a woman who got me in and out in mere minutes (after the delay of having to get back in line and wait 15 EXTRA minutes during my lunch break).
Overall I was 20 minutes late getting back to work, and left with the awful aroma that is bad customer service.
Please train your staff better, and perhaps you would get better reviews.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door! To me, this is what counts for great reviews. I didn’t find exactly what I needed to put together a birthday present, but I did find a few things that were useful. The line was super slow as there was only one person working the register at the time I walked in. The guy in front of me had a Costco size cart, it was a little much for CVS.
4 stars for customer service!

I shop here all the time, get all my prescription’s here but leave your damn CVS card at home & watch how quickly NO ONE HELPS YOU! My card is not connected to my cell (I’ve had the card for 15 yrs) so when you leave the card at home your just screwed. You can’t use the coupon’s that came printed on your receipt or the flyers’s that have come in the mail with your savings (20% off). I’ve tried (unsuccessfully I might add) to get on line & fix it but it’s also not connected to my email (yet I get emails from this place & I can have the savings put directly on my card so as not to waste paper. CVS fix your system, this is terrible that I have a cart full of stuff that I can’t buy (your loss) until I return with the card! And we all know returning never happens!

Very professional staff. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the front, asked me if I needed help finding a a cover girl item because I was near covergirl, and then she rang me up and thanked me for coming into the store, and wished me a nice afternoon. Very nice girl.

I think this is a pretty standard CVS. The staff is friendly. I’ve never had problems with their pharmacy. I think they are adequate. I do however prefer the CVS down the street next to Pavillions.

The staff at this pharmacy has always been very helpful.
After my doctor prescribed something incorrectly, not only did their pharmacist catch it, but she also worked tirelessly (faxing, emailing, calling) my doctor’s office to get the issue resolved. She provided updates to me along the way. This is the type of customer service, and attention to patient health, that everyone can appreciate!

Worst Pharmacy Ever! If your child is sick… they will get sicker if you depend on your prescription from this place. Sloppy, rude, inefficient and dangerous. If you are in Ladera Ranch… go to the CVS adjacent to Vons not the one next to Albertson’s.
