I ordered the mini meal deal for Father’s Day and I used to cook but with all the issues I’ve been having I thought this was the best way to go and I was correct! No having to turn on the oven. ¼ of a ham full turkey breast with that honey glaze so good and even when microwaved is still juicy. I also got 3 medium sides for the deal since we decided that Father’s Day was the whole weekend not just a day(whose idea was that I wonder). So I got yam soufflé, cheesy potatoes, and BBQ beans. So we get our plates say the blessing then I take a bite of the yam soufflé and bite something kind of hard and I look through the yams on my plate and SCREAMOUT don’t eat the yams!!! My dad is highly allergic to nuts and if he would of eaten any he could of gone into anaphylactic shock which has happened once before a long time ago. I didn’t think to ask if there was nuts in anything which is my fault but I also think that anything with nuts should be clearly marked that it contains nuts!!! However the man who served me at the store was extremely friendly and kind and I really wish I got his name but I was there around 2 or so and I was the only customer in there. I just wanted to say that his service was wonderful. I would just suggest that they label products with nuts.

Excellent food and service. Thank you for making up a sandwich tray for our work meeting. The chips added in was a pleasant surprise!

I bought a ham on March 25th for Easter Sunday, March 27th. When I opened it on Easter morning the quality was obviously not the HoneyBaked ham I was used to. I’ve been purchasing HoneyBaked hams for 30 years. This one did not have any of the sugar coating and looked old. On tasting, it was very dry and salty. My friend took it home to make soup the next day since it was so dry and felt she and her husband got food poisoning from it. Very disappointing, especially for the price!!!

This little Honey Baked Ham Store is a gem. There was a long line snaked in front when I arrived, but luckily, I brought an interesting book to read while I waited patiently in line for my honey baked Easter ham. The line moved very quickly — service was EXCELLENT with a smiling counter server. I could not believe how fast I got to the top of the line!!! This is the day before Easter Sunday, and I didn’t know we were having dinner guests, but there was no problem buying my juicy, sweet ham! No advanced reservation was required and I bought an 8 ½ pound ham for $ 61.45, but the nice young girl at the counter gave me a $ 7.00 coupon because the lines were so long, bringing the total cost to only $ 54.45!!! I appreciate these nice counter ladies and you can count on me being a repeat customer for every holiday from here on out. My family LOVES Honey Baked Ham!(HBH!) It is better than any other commercially cooked ham in any other store or market. And me, being the cook, am happy to not have to season, bake or fuss over my Holiday Hams. HBH is the absolute BEST!!! If you haven’t tried this store or this amazingly delicious, savory sweet ham, you MUST put it on your bucket list immediately. Side dishes include fresh pineapple, applesauce and Kings Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls. THEBEST — YUMMMMM!!!

Considering I went the day before Christmas Eve the service was fine. It was a little frustrating that they only had cashiers open but they were sharing credit card machines so it was taking a long time. Parking wasn’t great– this location has a small lot and during the holidays is always full with cars and the line out the door. There is street parking available. I had a reservation for my ham which basically meant nothing– there was no reservation only line or anything to speed up the process. Don’t bother making one. Also they had about 5 staff members chit chatting while attempting to put samples together. I was in line for 20 minutes and they hadn’t moved once– and still with no samples completed(not that I wanted any but they weren’t using their time efficiently.) Overall, I’ve come to get used to not the best customer service at any Honey Baked Ham store during the holidays just because they are SO busy. It’s not 100% their fault and their is only so much they can do. The ham and turkey was delicious.

Every time I Ordered a classic ham sandwich on a croissant & I must say it was good. Can’t go wrong with honey baked ham. Every time I go here there is nothing but kindness from the staff. They have tables that you can sit at to eat you food inside.

DELICIOUS!!! Can’t rave enough about their honeybaked ham. Our family enjoyed it immensely. Sweet and tender. Not too fatty or grisly. Kids loved it as well. Accompanied our side dishes perfectly. Family favorite was their cranberry chutney. Definitely recommend to change up a holiday meal from the typical turkey feast. Excellent service when I visited a few days before Christmas. Reserved a ham fir pickup and given a pickup order number. Don’t forget or lose that number! Waited in line for pickup and done. Every cashier was open when I visited ans super busy, but now I understand why. I noted they also do side dishes. Just may cater my next holiday ham dinner.

