I always go back and forth between which sandwich shop I like more… Togo’s or Subway. Most of the time Togos wins!! Subway is closer to my house but I make the couple minute longer drive to come to Togos. The turkey and cheese on wheat bread is always good and never disappoints. My husband likes the pastrami sandwiches and they really load up on the meat. At subway you have to pay for double meat but it seems just like a standard at Togo’s which is awesome. Togo’s meat and vegetables seems much fresher than Subways. My only complaint is that two times when I have been here at 8:45 the restaurant has been closed even though the sign on the door says 9PM. I don’t know if the employees are just closing the doors because they are bored and there are no customers but they have probably missed out on some business by doing this. It’s not that big of a deal because they have great sandwiches but I just wanted to mention it.

I travel all over orange and San Diego counties for work and I eat at a LOT of togos. This one is, by far, the best. Freshest ingredients, nicest staff(shout out to nancy!), nicest restaurant, and good parking. Go here if you can!

Normally great customer service. I have always liked this shop. I went at 750 and when it’s supposed to close at 8 and they closed shop early. There were plenty of employees still inside that tried to ignore that I was at the door. Definitely lost my business in the future.

I have been coming to this location for 5 years. Sense the new owner took over it has been 100% better service. Izabella is my favorite sandwich maker. She is always very engaged with her customes. I love this place now. I’m a team captain for the Ladera Ranch relay for life. The owner was so gracious and supportive he donated $ 150.00 in gift cards for our on site auction. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this case. To the people with negative reviews. Price and the cost of living always changes. Poor excuse for a bad review Lady. The rent in every one of those shops has gone up by 8%. Guess what? That has to be passed along to everyone. If you haven’t notice you get a lot more meat in your Sandwiches now. You were being shorter by the old owner. So be happy you still have a nice clean Sandwich shop with a owner that cares about his customers as well as his employees. Much love and respect to Dill the new owner. Eugene Hubbard

Great, happy and helpful staff! How refreshing to come to a place where the staff is having fun, seem like they love their job, and get my order right. Oh and the purse hook in the clean ladies room goes a long way with me!

This place used to be great up until around April 2015 when I’m assuming it was sold as I haven’t seen the old owner around in a while. The quality of the food and cleanliness of the location is still good but the reason I’m posting a negative review is because pretty much as soon as the new owner took the place, he raised prices. The price for the daily deal sandwich with a drink went up significantly(I used to pay $ 6.12 with drink and now its about $ 7). Even worse, they stopped punching the frequent customer cards for the daily deals(where you get a free 6″ sandwich after your like 8th visit). Also I think some of the prices on the sandwiches went up as well. These immediate price increases really turned me off. I used to go to two Togo’s every week, this location on Monday’s and the location off the 5 and Alicia on Friday’s. The Togo’s next to the 5 hasn’t increased prices at all and they seem to be doing okay.

I love Togo’s sandwiches. I love this Togo’s location. Until today. Service was terrible. It was 12pm, there were 5 people in line, and there was only 1 person making sandwiches. There were 3 people in back doing nothing. Then, the girl who helped me had a HORRIBLE attitude. It was not Ariel. I don’t recall her name but she was short. Basically threw my bag of sandwiches at me. I had to repeat 3 times my bread preference. With a new sandwich shop in town(Which Wich), you can’t be treating your customers like that and expect them to come back.

Great local establishment since the early days in Ladera. Lenny and his staff are always friendly, enjoy every visit to our local Togos!

#3(turkey cheese) is our standard order. Sandwiches are a good size with plenty of veggies. Lenny(the owner) does a nice job making his customers feel welcome. Have to ask him to bring back the wheat wraps, as my wife like the Sante Fe wrap. Also, they need some spicy brown mustard. Dijon is not spicy brown mustard. Guldens makes a good one ;)

I have to say this is the best Togo’s in Orange County! This store is always clean as a whistle, you can tell what a good operator the owner is. Even the bathrooms are spotless. The food and service here never disappoints me. The pastrami is awesome.

Roach just ran across the counter in front of me. Sandwich maker just shrugged her shoulders like it was normal. Not doing this place anymore.

