The hospitality of the staff leaves much to be desired. The food looks and tastes like it’s been there for hours! Even if you somehow manage to ask for fresh meat, it’s extremely fatty and in tiny bits. This used to be a delicious change up from Chipotle but started going down hill about 2 years ago. I’m sad to see it happen.

Food: like a Qdoba should be. Service: friendly and half college kids Cleanliness: tables, bathrooms, counters always clean Hours: pretty much always Distance to Purdue: two blocks from the student union BTW for Qdoba fans, they raised their prices but all add ins are free. So get extra queso, guac, cheese, whatever you want because it’s free!!! They upped the price so you can get extra queso. Do it.

The food is pretty good but i’m appalled that they take the lids off the sauces on the condiment table where lots of people are grabbing things with their germy hands! Yuck! Never using the sauce, that’s for sure !

I will preface this by saying this review is geared towards the times I have been here: basically mornings. Having the option of stopping in before the work our class has made me appreciate this Qdoba’s location. On weekday mornings, staff has treated me well and the restaurant is very clean. Street parking at this time is good

I go in and order a large chips and queso to go. They pull the little chip drawer out and scoop chips into the bag, barely covering the bottom if the bag. I ask if that’s a large chips. The girl says, «yep! One scoop is a large.» Are you joking? That’s so ridiculously laughable. Especially when Moe’s is kicking your a$$. How ’bout coming off on some chips, Qdoba! Seriously?!

Food is OK. Service is hit or miss. When service is bad, it is REALLY bad. We just started eating elsewhere rather than deal with the banality of it all. The owners had issued coupons and then refused to accept them. Not a fun experience. The loyalty card has an initial benefit then one has to purchase 12 entrees to receive one free.(That’s an 8% return for your loyalty… you decide how loyal that would make you.) ;-)

Qdoba is a fairly standard Mexican-American style fast food restaurant. Perhaps the very best thing about the restaurant is the staff. They are extremely friendly and despite the infrequency of my visits, they always seem to remember me. The food has a tendency to be greasy, cheesy, fatty, and rather unhealthy. With that being said, it generally tastes good. Unhealthy food usually does! I’m not a huge fan of Qdoba’s burritos, but the soup, chips, and queso are fantastic! As far as pricing goes: qdoba is not as cheap as you might hope fast-food to be. A burrito will cost about $ 6. The real saving grace is Qdoba’s customer reward program. If you have a qdoba card, you will get free stuff every few visits as well as seasonal freebees etc etc.

First time trying Qdoba… Not the best burritos but not that bad either. It’s just like Chipotle so not much to say. The food tasted fresh and decent.
