Perspire Sauna Studio

I just tried out Perspire Sauna Studio and absolutely loved it! The staff is friendly and informative! The Sauna is clean and each room has all the amenities you need to enjoy 40 minutes of relaxation. Highly Recommend!

I purchased the 8 session package, just to try it out. I will purchase the reoccurring deal in the future.

After suffering from pneumonia for a month and having my back go out at the same time, I haven’t been able to walk for about 7 weeks. Tried many treatments but nothing worked. So I decided to give the light therapy a try.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by Cambria. She gave me a cup of ice water and put me in the nearest available room since she could see I was having difficulty walking.
The room is in two parts. The undressing cool area with the tv and the actual sauna room. There was a list of explanations on a list for what each light is for and you can control it with a remote control. You have an option of listening to music or watching tv while you’re in the sauna. The front wall of the sauna is glass to make it easy to watch tv, if that’s what you like.
I decided to listen to classical music. I used the purple light which seemed very soothing. Then I switched to the red light which was a lot more intense.
I think I over did it with the 40 minutes. Should have gotten out sooner or taken a little time out in the cooler area. When I got out of the sauna, my blood pressure was up and I was super nauseated and dizzy.
Cambria was very sweet and attentive. She got me a cool towel and water. I sat on the sofa in the front until I was ready to leave.
I’ve purchased the week to try it out. If all goes well, I’ll probably join the monthly membership. So far, it’s 5 star worth! Will update after a week of treatment.

Just completed my 5^th session here and super pumped. Feel healthier, losing weight and more relaxed. The store is clean, saunas are top of range and modern. Solid spot!

Wow what a great spot… I had been to the other location in Costa Mesa and was super shocked to see this pop up by my work. The staff was great the look and feel of the place was zen like. I bought a membership and cant wait to go back. The saunas are all brand new and state of the art with sound and TV’s. Parking was so simple and they even cary my favorite organic, cold pressed juice from Project Juice! Anyone who hasn’t tried this place and is thinking about should check it out. I wore my heart rate monitor and burned 395 calories in 40 minutes… who knew! 5 stars and A+ to this place.

I just went for the first time and had an amazing experience. I regularly exercise three — 4 days a week, but I have a lot of sore muscles and tension. I felt so refreshed after the 40 minute session.
