Since the closest Burger King closed, I had a craving for Whopper with Cheese and drove here. There weren’t any other cars in the drive through so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The Burger and fries were delicious! I hope this one remains open.

Drove 15 min to get the kids the halloween whopper. They’re out for the season. Really? It’s October 12? That absolutely annoyed me. They could barely speak English. I don’t expect much from Burger King. So I guess they met my poor expectations.

usually like burger kind of their ice cream and shakes are good and I like their fries. so tonight I went to this location(drive thru) and the girl who took my order(ice cream cone and small fries) didn’t even tell me the total and didn’t even after I asked. then when I got to the window she told me the price and was laughing uncontrollably with another employee and being completely rude and unprofessional. now when I get home I realized she gave me CHICKEN fries NOT one small order of fries. just annoying

Is it just me or is this the last standing Burger King on planet earth? Our local Burger King in RSM closed so now we frequent this one. I love the cheeseburgers because they have that chargrilled taste that you don’t get at McDonald’s or even In-n-Out. The Whopper is my absolute favorite. I hope this location stays open. They have a pretty good location with lots of through traffic and there are always people in the restaurant on the weekends.

Why is it that in and out burger has a line going out the door while Burger King is always mostly empty? Look behind the counter and compare the employees in and out burger to any Burger King. The people behind the counter Burger King got my order completely wrong and what they finally gave me I took because I did not want to wait any longer. I tried to sit down at a table and I could not find one that was not dirty not even one. I don’t think this Burger King will last in Ladera Ranch much longer

Standard Burger King food, here’s the thing… I know people here work for minimum wage and they probably aren’t too excited about their jobs but if we’re coming through the drive thru and paying for a service we at least expect a halfway decent nice person. Adri(name on the receipt) was working the drive thru and misheard what my husband said, when he corrected her she obviously forgot her intercom was on and he heard her be rude about him correcting her. On top of that she tried to rush him through his order before he was even done. Let’s make sure we go over good CUSTOMERSERVICE skills please.

This Burger King is a good fast food alternative to the other fast casual restaurants in the complex. Came in on a Monday afternoon and the dining area wasn’t very busy. Every table was cleared, but not at all clean… They were in desperate need of a wipe down. I was greeted by the shift manager who said nothing more than three things to me: «hello, can I take your order» to start, «cheese on that» after ordering, and«your total is $ 8.20» with a blank look of melancholy… To her credit she did walk across the dining room to serve up my order, which was a nice touch. I ordered the Whopper combo with cheese and it was very tasty. Fries were hot and crispy, with fresh fixings and lots of ketchup and mayo on the Whopper. I was full after four bites… Pros: Hot, fresh tasting food served up right by a good staff. Cons: Cleanliness, and the soda machine is ancient and in need of repair. Overall, the experience at BK in Ladera Ranch was pretty average and I’d definitely come again with an empty stomach just to try out the BBQ Bacon Whopper.

Although i tend to love Burger King. This location is dirty. Worker in the back never wears any gloves. I asked the manager as to why the worker is making food without gloves, the answer was that sometimes they dont. It is sad to see such an amazing franchise in the past go down so low. This is not the first time i see the lack of gloves while preparing sandwiches, i decided to write a review after noticing it several times. This is just not clean

This review is solely on the customer service I just received. Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was working the drive-thru. He was helpful friendly and had a smile on his face even though they were super busy. Usually don’t get this type of customer service in fast food places. Kuddos.

I know it’s just fast food, and my expectations should be low, which they were. But the ‘satisfries’ have no flavor whatsoever. I added a package of salt(which I never do), and was still disappointed. Even fresh, crispy, and piping hot, I only ate 3… && I’m a MAJOR fries person. Enough said. But props to BK for trying to give healthy options though!

I usually don’t take the time to rate fast food places because you pretty much know what to expect, and that is pretty much what you get. That being said, I felt compelled to say a few words about my recent visit to the Ladera Ranch BK. I am not a fan of BK to begin with, believing firmly that the chain has completely fallen off a cliff in the past two decades, but I try to keep an open mind. I decided to give them a try a few days ago based on all the recent advertising about the«Satisfries», which are allegedly a healthier alternative to regular fries. As some of my other posts indicate I also usually avoid restaurant fries because they are rarely cooked properly and you usually end up with a serving of warm, stale, pale, limp, greasy, nasty potatoes passed off as fries. Well I tried the new Satisfries and rounded it out with a kid’s meal hamburger and a diet coke(keeping with the healthy fries theme). They should change the motto to the Satisfries that don’t satisfy! So here is the deal. The fries are crinkle cut instead of shoestring. They served me the usual dual collection of fries. You know, the freshly fried ones that just came out of the fryer interspersed with the cold, hard, 3 hour old fries they are either too lazy or too greedy to throw away. The freshly cooked ones were not even fully cooked. The only thing you can say about them was they were hot. I was not at all impressed with the fries they thought were properly prepared. They probably would be good if they were fully cooked. My mood went from«not impressed» to «totally disgusted» when I bit into one of the cold fries that had been sitting in the hopper for hours(or days). Upon discovering the second nasty artifact the rest of the fries went into the trash where they belong. Memo to BK Corporate Management… do not waste hundreds of thousands of dollars developing a new product in an attempt to resurrect your failing chain only to have your franchisees destroy it with negligent preparation. Nearly every BK near me has already gone out of business(Aliso Viejo, Mission, Viejo, & Lake Forest) and maybe this is why. There are only three left(RSM, Ladera, & the other Aliso Viejo unit), an effort should be made to save them. French fries are dirt cheap and have a huge profit margin. There is no reason not to throw out the old stale nasty ones in the bottom of the FF bin every couple of days. You might also circulate a memo to the owners that the timer on the fryer is there for a reason, not for decoration. They really should use it, but it seems like all they care about is getting you out of their drive through lane ASAP even at the expense of an unsatisfied customer. I do think BK is on to something here by marketing these as healthier than regular fries. If the batch I tried is representative of the way these are served in other BK’s then they are very healthy by comparison. I have a vision in my head of people eating these and immediately throwing up thereby not ingesting any of the calories or other nasty stuff in fries(Zero calorie fries???) On to the burger review, this was the typical BK microwave masterpiece with bun, meat, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. This included the typical stacking of the pickles in one pile instead of spreading them around. They seriously can’t even take ONESECOND to put the pickles on right. On a happy note they got the diet coke right. This is EXTREMELY generous but I am calling this a 2 star event. BK gets 1 star for getting my order right even though the food sucked and 1 star for the courteous drive through window attendant. I know BK is fast food, but you could at least TRY to get it right. To the BK Corp… you really need to get out of the office and visit the restaurants occasionally to see what the franchisees are doing to your chain.

Burger King: I come here only to get their Vanilla Ice Coffee. I do not like Starbucks; I prefer Vietnamese coffee(Lilly’s bakery is my fav!) but there is not one available on my way to work! I order BK Seattle’s one on my way to work; desperation for this Coffee-holic haha!
