At last! A gourmet food truck in Lahaina. The little brother of Star Noodle on Front Street lives up to its sibling’s good name. The corn is a favorite of our family. Also loved the Brussel sprouts and the noodles. A foodie find.

Dale and his truck was our last meal in Hawaii and I wish I would have been our first. I loved the tempura shrimp taco and the spring roll. Great food Dale and Nacho are the sole of this great local Gem.

2 benches under an umbrella.. Could use more seating. A lot of locals were eating here which is a good sign. The food is good and they have daily specials. We tried duck tacos, hot and sour soup, corn on the cob, spring rolls and garlic noodles. I got the noodles for my son, but had a bite. They were really good. He loves Ramen and wished these were in a broth, but still really liked them. We will be going back to try some more

Starstruck has a vast menu and everything on it is delicious! I love there black bean bowl and nori chicken. The garlic noodle is also a popular choice in our family. The cucumber and watermelon aid juices are super refreshing and the Ice cream sandwhich is also a winner! Great food, quick, amazing personalities and service.

So glad to have this option for a quick and convenient place to get lunch. The bright red truck is parked next to Star Noodle. Food is top quality(a la Star Noodle), freshly prepared and delicious! Friendly, helpful staff. Eat under their umbrella or take food to go. Shrimp tempura tacos, Thai spring rolls, nori chicken, saimin.

I found this little gem today. It is the sister restaurant to Star Noodle. We had quite a few dishes. We started with the Green Papaya y jicama salad — it was fresh and refreshing. It was a little salty though, but generally fairly good. The next dish was the nori chicken — yummy — had to have two servings of it. Crispy and deep fried! Next on the menu was tempura shrimp taco — wonderful! The Thai Spring rolls were my fav with just the right amount of mint cilantro, basil, onions and ground pork! It was fried just right. Heart Smart. The Fried saimin was the same as Star Noodle with the egg noodles and of course spam. Ono! The last dish we had was the black bean bowl — flavor was very good, but I thought e noodles were a little on the cold side. Overall, I would recommend this food truck! Onoliscious !
