Pho Cafe

Had the rare steak phở with some bros from work. Huge portions, really fresh garnish and excellent flavor. Great for phở! Seems like authentic very authentic food and the place was pretty clean. Wish there was a good phở place closer to Superior.

Decent phở, I would come here again. The service was slow mediocre as I had to wait 15 min for a menu and water. They definitely caters to regulars as they kept ignoring me in favor of the regular patrons. Then when the lunch crowd came in, kept glancing over to see when I would be vacating my booth.

Great place for lunch. Even though I still don’t understand Phở or how to order, the Pad Thai was fabulous and good portion size. Excellent flavor. I had it with steak. The service was quick and pleasant!

I enjoyed the food very much. This was my first time eating phở and I would certainly go back for another bowl. I ordered the small phở combo bowl which has flank steak, meatball, tendon, and tripe, which are all nicely sliced in the bowl. The portions are very generous and a small was plenty for lunch. Upon ordering, the waitress asked me if I did, indeed, want tendon and tripe. This being my first time, I appreciated the concern since these might not appeal to many people’s taste. I just wanted to get a taste of everything. In addition to my phở bowl, which was served at a perfect eating temperature, I was also served a plate with fresh bean sprouts, lime pieces, jalapenos slices, and large sprig of fresh Thai basil. Soy sauce and chili paste were on the table. I put a little of everything in my bowl and enjoyed it very much. The vegetables and noodles were both cooked to a perfect tenderness and the broth had a nice flavor too.
My wife ordered the vermicelli bowl with chicken and it was served with a small bowl of fish sauce which had a great flavor. I had some fish sauce in my phở bowl too. I liked the fish sauce the most but my wife did not like it. The waitress offered her peanut sauce instead which tasted good as well and accompanied the vermicelli very well. We enjoyed our meal very much.
The décor isn’t much to look at and the layout of the tables could use a redesign, but it’s not that distracting.
The service was very pleasant and accommodating as I mentioned above. Overall it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Been going to Phở Café for about 2 years now and it’s the same friendly people working there. I do appreciate there isn’t any turnover and they say hello because they know you. I enjoy the Phở selections and I think their tendon and the vietnamese egg rolls are the best around. I’ve been to about 20 vietnamese restaurants around Colorado and this place if my favorite. We drive from out of town to come here.

This was the second time that we ate here, service was bad the first horrible the second. It deserves 2 stars because the food is actually good. I had the chicken phở, wife the shrimp w vegetables– both very tasty. Never had an actual waiter the second time– served by multiple people after we asked for water, tea, entrees and finally check, in that order. I would have paid an extra $ 10 just to get the check and leave. Almost 20 mins getting the check, and it was for another party. It was like we were in Phở Prison

Great place! Super delicious Phở, really friendly service, I was particularly impressed with the great care taken in the packaging of my to-​go order (all separate containers, very securely packed). The place looked very clean, and the meat seemed very high-​quality, no gristly globule-​stuff. Yum! I will become a regular no doubt.

Really, really good Phở. I had their Phở Tai Nam which is what I usually get at Vietnamese restaurants. Broth is good, rare steak is excellent quality and the flank was perfect. Better than most Phở from the SF bay area where there are lots of Phở places. I highly recommend it.

Good phở. We often get one as a takeout and it’s definitely enough for the two of us. Service can be a little lacking at times when dining in, but the food makes up for it. Sure, there are better options further afield, but this is a great choice for Vietnamese if you live in the Lafayette area and don’t want to travel.

Decent phở. I had veggie broth with tofu and vegetables and it was very good. Husband had rare steak and enjoyed his as well. Service wasn’t the best, but they were very busy so can’t complain. I’ll probably seek out some other options in the area before returning here, but it’s a solid choice for phở on a cold evening.

The best Phở in town! By far the best broth recipe I’ve had. I’ve been to other places and they just don’t compare. I always get the phở # 2, so amazing! The Vietnamese sandwich is unforgettable. This place will not disappoint. They have much more than just phở, but the phở is what keeps me coming back!

This is my go to spot in Louisville/​Lafayette for phở. It’s good and has a vegetarian broth option which is a nice addition to the menu. I usually get the rare steak and add veggies. Staff can be busy, but usually are very friendly and accommodating. This place gets you exactly what you are looking for. Good, hot phở at a good price that arrives at your table quick!

Probably the biggest phở bowl I’ve ever seen! I did order large though. It was a nice flavor. Their boba was really good. All the women working made the experience fantastic! Would come back.

Love this place!!! A true dimand in the ruff hidden in Lafayette. Do yourself a favor and get the Vietnamese eggrolls… amaze balls. Frozen Boba is the best I’ve had in Colorado, and the phở is great all year round, and is just what the doctor ordered when you have a cold. Awesome prices for the amount of food you get.

Beautiful place to eat. And they had a ton of variety for food choices. Very affordable. One of the first Phở places I went to an ld couldn’t decide what to get.
One thing I would change is I would ask questions and the waitresses couldn’t understand. But what I chose was amazing! Will be back again to try something new!

This place has the best Vietnamese food in the area. We always get Bun, but the Phở is also good here. Fried rice is also excellent. Good boba drinks too! I recommend the passion fruit. The prices are pretty reasonable — they used to be lower but have raised as their popularity has grown. Not usually a wait, but like I said, it’s been getting more popular.

Decided to come back and try this place again after a long hiatus. We ate a «Vietnamese sandwich» (aka banh mi) and phô.
The pork banh mi (I gave all the pork to my friend, since I’m pescetarian) was absolutely delicious, exactly as I remember it from last time. I think they will make these with grilled tofu if you ask.
The tofu and vegetable phô was greatly improved since the last time I’d tried it. It had lots of veggies and tofu, but the broth was the most important improvement. Veggie broths simply have less depth than meat broths, so anything they can do to add to the flavor is appreciated. The medium size was enough to feed me for lunch and dinner (yay!). My friend ate phô ga (chicken), and ordered a small bowl. It was significantly smaller than medium, perfect when you’ve also eaten half a banh mi.
The service was very friendly, and I’ll definitely come back again.

High quality meat, noodle, and broth. Absolutely delicious! Says me the phở connoisseur. Warning: the large bowl means LARGE!!! no regret, tho — more awesome phở for me later, Woohoo!!!

Really good Vietnamese café. Love the noodle bowls and the green curry. Highly recommend it.
