First time here and very pleased with the level of service!
We took our 20 month old son in for his first haircut. Taylor was his stylist & she was great! Very professional & so good with him. He is a very active lil boy that never keeps still for longer than 2 mins… But he did for her! He enjoyed playing with their train set while we waited for Taylor… Which wasn’t very long at all. And then she played Toy Story the movie for him while he sat in his fire engine… He had a blast! She did great cutting his hair as well. Not too much taken off so that we still see his lovely curls. And she even gave us a lock of his hair in this cute keepsake.

We LOVE Taylor, she is the BEST! We’ve been to many places and hairstylists, Taylor is the only one that gets it right every time. She listens to her clients needs and cuts according to what they want. She genuinely cares about each and every child, and my son says she is the only one that can cut his hair. We are clients for life!

Taylor is truly amazing! She cuts my VERY difficult 21 month old sons hair and does an awesome job! She is super sweet and very patient! She knows what she is doing! Make sure you ask for her! You won’t regret it!

Taylor is a really good hair stylist! She was so patient with our young son and gave him an excellent haircut. She is very friendly and sensitive with toddlers and makes what is usually a tough experience into a fun, calm and happy haircut! Thanks Taylor, we will be coming back when he needs a cut!

Forget this place! Overpriced, have never been able to get my son’s little boy haircut right, can’t fade, and the «stylists» cut hair like it’s their first day. Do your kids a favor go to a real barber shop. it’s only like $ 15 and they know what they are doing. If you do have to come here Ask for Soli! She’s the best one there.

Had Taylor, she was super sweet and friendly. My daughter had a great experience and sat still watching her movie. The place was very clean and all the staff was super friendly. Shampoo and cut came with a free side braid and flower.

I would give zero stars if I could! We used to come here and see Liddy, and were very happy. Beware that Liddy left and the person who cut my son’s hair instead made it look TERRIBLE! It was my younger son’s first haircut and we both left in tears, thanks to a hack job on his bangs. She cut them super short so he looks like Jim Carey from Dumb and Dumber. It was so bad that she had someone else there come try to fix it, and she also said it was so bad she couldn’t help much, that at least it would grow out, and they didn’t even charge me. SO very upsetting to see your sweet baby look so awful! Go somewhere else! My 3 year old could have cut his brother’s hair and done a better job.

I have been taking my boys to Liddy for many years, since she was at the Mission Viejo location and followed her to the Laguna Niguel location. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure each of their haircuts look perfect! I would recommend Liddy for any haircut you are in need of. She is definitely an asset to Cool Cuts. The train set has always been a favorite as well for my boys and now that they are older it’s all about the games they can play while getting their hair cut. Thank you Liddy!

I only give 2 because I was welcomed and it looked clean but I don’t think the person who gave my daughter a haircut was very experienced with kids. She was taking her time as my daughter wasn’t really cooperating at age 2. She was just randomly cutting didn’t even really do a haircut properly and then I ended up paying $ 24 for that. Total rip off! Wouldn’t go back or recommend it!

We used to come here just for Liddy to cut our sons hair. We’ve tried 2 other woman here and neither know how to cut curls. I wish they would’ve just told me that they couldn’t cut curls so my son wouldn’t have gotten 2 bad haircuts. Thankfully I found Liddy and we will be returning to see her at her new salon. No more bad haircuts for my boy!

Loved needing a haircut and walking in with my child and being seen right away. She need several inches cut and the stylist listened and did exactly what my daughter was hoping for.

This review is for Taylor. She is amazing! My son is in the phase where he dislikes strangers nearing him. Taylor was patient and willing to try different situations to make my son comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn’t hit it off with his haircut. She was very understanding and told us to come again another time. I look forward to working with her for my son’s next haircut

A definite must when looking for a place to get your kids haircut. I always bring my sons to get their haircut at one of their locations. Today as we were in the area we came in as walk in’s and the wait was not that long.
The place is super clean and organized and the girls are super patient and always make my kids feel at ease. And it doesn’t hurt that the kids can watch a movie or play video games as they get their haircuts.
My Jonathan really loves coming here and loves that the girls cut his hair just the way he likes it.
They also carry a wide selection or organic hair products for kids that I absolutely love to use on my kids and they smell delicious.
If you have kids this place is a must, trust me your kids will love it.
