Been to this location many times, today was not so good due to bad service. They first left the bacon out of my son’s bacon and egg. Ok, mistakes happen. .brought it up to be fixed which they then forgot about. Had to bug them to get his sandwich. No «I’m sorry»…where has good customer service gone? Own a mistake and an I’m sorry would go a long way.

Expensive for a sandwich and potato chips, but pretty good food. Today will they get my sandwich correct? Not always but that’s the way goes…

If you come here on the weekend at lunch time expect a line. Sometimes out the door. We always place an online order so we don’t have to wait in line. For how crazy it is inside this place the workers are awesome. My sandwich is always correct and if it’s not ready by the time I arrive they usually give me a time frame. Once again the staff is awesome and friendly. Keep up the great job!

I liked how you would order off of a bag by marking what you want then they make it off of it. The food also tastes nice and the only trouble I’ve had is when someone accidentally took mine.

It was my first time here and I was excited to try, although when I got home that quickly dropped. My sandwich is okay it’s not great just okay idk if they just put 1000 island sauce automatically on my sandwich? or what but I didn’t ask for that and on my bag I just checked turkey not turkeywich(turkey with coleslaw and 1000 island) and I paid for extra avocado and did not receive any on my sandwich. probably won’t come back but the employees were nice

Got here at 1:30 and the wait to get my sandwich was only 5 min. They had more people than most other ones I’ve been so not bad

been coming here once a week since the start of the new year. like that i can create my order online and pay for it online and just walk in and pick it up. short of them feeding it to me, its pretty efficient. like that i can just take my time online and pick out what i want. i get the grinder on wheat and get the spicy options like hot peppers, jalapenos, etc. you get pretty much what i would expect in a $ 10 sandwich. i wouldnt say its generous or lacking. the taste and quality has been very consistent. i guess i can go to jimmy johns and get something equivalent for $ 8 also though. id say the grinder here is pretty similar to jimmy johns’ the italian night club, the #9. this location is next to the nektar store.

Came In this afternoon around 4:20 I have been here the first day it opened. A lot of people very busy. A couple days after it opened again very busy. An a couple weeks in average busyness. The very first day I met the franchise owner ! He was behind the register doin his thing he was very nice an talkative! I wanted to give it a thorough review since the guy was very into his business. So today Nobody was in the restaurant completely empty space. Multiple employees ready to work. Upon entering I was instantly greeted with a hello ! It was a good meal an good service With as many employees that were there it should be. The big thing I see over the reviews is the menu am ordering process is confusing an Weird I will say the menu is big an kind of a bad angle if you approach the bag area an want to look people can bump into each other easily if there is a large crowd. But the niche is custom hot or cold sandwich. What I did today was the muffalato. I got no ham, added bacon(extra bacon) an pesto. I don’t know what the solution would be to fix the menu issue. The premade sandwiches I like because it gives me a base an I can modify from there. So I did my custom Nader sandwich an brought it up to the person at the register. He looked it over asked me what type of bread I want cause I didn’t fill that spot. That’s what I’m sayin it’s custom. He was friendly so if I didn’t know the menu it was okay to ask. I got the large drink I would have loved a more permanent straw I don’t like the cheap straws it’s hard to use. The guy told me 30 cent difference so I said okay. I like that they have a point system for return customers . I love the crush ice machine . I sat down an waited for my sandwich While waiting the same guy that took my order is out doing side work cleaning tables an sweeping the ground. I appreciate the work ethic an to stay busy not standing around. I feel with an empty store it’s very easy to slack off an talk to the other employees. They were steady stayin busy . I got my food an since it was not busy the guy who was cleaning brought it to me. Just to be nice. Again willing to work go out of there way. I appreciate that. It was a good visit good food. Great customer return program.

So darn good — had the Wicked!!! That is their signature sandwich and it is so good. Packed with meat and cheeses plus I get it just the way I like it. Great food, great service and such a nice area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

What once started at 5 stars… ends in 1 star! Its a long slide down! Purchased online & lost the order but still charged it to my bank !! ~ Idiots. Today ordered a tuna with lettuce & tomato’s, get home and NO lettuce nor tomato’s !! ~ Idiots. Now in order to get a free sub you have to register online(then get emails bullshit all the time). So… I’ll get my free earned sub & then its~ good by Which Witch! Luckily Lola’s Café will open soon & I’ll spend my time & money there!

