I’m a picky eater, to get that out of the way. I frequently visit this Taco Bell. It’s the closet one to my house. I love Taco Bell. This particular one is not that bad. However, today I had the worst experience from them. My order was quite large, to be honest. However in my order, I ordered three REGULAR nacho cheese tacos with NOLETTUCE. Guess what? They messed up my order. Not only did they have lettuce, but they were supreme. I was really angry(still am). The cashier heard me clearly. How could they mess up my order? The cashier was awful. His name is Brandon B. Which was shown on the receipt. I did not check the bag before I left, unfortunately. I am angry. This is not the first time this happened. There have been other times, but I have let it slide. Not this time. I just want my local Taco Bell to have better customer service. I am outraged. I was hungry, but I completely lost my appetite. Taco Bell, fix your shit.

Got very sick from the taco salad the shell tasted like chemicals and bad barely ate it and got very sick. Lesson learned on coming to Taco Bell for a salad of any kind but other taco bells I’ve been too the food has been good but here it seems consistently bad. The customer service is always good but not coming for the service. I also called the store to report the problem and the manager was no help. Barely meat on the shell just yuck the whole way around

If i could give this place less than one star i would. I went through the drive thru and when i put in my order i made a mistake. I ordered a mexican pizza and a doritos nacho taco. I realized i made a mistake and said i meant to order a beefy crunch burrito instead of the mexican pizza. The lady at the window nicely said that it was fine and told the people in the back to make the burrito. She came back and re asked if we wanted the beefy crunch burrito and apperently she told the people in the back something else. So she went back again saying to her co workers“youre gonna hate me”. We thought she changed the order but when we got our food we got a chalupa taco we never ordered. We went inside to change it again, and a small grumpy lady came out yelling saying she already made food twice.(when the second time was her co workers mistake) She said she wouldnt give our money back or change the order. Her name was Mary and said shes the«manager». She was a bitch needless to say. If you see Mary stay away from this taco bell! The only reason for 1 star is because the rest of the workers were nice. PS: while we were waiting another customer came over saying that Mary always has an attitude and that shes not actually the«manager»

They just can’t get it right. This used to be a friendly, fast, go-to for us. Then the crew or the management changed and they have failed to get any of our past 5 orders correct. They are slow and don’t know how to greet a customer or say thanks. We reported the problem in their online survey, we wrote to Taco Bell and even to the CEO of Yum brands. There is no one in the organization that cares.

I was helped by Brandon though the drive threw. Was kind enough to let me take my time to order and was polite even when I made mistakes or was very picky. I know it can be hard working in fast food service with such horrible people who are just hungry and not in very good of moods but Brandon served me with a smile on his face and made sure I left with everything I needed and kind hello, how are you? And a have a great night. Yeah it sounds silly but it really goes the length, and his efficiency and kindness deserves rewarding. Now I am only getting four stars because I was told by a lot of people that if I give five stars my review will be taken down so if I can get five stars I would but I want the review to stay up. I will definitely be coming back thanks to Brandon and his kind service, it does go a long way. Happy New Year Brandon! God bless

Worst Taco Bell location ever! I am not one to complain but I came in on Saturday 11÷27÷15 and it was really slow. I waited for ever to have someone take my order, and while I was waiting a employee came in asking all the other employees for an extra apron! And am still standing there waiting, so finally they take my order and took about 30 mins until it was ready and in the mean time, the employees were fooling around, saying«f***the customers. I went to the bathroom and it was a mess, I finally got my order and low and behold it was cold and not correct. Next day I ask for a corporate number and they say«we cannot disclose that information«workers are ghetto

You one of the worst. You’d think the menu is the same which it is. You’d like they would be the same as others, wrong. Ordered a tostada without tomatoes and boom… extra tomatoes. Ordered a burrito without onions, and extra red sauce. No red and lots of onions. Soda tasted flat and lacking syrup. This happens all the time here and they are never busy.

I come here a lot and the service is normally quick, but I decided to write a review as to praise to(who I believe) was the manager. I pull in the drive thu, order 2 drunks and a few items, and had been waiting for nearly 10 minutes. I kept thinking, what could be the hold up? When I get to the window, I see an older woman trying to take down orders, and apologized to me that there card machine isnt working. From my observation, I don’t think it was the machine… Feeling patient now, because I feel sorry for her and the staff who has to play«catch up» with her slow ordering, a man hands me my bag of food. I asked for a side of pico de gallo, and he said it was cooked in my quesadilla. Ok…weird. We than realize he didnt give us 2 drinks only one, but charged us for three. When we explain to him what happened, he asks if we want a return, and we tell him No, its ok, we’ll take the 3rd soda, because I am a soda-holic. he have us the other 2 sodas and our receipt. It was than that we noticed cash. He gave us cash back for all the drinks! To me, thats a manager. Thats teamwork. I only docked them a star for the crazy wait, but I’ll Definitely be back.

This has to be the worst«fast food» experience I’ve had. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. Drive thru customers were getting out of their cars to come in and complain about their wait wondering what was going on. I witnessed several people asking for refunds not willing to wait for their orders. The manager was taking drive-thru orders, filling orders, and processing refunds. He was obviously stressed out, under-staffed, and overwhelmed. With wait times like that, it would behoove the management to think outside the box. Give out samples of their Icee drinks, offer a sample portion of nachos, SOMETHING to quell the impatience of those waiting for their orders. I will not return to this location… this experience was enough to do that for me. Upper-regional Taco Bell management must evaluate this location and see what can be done to improve it’s performance.

I come here when I’m really hungry and in a hurry. Unfortunately, almost every trip here, by the time I get home, my food is almost always cold. not even warm :-( The drive through is backed up during busy meal hours, but late at night there is usually no wait. They are quick to take your order, and your money and usually your food is ready at the pick up window. They will give you plenty of extra taco sauce, however occasionally unhappily and without a smile. :’( I’d like to see more meat in their tacos and burritos. I was very disappointed in my last trip here. Avoid this place late at night.

Have been coming here since I was a kid for a late night snack or when I’m low on money. For the most part I am always happy with the service and the food, however I have been unhappy also, I get my food sometimes an it tastes nasty like the oil is old. I’ve had rude employees take my order before, I’ve had them mess up on my order before… The list goes on… I continue to come here because it is close to my house and open late however if there was another fast food place in the area open late also I would chose them over Taco Bell

The advertise that adding a Large Drink to the XXL Nachos and when I got my receipt, no they charged me $ 1.80 for a large drink. Now I’m not overly concerned about the .80 it’s the advertising principal.

Got a large Doritos Taco for wifey and she said it was great!!! Cold lettuce, hot meat, and other fresh tasting ingredients. Went to another Taco Bell and this one was far superior.

If you’re gonna eat at a Taco Bell, and you have a choice between this one and say the 5 others within a 10 mile radius, drive here. I don’t know how, but somehow the food not only tastes great(by addictive additive standard understood), but I never feel bad after eating it. Maybe it’s a magical Taco Bell, that actually improves your health. You are what you eat. It’s all in your mind. And so forth.
