Subway

I was forced to walk here because my car was in for service today. Monday’s are my «Togo’s Pastrami sandwich» day but that wasn’t happening. Maybe its because I had the Togo’s comparison so close in mind but my God do Subway sandwiches suck. $ 11 for a sandwich, chips and drinks is not a «value». I honestly don’t understand how they get away with these prices.
Anyhow, the location and staff is fine although I would ask that they emphasize what size sandwich the person wants. I’ve gotten footlongs when all I wanted was the 6 inch. I’m not going to argue with the guy once he’s got the cheese on there but it is pretty annoying.

The sandwiches are typical subway sandwiches, but I wanted to write a review on this subway because the employees are always so nice here! I usually come in at night time like around 9 – 9:30, and it’s always the same 2 guys working… one of them is named Justin and I forgot the other ones name… but they are so genuine, nice, friendly, and do a great job! Even so close to closing time when most people just want their shift to be over so they can go home, these 2 are smiling. My fiancé has been to this subway too on his own and they are really nice to him too. I hope the manager reads this and recognizes them for their great attitudes and excellent customer service.

Went tonight and didn’t have any issues with this Subway. They filled our 3 footlongs with more veggies tonight than usual. Nicely stuffed, fresh bread… Mmmm… $ 5 footlongs all through September, so I wasn’t expecting them to be so generous tonight with the fillings but they were.
The staff is always friendly here. We always make it a point to visit a Subway during non-​peak hours to avoid stressed out employees who are more likely to make messy sandwiches. It’s never really consistent, how much they put into our sandwiches. However, if you want more olives or anything else, you can easily ask for more and the employees never complain. They are truly friendly here.
By the way, the Italian BMT and Turkey Breast sandwiches were delicious.

Usually I love subway… Today I ate at the Ladrea ranch location where they didn’t have the bread that I wanted, put olives on my sandwich, and covered the entire thing with honey mustard. I didn’t order any of this. When I clarified that I had said Honey mustard on the SIDE the employee proceeded by attempting to scrape the mustard off the bread with the knife he had used on the previous customers order. GROSS!
There is a sign displayed saying «add any soup to a sandwich for only $ 1»
So I ordered soup. After getting back to my table, the employee who make my sandwich wrong and rung me up had over charged me $ 2.50 for my soup!!!
When I went back to get my money back for being over charged, the manager simply said I had to buy a 6 inch sub for that offer. (I had purchased a 12 inch) nowhere on that sign did it specify which size or flavor or sandwich needed to be purchases. FALSE ADVERTISING.
After causing a scene, and 10 minutes of arguing with the general manager in front of all other customers in line, he returned my $ 1.50.
Bottom line, false advertising. These people call themselves «sandwich artists» but it was far from art, more of a sloppy sandwich with ingredients I didn’t even order.

I love this store, great value, great service

This location isn’t stingy with their ingredients — nothing bugs me more than having to tell them to put more of xyz vegetables on the sandwich like you have to do at other locations. For this particular order I phoned ahead and they did not omit something I asked them to omit, but that’s what happens when you’re not there to tell them to leave it off. All-​in-​all I like this location.

Worst customer service ever! Poor attitudes. Whoever runs this franchise or copr location needs to better train their employees.
I showed the cashier a coupon card I had purchased from my communities elementary school and he rolled his eyes at me. Prior to paying for my food I ordered their advertised seasonal chipotlet AVOCADO sandwich and literally received two very tiny slivers of avocado. I asked for more and they simply replied that’s all that comes with it.
This is a shame, because I enjoy the Subway brand and food, but will NEVER go back to this location. It’s unfortunate as I want to support local business.
I do not recommend coming here ever, I’d rather drive the extra distance or go to a competitor that’s within a comparable drive range.

I dont get it… this place has potential. The meployees seem nice enough but the bread is NEVER fresh! The bread is always HARD! WTH!
I just dont think I will «chance» it again going here. So bummed because its the only subway I think around here.

The ratio of sandwich tastiness is directly proportionate to how busy it is. The busier it is, the less attention the employees pay. I asked for lettuce and tomato, received olives and pickles. (?) Got an angry glare when I politely pointed out the mistake. Now, when I see that it’s busy, I don’t even bother.

It’s Subway. This one is a lot more cooperative and don’t sexually harass you like some of the other ones –_–

It’s subway. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to all of them.

When do people go to Subway? When they’re trying to watch what they eat. This Subway is a pretty busy one because it seems people in South Orange County are always watching what they eat. That’s my theory, anyway. This Subway is always clean and they always do a good job.