Which wich is which wich. A very typical sandwich stop for Ladera Ranchians. The offerings are very typical and vanilla, as are many sandwich shops. What I like is that you can order ahead of time and pick up when you’re on the go. What I do like is that the food is fresh and reliable. A good option because It is frankly difficult to find good or decent food in this neighborhood. Lets just say I have sharpened my culinary skills since I have moved out here. Overall decent service and grub. A better and more affordable option in this neighborhood.

The first time we went(right when it opened), it was fantastic. The manager was out front guiding people where to line up. The ordering was easy, pick up was great. Staff was friendly. Fun vibe. So, the second time we went in, we expected the same. Well, I walked in and there several customers who were confused on where to line up. I had made an online order so I went straight to the pick up line. My order was not ready yet. No problem, I can wait a few minutes. I grabbed my order and couldn’t wait to eat our delicious sandwiches. Our sandwiches were completely wrong. I was so disappointed. Fast forward to a month later. I decided to give them another try since the first time was so yummy. Wanting to make sure that order was correct, I ordered at the store(not online). After guiding the customers in front of me where to line up and showing them how to order, I finally made my order. After taking home our order, we realized that they had messed up the order again. My daughter’s grilled cheese was not even melted. My husband’s sandwich was missing all of the extras. I had asked for mayo, but there was none. Although their food is delicious, they continue to mess up my order and for that I give them only two stars. I hope that they can improve their ordering process.

Which’s or witches on a loaf of bread with your choice of toppings marked on a bag! Which which is more or less a better version of one of those fast sandwich places where they make it exactly how you want but let me tell you that comes with a price! Wile I don’t mind paying a little bit more for a sandwich that isn’t from that other place I still feel this is a bit pricey for what your actually getting a pice of bread with some meat and veggies on it. Wile they have a good selection of sandwiches to choose from I’ve found that the chicken ones are especially delicious with the pesto and an abundance of their veggies to set it all right! The bag you pick has a wide variety of choices that are sure to satisfy your sandwich desire just make sure you check off the appropriate box and you will be good to go! The last visit here I noticed that they reduced the amount of topping choices you can add to your to your witch by taking them off the bag you check I found that to be totally uncool as i remember them having some yummy ones that were just awesome to add! Every time I’ve been here they’ve been relatively quick at getting my witch out which is an awesome thing when the line gets huge and oh yes it does get quite big at times! They also have a stamp card program where if you buy soo many witches you get one for free! Those are always awesome for places you visit on the frequent basis as getting something for free is also always a good thing! I’m sure it will only be a matter of time before I return to this sandwich place that always reminds me of the awesomeness that is Halloween!

I was super excited when they announced that a Which Wich was opening in Ladera, but once it actually opened, my excitement definitely turned into a «meh.» The lines are always long & the ordering process is really weird. It causes a lot of crowding around the sandwich bags/menu board. Why can’t people just tell the cashier their order & eliminate the extra step? It seems like it always takes at least 10 – 15 minutes to order and wait for my sandwich to be made… way too long for a fast food place. Also, they really skimp on the meat. I feel like Subway and Togos both give a lot more meat on their sandwiches. For the prices Which Wich charges, they should be giving an adequate amount of meat! Overall, I am just really not impressed whatsoever. I don’t crave Which Wich like I do other sub shops(like Jimmy Johns! YUM!), and I just don’t find it as appealing as I hoped I would. Darn!

I waited the requesite month after opening to give them time to work out some of the kinks all new establishments go through. Perhaps a month wasn’t long enough… I went for lunch with my daughter. I ordered a Reuben on wheat and she ordered a veggie concoction. The ordering process is a little confusing. On the paper order ticket you can select your bread, meat, cheese, and other toppings. However they also have a «Reuben» option. That was easy enough, so I checked that box. What I received was wheat roll with a mediocre amount of corned beef, no cheese, two shreds of sauerkraut(seriously) and barely any Russian/thousand island dressing. I’m not sure if the sandwich maker didn’t know what a Reuben is, or if they they were confused because I didn’t check off the cheese, sauerkraut, and the thousand island… Perhaps it was my fault? My daughters sandwich was ok. The value was really poor for the prices they are charging and there are much better options. I hope they get better because we could use a decent sandwich alternative go Subway and Togo’s in Ladera Ranch.

Which Which, you are awesome! I love Which Which and was thrilled to find out that a location opened in Ladera! At Which Which, you can build your own sandwich EXCATLY how you want it. My personal fave is a hot meatball sandwich with tons of grilled veggies. The staff at this location is really friendly, and the house made chips are addicting!

