I have back problems. I need a good bed but can’t really tell until I sleep on it a while. Paul and Robert were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They took a great deal of time with us and explained about the very mattresses.
I would definitely go back to this store to buy my next bed. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending either Paul or Robert.

I highly recommend Ortho mattress in Laguna Niguel. We have bought 3 mattresses from them and they have always beat competitor prices and offers. Plus they have always been easy to work with, especially Cathy. They deliver on time, no up selling or pitches. Their mattresses are excellent quality and they offer a wide array of brands and styles. We even sent our family members there and they’ve been very happy with their service.

My husband and I purchased a Seely king size bed at Costco. After 8 months the bed cushion started sagging severely.
We were skeptical of shopping at a corporate mattress chain, but once we arrived, the entire experience was really good!
Robert, our initial sales rep was extremely knowledgable, easy to talk to and friendly. He helped us find the best mattresses for our sleeping style and comfort.
We decided to go home and make a decision. The next day my husband returned and purchased the Simmons Beautyrest Levana Luxury Firm Pillow Top. It was on sale & delivery is 5 days. We are so excited!

We bought mattresses for all 5 of our bedrooms from this store. The store manager, Kathi, was very helpful and patient. We must have sat or laid down on a dozen beds. She helped us find mattresses in our price range that were a happy compromise between my wife’s personal preferences and mine. I never felt rushed and she took time to explain the differences in each brand and style.

I’m a local Realtor and have referred several clients to Kathi, who is the Manager of this store. She is so knowledgeable about all types of mattresses and knows how to match the person to the bed! She knows everything about the different makes and models and has great deals through her company Ortho Mattress. We also bought a Sterns and Foster pillow top bed and love it! My favorite part of the day is when I lay my head down at night to enjoy a sound sleep!