I called before stopping by to make a reservation. I based my selections off of what they have listed online. Unfortunately, the person I talked to on the phone had no knowledge of their online selection and wasn’t even able to tell me the online and in-store menus are different. She was all like, «I can’t understand you. Talk to my coworker.» At least her coworker was a little bit more helpful. I ended up reserving some ham and turkey and stopped by that night to pick up some sides because they unfortunately don’t reserve sides and, according to the worker, run out often near Christmas. Anyway, I stopped by today to pick up my order. Total cluster. I parked across the street. Walked in and encountered mass chaos. Should’ve went to the far right — the outdoor patio cuts into the store and there’s less room there. Those lines were shorter. Actually, I should have picked any other line. The dude working my line showed no sense of urgency. Every other worker was quick and efficient. My guy sauntered back and forth, took forever to bag anything, and was generally unpleasant. When it was finally my turn, my line was still four people deep while every other line was almost cleared. I give him my reservation number and he acts like he had no idea what I was talking about. Finally, he leaves the register, walks slowly over to the separate area where they store the turkey, and starts talking to three other workers just standing around. I make eye contact and he says something to another coworker and looks back at me. Then picks up something in the fridge. Looks back at this coworker and says something. Makes eye contact with me again. Puts it down slowly. Slowly picks something else up. Makes eye contact again and again says something to his coworker. Finally, he slowly makes his way back to the register. I’m pretty sure he gave me the«special» turkey. Needless to say, I doubt this meal with will be good enough for me to put up with incompetence like that again. Prove me wrong, Honey Baked!

This place is wonderful! My family and I always have to get at least a 9 lb ham for Christmas every year. Around the holidays it gets extremely busy in the store with people going in to pick up their ham. The line can easily be out the door, but don’t get discouraged it usually moves pretty quick. Took me 25 minutes to pick up my ham yesterday. Don’t forget to look online for a coupon for your ham! They have one every year. It’s in my opinion the best ham you can get! It’s so flavorful and I love to eat it with their champagne mustard they sell. So so good! I also recommend coming here for lunch not around the holidays. They serve amazing sandwiches!

Well, I went today, because we’d never tried the experience! I arrived, parked across the street in the nursery parking lot and assessed the situation. I picked a person wearing a red sweater to see how long it would take them to even get into the store. It was 15 mins. until he was up the ramp into the store. Not too bad I thought. I went to stand in line @ 1:06 At 1:24 I was up the ramp. Inside was like standing on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange! Crowded, hot,.etc, people in a hurry. Lucky me, the gal ahead of me ordered using multiple credit cards for 40 people, NOTJOKING! I had preordered, why? Surely did not save any time. Most folks in line hadn’t pre ordered. Many behind me got served first! Arghhh! I thought for sure they’d have an express line for pre orders and someone would be outside with IPADS, swiping credit cards, handing out the goods! Nope. Perhaps next year they could drone deliver our hams?! Lol, they’d never make it, I bet they’d be shot out of the sky never reaching the intended homes, lol Merry Christmas! You know, I snuck a bite when I got home, darn it, yep, worth the wait! I left @ 1:56p.m.

Oh HBH how I love thee. Every day before thanksgiving I’m here when they open to pick up a ham for the family gathering. Every year there’s tons of leftovers and every year I overdo it eating ham for days until it’s gone. Love the ham but make sure you have tons of water on hand as it’s crazy salty. I’ll see you next year HBH!

Ok, I am just off the Thanksgiving high of too much of everything, and I make a yearly pilgrimage to Honeybaked every Tuesday as it gives me a chance to get some fresh ham without the long Wednesday lines. Overall, the taste and quality of the ham is great, not the cheapest way to get a ham, but it’s worth it! The lines move fast so know what you want BEFORE you get to the check out counter. Believe me, the twenty or so people behind you will appreciate it!

I picked up a ham the day before Thanksgiving and it was busy as expected. I got in line and Cindy who was ringing up the line was fast and efficient. She made sure that everything was correct and that my gift cards didn’t get mixed up. I really appreciated that she was really doing her best to service her customers in the rush. I go here every year and will continue to go!

I have always had a wonderful experience at this location. I have shopped here for 10 years– Christmas, Easter and turkey at Thanksgiving. The trick is to order and get your confirmation number. If you are silly enough to wait until Christmas Eve without a reservation be prepared to wait. Just like the mall, last minute shoppers show up. Don’t forget the side dishes and pies! The customer service people always try to be polite. Be polite to them and they will be thankful.

