Starbucks

This Starbucks is always clean and well maintained. The service is always super quick and the employees are all really friendly. It’s nice to see a Starbucks with excellent customer service focus.

I went there late afternoon. Just couple of customers ware there. I went bathroom and it was so messy. I informed one of employee and waited. He said yes and then no reaction. Other customer did same thing but still no reaction. Oh my god.

Fast friendly baristas. Location is awesome too. I do wish that there was a drive through or curb side service for us in a hurry in the morning. Probably a good thing since I would order, on the way to work, every morning than.

Let’s start with the acknowledgement that this is a Starbucks. So I’m rating it as a Starbucks. Not as a coffee shop in general. And not for some person who time travelled here from 1985 and has never been to a Starbucks.
So with that said, for a Starbucks, this place is great. Nice staff. Fast service. Good outside seating. Despite the crowds, they do a good job of getting orders out pretty quickly (and correctly).

The worst people in Ladera come here. It’s full of entitled baby boomers that think they’re hip. They love to use the newspapers without paying, hang out in the chairs for hours on end talking about their infatuation for Donald Trump and the Angels. They bump into you or cut you off without saying excuse me or sorry, they don’t hold doors open for ladies.
Add to the demographic, the staff here has a hard time getting your order right. Even if it’s something simple. God forbid you order an iced drink because they love to pack your cup so full of ice that you can’t get your straw in. Happened to me and multiple other people that I’ve noticed at the pickup area. Stabbing their straws in before finally giving it back to the barista to remove ice. Booooo. Thank God they opened another one in Ladera. The staff at the new one is top notch and much nicer people patronize there. Nobody reads Unilocal for Starbucks anyway so just consider this review a vent.

Good amount of seats. Lots of outside seating. Great for meeting people. This is a little chilly in the winter. They always make coffee fast with lines or with no lines.

So it’s an another Starbucks Store, hit or miss, hero or zero? This place is definitely a hit. I know there’s no drive through or small parking space but I had a fabulous cup of pumpkin spice latte in a matter of no time. ;) I had a wonderful morning. 5 Stars!

Local favorite, always busy but always makes great lattes.
Lots of parking and seating area. I love the fountain area outside which is perfect when you have a dog with you. I can just sit here and relax for hours.
It’s also always clean and staff is always friendly.

It’s starbucks, yay. This is a busier location, especially mornings, weekends and after school. Early am’s on the way to work are slower. I enjoy sitting on the nice patio since it can be conjested inside. You can pay using the starbucks app here which is convenient.

Terrible starbucks. They always overcharge me (i constantly have to argue with them over it), and today they denied me a refill of my iced coffee. I will drive out of my way to go to any other starbucks now thats for damn sure.

They’ve always gotten my name and order right. What more could you ask for? They’re also friendly. The restrooms are clean. During the summers they have water out for self service if you didn’t want to wait in line for it.

Love how they know my name and what I always order! All staff is always so friendly and hard working and goes out of their way to make you happy! Love this Starbucks!

I enjoy Starbucks so much that I request gift cards for my birthday in lieu of any other gifts. It’s my guilty and overpriced pleasure that I just can’t fathom spending real cash on. So most days I drink coffee from home.
Today I stopped in to redeem my free drink reward (earned every 12 points). Got a venti Mocha Frapp. It was very watery and lacked the creamy, frosty, indulgent texture that I was hoping for. Thankfully, it was free. I just wished it was well made.
I usually get Starbucks from the Albertsons across the street. The baristas consistently make good drinks. Unfortunately, they don’t redeem free rewards.

We visit several times per week and love the staff. Sometimes it’s just me or my lovely. Other times it’s us and our four kids. Love the convenience, coffee and running into old and new friends. Starbucks is not the same without Laura B. The Starbucks flag should be at half mast until she returns. I wanted to boycott but it’s not fair to others. Please bring Laura back :)

I like coffee. I drink a lot of it and stare at a computer for most of the given day, yet I’m still unable to understand the appeal of doing this for hours on end at a Starbucks. That is unless you’re there to socialize, study, or get crazy caffeinated; three things I happen to enjoy doing at a coffeehouse… However, it seemed no one was practicing any of these pastimes at this particular location.
As I walked in I was greeted by stares from three millennial-​hipster types wearing Beats headphones, each sitting in a row of single tables facing where the line gathers, and with each of their Macbooks sucking on the WiFi as they produced Vines about patrons who were ordering incorrectly.
Or so I assumed… Needless to say the atmosphere in the store was douchey.
The kid at the register gave me a once-​over, said «hello» and then for some reason looked over at the barista to his left for a vexatious amount of time… By then I didn’t want to stick around or wait for any sort of drink to be made, so I grabbed a Starbucks Refreshers Raspberry Pomegranate revitalizing energy from the cooler.
I payed a small fortune for the 12oz can and left… I wasn’t exactly revitalized, in fact it tasted horrible, but the experience within the store did reminded me of how happily out of place I really was in visiting this local Ladura Ranch haute.

The staff is always friendly and strives to remember the names and drinks of regular customers. The layout of this store could be better, when it comes to seating, tables, and especially outlets for computers. But if you’re computer isn’t about to die or if you want to sit outside, you’ll have plenty of options.

Ive been going to this starbucks for 5 years and my drinks have always been perfectly made. Everytime i go to the starbucks up the street located in pavilions they always make my drinks too weak and the staff is always in a bad mood. At this starbucks they are always so nice and make my drinks just how i like them! Thank you starbucks!

We stopped by on the way back from visiting a friend nearby… It’s a quaint little local Starbucks and the employees inside are very friendly. The cashier who helped me was noticeably more cheery and friendly than other Starbucks employees I’ve encountered recently.
The quality of the drinks is less positive though — I got two venti blended frapps, but one of them was so poorly blended it still had whole ice cubes in it and was way more liquidy than thickly blended. It was also not very cold. :| Kind of a fail for a frapp! I wish I had noticed before I’d put the drinks in the car and driven off.
Nevertheless, I suppose this could just be a one-​off for the baristas that day. I’d probably visit again if I were in the area.

Some of the staff are super nice and some need a little help. Depends on whom you get and the day. They don’t mind me asking for a little of this and that to get my coffee just right for me.
It’s nice and clean with seating inside and out.
They ran out of Cranberry Bliss (box) couple of days before Christmas :-(Perhaps next time they can order more?! :-)
