Just went through drive thru. Girl Natalie has a bad attitude. Must be her time of the month! Pretty sad. That’s why she works at Carl’s.

Friendly staff accommodating my request on my burger everything came out fresh and prompt. bathrooms were also clean

I love Carl’s Jr for their quality, fast and friendly service, tasty burgers and most importantly you know from store to store you can expect the same thing!
This is not the case with this particular location. I don’t know what the issue is, but I have stopped here a handful of times and they are completely sub-​par to every other CJ’s I have been to!
I ordered a Big Chicken Fillet sandwich and instead of making it on the fresh baked bun that it’s supposed to be on, they put it on the seeded bun that they use for the hamburgers. I unfortunately didn’t discover this until I was already home (my mistake for not checking before I left).
My main issue with this location is they are not serving the AMAZING biscuits that all the other CJ’s have! What a shame! If you want breakfast keep driving down the one on Diamond Drive or on Newport Road in Menifee! You will be much happier you did!

I went here the other day mostly because I needed some water. Working in a restaurant myself I understand the whole food cost situation and knew that I would be paying for the water because of the cup. I also ordered some sweet potato fries. When I got to the window the girl had informed me that they weren’t going to charge for the water. Wow thank you! Its the little things! Great service!!!

9 out of 10 times it seems like this Carl’s Jr can’t get it together. I have received the wrong order, no straw, no napkins, hard fries, missing an item that I ordered and paid for. At first I thought it was because they were new but now I know it’s because of improper management and/​or training. I would only recommend going here if you don’t have time to go somewhere else. And it’s probably best to avoid the drive-​thru as more often than not the orders are not correct.

As a rule I don’t review fast food joints. But because Lake Elsinore has so many, and we find our selves out late at night, I thought I would toss this out.
As far as food goes
Carl’s Jr. has the new Turkey Burger. It’s very good and probably the safest thing on the menu.
Jack in the BOX has the best iced coffee. Ask for easy ice.
McDonald’s has the best hot coffee.
L.E. needs a good late night café with good coffee.

Slow service. The food is… well it’s Carl’s Jr…
They forgot 2 parts of my order so I had to go back in. Not the best experience.