I have heard for years from the better half and others regarding the long lines and issues associated with picking up a hunk of swine from Honeybaked on Christmas Eve. Lines out into the parking lot, people waiting in line without a piggy reservation and people that order sides at the last minute. I can honestly say I dodged a number of these issues and was out of this location in less than 20 minutes with my Christmas prize! Now what makes Honeybaked worth the high price and long lines you might ask? According to Honeybaked: «Each HoneyBaked Ham is hand-selected for leanness, smoked for up to 24 hours, then spiral-sliced to the bone so each tender, juicy slice is easy to serve. Allowing you to spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying friends and family.» If you have ever bought a knock off honey spiral ham(Kirkland comes to mind), you know Honeybaked is a step above the competition. The quality of swine is usually lacking, the spiral cut is usually not down to the bone and the glaze is either flavorless or too sweet. My pigs from Honeybaked have always had the right amount of sweet and you tear slices right off the bone with your hand. No carving knife needed! In addition to the honeybaked hams, this locations offers the following: Turkey Breast and Whole Turkeys Certified Angus Beef(Ribeye, Filet Mignon and Beef Strip Steaks) Beef and Ribs(Prime Rib Roast, Baby Back Ribs, Beef Ribs, Tri Tip Roast, BBQ Brisket and Pot Roast) Pork(Loin and Ribs) Small Dinners Side Dishes and Mustards Desserts I was off early on Christmas Eve, so when I arrived at Honeybaked( ), the line( ) was contained to inside the store. Note: There were people in other lines who had thought they could walk in and get a piggy on Christmas Eve, only to be told, the sizes available started at 9 pounds. Those hunks of swine would feed a small army or leave you with leftovers until next Christmas! Rohlinism: Procrastination and the holidays go together like bacon and eggs(or bacon and anything)! One of the holiday specials( ) was the Honey Sweet Cranberry Corn Bread in a jar. I was also given a tip by the better half for avoiding some of the wait(sorry not sharing this trade secret) and my line seemed to move relatively fast. I only had one person in my line ask for extra sides and everyone had reserved their swine in advance. My better half had also printed out a coupon from their website which saved us $ 7.00 off our piggy. When it was my turn, I gave the person working the counter my confirmation number, she grabbed my ham( ), I paid for the little piggy and left the store. The people behind the counter were helpful and efficient. The person helping me knew exactly where my ham was and answered my question regarding reheating. I consider myself lucky since I realize I lucked out with the lines and my experience was pain free. Laina was even surprised how quickly I was able to retrieve our ham. Honeybaked will continue to be a tradition for our Christmas meal!

Called on Monday 12⁄22 to order my ham. Rep was quick yet polite. Showed up this morning at 8:25am and was out the door with my ham in less than 10 minutes! Andi was quick, polite and her smile never left her face. There was a younger girl there passing out samples and she was not only polite but you could hear her complimenting several customers. Nice way to start off my Christmas Eve… Thanks HoneyBaked!

After being on hold for 45 minutes, I was informed by Ashley(rude) that my order was on hold. She also informed me that I should have doubled check my order.(I received email confirmation that i would be receiving them on time) I was also informed by Ashley(rude again) that i should have checked my credit card to see if I was ever charged for them, because that’s what she does !!!(RIGHT) ASHLEY, you are in the wrong business !!! Customer service is not for you. So far, Britney has been the only one to really try to help me and I truly, thank her for that.

If I were completely broke around the holidays, I’d trade my mother for a Honeybaked ham. I love it that much! I called ahead and reserved a ham(which is always a good idea around any holiday to ensure you’ll get the size you want). The woman who took my reservation was very sweet and helpful. This location is right off I-5, very quick and easy to get in and out. When I walked in on the day I chose to pick up my ham, a young woman from the deli side offered me samples of their ham, turkey, and cheesecake. All tasted spectacular! It was a quick and simple transaction to give my reservation number, get my ham and be on my way. All the employees were cheerful and friendly. I barely got into my car before I peeled back the wrapper and had a taste of this delicious glazed ham. In my opinion this is the very best ham you can buy. It’s a bit pricier than what you’d purchase elsewhere but sometimes you just want to splurge for the best. This location, as I mentioned, also has a deli/café where you can go for lunch and enjoy a smoked ham or turkey sandwich. They also sell condiments like various mustards for the ham.
