What am I missing about this place!?! It’s cash only, and there is no sign saying before you order. The milk was preheated and nuclear (tasted cooked) and the coffee was bitter (also pre-​made, not made to order as she handed me coffee within 20 seconds of ordering the latte). The two stars is for the girl working there, she was nice.

This is like a local hidden gem I stumbled upon while in Lafayette. I travel from Berkeley to get this amazing coffee!!! Staff is so friendly!!!
Pro: drive thru, quick service, friendly staff, if crowded they send someone to take your order early so it’s ready when you pull up to the window.
Cons: Cash only, no where to park & eat if you want, and not many other locations.
This place is wonderful you should go. Case closed.

Favorite place for coffee! Friendly, fast, and always remember us and our order. They have the best iced mochas! My son is always excited to see what sticker will be on his chocolate milk. It’s a nice added touch.

The service is what makes this place a must if you live in the area. They are always friendly. There are times when I’m waiting behind another car and an employee will get out of the coffee hut and walk to my car to get my order. And sometimes that customer will still be in front of me… I guess she has an order that requires a team of people… and an employee will walk out to my car with my order. Talk about service!!!
It’s also the little things too. The straw they add to my mocha. The festive holiday stickers to my kid’s milk cup — he loves them so much btw.

This quick stop drive through is more for days when «I’m late, I’m late… for a very important date!» Alice never had one of these in Wonderland.
Caffeinated beverages galore in a snap, served with a smile. Slow down and follow the arrows in The Boswell’s lot next to the quiet Library to get your fix.

Love them. Wish I went into Lafayette more just to go here. One time I went there they had me see if I could drop pennies into Frisbees on the ground while I waited for my iced coffee. Won a crazy straw with a monkey on it. Lovely. They are one of the drive through coffee places, and if the line gets even a few cars back they will come over to take your order so it’ll be done by the time you get to the window. Great coffee, nice people, that’s all I want. Give them a try instead of going to Starbucks. There’s gotta be good karma for you somewhere there.

Every Sunday morning, I drive to Lafayette from San Leandro to teach a 9 am class. I’m always a little antsy about traffic — what if there’s some kind of hitch at the tunnel? So I go early, and get my coffee after I arrive.
I have a bad back. It’s very hard for me to stand in line. So imagine my delight when I discovered a little drive-​through coffee place! I can SIT in line, if there is a line on Sunday, and the coffee is excellent! I’m a pretty basic coffee drinker, but this is GOOD coffee, and the lattes I’ve had there are good too. Once I got a pastry, and it was very good, too. They seem happy to do whatever I need to make that drink right, and there’s a parking lot right there, if I am still not in a rush and want to enjoy my coffee and listen to the car radio.
Caffino has significantly improved my Sunday mornings. Four stars!

I was never much of a coffee drinker, that was until I realized that I can no longer wake up without something. This family owned Coffee Drive Thru is great. I like supporting the small business owner. They know what I order before I get to the window, an advantage to the drive-​thru concept. Super fast, I am able to get to work on time. If the main line has a long line of cars, you just have to circle around as there are two drive up windows. Fantastic service. My favourite place to get coffee! Maybe some day I will drink my coffee black, but for now its my White Chocolate Mocha that keeps me going! Can’t miss it as it is sandwiched between the new Library and Boswells Party Supply, and next to the new Rossi’s Tennis and Running Store. I will become a regular until I find the fountain of youth.

Didn’t really care for the coffee. It was really bitter and burnt. The barista was very friendly and super quick! The blueberry scone was tasty. Don’t think I’ll be back due to the coffee. I don’t like my coffee to bite back. Yuck. 3 stars for scone, friendly service, speedy drink making, and drive thru convenience.

Caffino came to my rescue here one rainy, cold winter day when i needed a boost and didn’t want to go looking for a parking spot to buy coffee.
not that i have anything against the star corporate guy, it’s just my way of conserving energy, the lazy way.
pour: andes mint explosion latte (3 ish)
–usually i go black, but then i went chocolate. WOW! i thought i was thinking molten chocolate, it was that strong. way too sweet for me. Back to black for me!

24oz Iced Americano’s have been my best friend for the past few days. However, I just couldn’t get them to get the sugar quantity right.
Due to the fact that they used sugar packets instead of loose sugar you could just pour in. I just couldn’t get the right amount of sweetness. They did put the right amount of milk though. I like my coffee very blonde.
Then I tried one of their seasonal specialties. The Andes Mint Explosion. Its some kind of mocha that has so much mint flavor it truly could be considered an explosion.
It was quite refreshing but did borderline on to much. I think that it actually has bits of real Andes Mints in it? Plus the prices here are way cheaper than Starbucks up the street.
Customer service was very nice and when there was a car in front of me a guy walked out to my car and took my order. That was nice!
When I’m in the Lafayette area I’m sure to make this a regular coffee stop.