Newer location hit the spot when I was hungry the other day. I had the green eggs and ham, size small for $ 6 and it was pretty big and loaded with toppings. Love the endless selection and that you check off all the toppings you want, no room for error and you can get as much as you want all for one price. If you are not a veggie lover the toppings are pretty skimpy, not much ham on mine at all, but all the other toppings made up for it. Nice, clean store, friendly service, did take almost 15 minutes for my sandwich and they were pretty empty. One of the better sandwich chains, wish they were open for breakfast.

If you look closely you will see that the chicken parmigiano is made with sliced chicken and very little marinara. Weak! Nice place but i prefer subway and I am not a fan of either. Bread tastes like Wonder Bread from the grocery store, not like a proper baguette should. Unique atmosphere and delivery, but an overall weak sandwich. And for the price of $ 6.50 for that tiny thing, I’d rather be at Togos with a thicker sandwich with change to spare.

Which wich is a franchise sandwich shop offering up a wide variety of tasty options with a Build-Your-Own twist. Most sandwich shops like Subway let you pick out your own topping, but Which Wich takes it a step further by letting you check option boxes on a bag(menu) to create your own masterpiece. You start with a basic sandwich type then select everything you want, when they’ve made it they put it in that bag and call you up to enjoy your creation. Me, my wife, and our baby girl(peanut) have eaten here 4 times now. Here’s my breakdown: TIP1: They get crazy busy between 5:30pm and 7:30pm for dinner. Turn times can be 15+ minutes so budget a few extra minutes or call your order in advance. TIP2: On the back of the bag draw something big so you can pick out yous in the production line while you’re waiting GOOD1: The most important thing… the sandwiches are fantastic. We’ve had the Wicked, Meatball Grinder, Italian Sub, Buffalo Chicken, Gyro, and The Ruben. All were excellently made, filled with meat, and tasted delicious. GOOD2: The Staff… These guys are friendly folks. Every time we’ve been here the entire staff were running around getting it done. Helping guests, making sandwiches, and keeping everything nice and clean. They really seem to like their jobs and it shows. The guy greeting everyone the other night(I think his name is Joe) is super helpful. Also the owner Eddie is really nice and approachable. If you have a concern he wants to listen. That’s a great thing. GOOD3: Prices are reasonable. It’s right where I’d expect to see for where it’s at and the quality of food. It’s about $ 10 for a sandwich and a refillable drink GOOD4: Kid friendly. They have a cute kids menu that has a snack and drink with it. There’s a wonderful courtyard style area outside with tables and lots of space. There’s always lots of kids here and everyone seems to have a great time. It’s in Ladera Ranch so «kid friendly» is a must and this place doesn’t disappoint. BAD1: The only thing I can possibly see that needs improving is the wait times during dinner. It can be a 15+ minutes because of how the«production line» works with building sandwiches. It’s because they’re so busy so it’s not really a «problem» but it can factor into what times I try and come. I’m sure they’ll fine tune that as they settle in. Overall I really like this place. Everything I’ve ordered has been delicious and filled me up for a reasonable price. The owner Eddie has a couple more of these so he knows what he’s doing. I’ve already been here 4 times in the last 7 days and that speaks for itself. I’ve already told many of my friends and will readily suggest this place to anyone I know. Give it a try, I bet you’ll enjoy it much more than Subway. I sure do.

I like it! Which Wich is brand new to Ladera Ranch & so far I believe they have hit a home run! Finally an addition to this community that makes sense! I have gone twice so fast & both times I have gotten great service & a really yummy sand which. My first visit an employee was there to assist with how the ordering process worked; she was very helpful, upbeat & kind. She seemed excited to be there :) Second visit(it was busier this time) a man, whom I believe was the owner, let us know that it would take about 20 minutes to get out sandwich due to a rush, just as a forewarning since we were on our lunch break. He offered us a solution for next time to order online and have the sandwiches ready to be picked up at the time requested. Cool! I like this for days I am in a rush! We ended up staying since we had the time. I have really enjoyed my sandwiches both visits. The KEY to a good sandwich is good bread, & theirs is GOOD. Yummy bread=yummy sand which. Carmelized onions are super yum. They give More than enough Avocado. And being that I am a control freak of sorts yet also indecisive, I appreciate that I can write out my own order down but also am given the options limited to the«Vegetarian» sand which. (Different bags to write your order for different sannie options: Turkey, Roast Beef, VEGETARIAN, chicken, etc; all with«salad» options) More than reasonably priced. Especially when compared to the cost/quality of a Subway sandwich Never again Subway, never again! *Get the punch card; 10 sandwiches= 1 free.
