We purchased our first beds from Ergo in 2005 and loved it. Just got a new topper for our existing bed and still love it! Buy their pillow, they are amazing their delivery service is above and beyond. Also just purchased another bed for the guest bedroom, best to deal with would highly recommend them.

I recommend finding a place that offers a trial period, we spent thousands on a mattress that didn’t end up feeling as plush as it did in the store. No returns are accepted so we are stuck with an expensive mattress that hurts my back.

Believe the bad customer service reviews. Same problem. If you’re lucky enough to get a call back they are short, disinterested and rude. Our Silhouette mattress(which is made by a company called Berkley Ergonomics) was sold to us as a top of the line«European» style all natural, organic mattress. The pitch was great and we liked the bed in the store but what arrived has never felt remotely like the one in the showroom. 2 years of sore backs later we’ve just bought a new mattress and the $ 4000 mistake is now sitting in the garage. Urge you greatly to find a different store.

BEFORWARNED… While the products these stores sell are great, the service after the sale is non-existent! We purchases the top-of-line Silhouette Cal King matress, pillow top and slate frame over 8 years ago, a total over $ 4,000. You would think that a call to the store to request a customer service visit to see if we needed new micro-coils replaced. Not asking for any warranty work or discount, just an expert to tell us what we needed to improve our comfort with this modular European bed. Well, Brandon, seemed very inconvenienced and said he would get back to me in 24 hours. A week later I called the store back, and had to leave a message on answer system. no return call. So I went directly to manufacture and have been taken care of, but no help from Ergo, EVENAFTER an email to Michel, the owner. I question how a high end store can continue to exist with this lack of customer service

Went to Ergo in Laguna Niguel met Brandon Wells. I can’t say enough about this gentleman. He allowed me to take as long as I wanted to figure out what I liked. Explained everything to me with such patience. Then helped me file a claim with Tempur-pedic when I told him about my indent. Now, in lieu of him selling me a new mattress he actually showed me how to file and specifically asked me to let him know what happens. Success only because he worked me through it. Went back and bought pillows. This guy is THEBEST bar none. My thank you Brandon Wells!!!

Had a very bad experience at the Laguna Niguel store. Purchased a bed and the service was AWFUL. Brandon the sales person was nothing more than a «used car salesman». He was completely incompetent and his lack of knowledge was astounding. Their prices are higher than other stores and when they say they match other store prices, don’t believe them, they lie. When I tried to reach out to the owner to voice my dissatisfaction, I never received a phone call back from him. That, to me, is a true indicator of a company that does not value their customers. Please, before you buy from these clowns, do your homework.

I will definitely come back. Max, our sales rep was so nice and helpful. I went in there with a definite idea of exactly what I wanted, and while they did not have what I wanted in stock, Max was incredible helpful in helping me pinpoint the next best alternative. I used my Unilocal check in and got a free organic travel pillow. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for organic, natural bedding.

This is a long due review and I should have been posted it in July. I really enjoyed the experience purchasing the 3rd mattress from Ergo! The store was initially located at Jamboree and 405, moved to Laguna Hills just for about a year. I am an old customer when it was in Irvine and took a bit of time to relocate the new store and realized that is the same one with same owner I used to purchase mattress from. The owner Michael is extremely helpful and providing suggestions for mattress and pillows. I was very glad to reconnect it with the store. Definitely check this one out.

If you want 5 star service and expertise from the best in the industry, visit Ergo Beds! Since we spend 33% of our lives on our mattresses I wanted to make an informed decision that was perfect for me and Michael and Josh at Ergo Mattress helped me do that. They educated me about the differences in the beds and how they could be customized to fit my needs and I ended up choosing an amazing organic bed. I am thrilled to have found Ergo Mattress because buying a bed is not an easy decision and Michael and Josh made it comforting and stress free! I am thrilled!

Do NOT buy your bed at Ergo Beds. Very much business oriented. The sales people will tell you what you want to hear in order to sell you the bed. They are good salespeople. When you buy it and realuse the bed is not as good as offered, they pretend to give support saying you have to break in the bed, assure you you will be covered… ask you to wait and when the bed sags after just 6 months… they say they are out of the picture and you have to deal with the manufacturer. And this for $ 10.000 beds. Macys offers better customer support. You will feel so frustrated! This Co. is about selling and making money. Buying a mattress requires less of a salesman and more of a real consultant. So disappointed… and sad about how marketing and sales nowadays rip off people.