Love Togo’s. However, this location’s wraps are made on the smaller side than most. And when asking for a medium drink cup for water(to have something with a lid to take back to class), I was given a small cup. Eh, whatevs. Not a big deal, but would’ve liked a vessel to carry a more substantial amount of fluid to keep me hydrated during class. My wrap tasted mostly of the spinach wrapping than of the Santa Fe salad filling. Maybe better luck next time.

I love Togo’s #29… Although I do try and convince myself to get something different every time I peruse the menu, it usually comes down to a tasty 9″ Chicken Salad Sandwich on sourdough. I’ve been to this location numerous times and they’re always friendly and quick to help. I was greeted kindly by the shift manager and she was very patient with me as I toiled with getting something other than the #29… But, without fail, I ordered it yet again. I will say that this store’s version of the sandwich is a little more heavy with the chicken salad than other locations in the area, which is great, but they tended to go light with other ingredients like the lettuce, onions, and tomatoes; not to mention the peperoncinis… Next time I’ll just ask for extra. No issues with the sub though, and I will absolutely be back in the coming weeks in hope of breaking my #29 streak! I’m thinking perhaps soup is in order… I do, however, have an issue with the height of the counter… It’s close to five feet tall and although I can see them prepare sandwiches if I’m on my tip-toes, the poor cashier lady who rang up my order had to nearly hop on to the prep table to toss me back my change and receipt… I mean at first I didn’t even see her! It’s not a real big deal, and I know it’s customary at most Togo’s franchises to have a tall counter, but is there a logical reason behind this?

I enjoy eating at Togo’s, and they do have wonderful soups. My favorite soups are the Broccoli Cheddar and the Chicken noodle soups. Their chili is either hit or miss. I ordered a Turkey and Cheese sub from this location and my sandwich was pretty good, but my problem is that the parmesan bread is a little TOO thick. It made chewing and swallowing a bit difficult. I do enjoy their regular wheat and sourdough though, and their regular size sandwich can be filling enough for two people. On the plus side, they have sobe and other good low calorie sodas in their soda fountain.

I’ve been eating here for years now, ever since they opened some 10 years ago. Back way way back when the UPS guy could figure out where it was because it was literally a new address on the map. The sandwiches are always fresh and always great tasting. It’s a clean place and the staff has always been friendly over the years. One of my favorite crew members is Isabella, she’s always happy and always smiling. You can tell she enjoys working there and it makes me feel like my food is being made with care. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I feel they should be open a little later at night. I miss out a lot because I don’t get home until right around they’re weekday closing time. I’ll be coming here for another 10 years I’m sure of it.

Always friendly service, clean facility and the sandwiches are delicious! They are nice to kids too. Pastrami is awesome. Turkey and avocado is very tasty and they don’t go thin on the ingredients like some other sandwich chain stores.

They always make skimpy sandwhiches. Im done going to this place. Also, I always see the red faced manager smoking cigs out in front the shop everytime I walk by. thats just plain nasty.

Started coming here rather than the subway in Ladera for a few reasons. 1). Great customer service 2. Delicious sandwiches. The bread and meat always taste fresh, the vegetables crips and clean. There isn’t much variety when it comes to veggies though, wish they offered more than just the basic tomato, lettuce and pickles. All the staff is very friendly and willing to help, they are attentive and greet you as soon as they see you. Great place to come for a quick and fast lunch break !

I prefer Togos over Subway but they’ve not reached global domination like the Subway chain… so chances are you’ll see 10 subways for every Togos. Personally, I think Togos has higher quality meats and cheeses. My sandwich is always tastier and feels more homemade than Subway. PLUS– they take the time to spread your mustard, mayo, etc evenly over your bread with a knife. How many times have you had a sandwich with all the mustard at one end?! This location is small and clean, the employees are nice enough, on par with Subway. I have to say I would prefer to see all the ingredients as they are placed on my sandwich, like subway, but everything is hidden behind a high counter… fortunately I’m tall. Togos= great sandwich, what else needs to be said?
