The only reason we went there today was because my daughter was playing her soccer championships at the nearby lake forest sports park. They had handed out flyers yesterday for all region ayso players for buy 1 and get one sandwich free this weekend. We were between games and misplaced the flyer but my daughter had her cleats and ayso soccer uniform on. We got there and they would not honor the special without the flyer. Considering there is 3 other places in the same plaza to get a sandwich we left. There was no customers in the shop either. Anyways, I was very surprised why they didn’t honor it nor explain why if there was a valid reason. There was no coupon code or barcode or did the flyer say you must have the flyer with you to redeem. It is what got us to go there. Otherwise their sandwiches are nothing special. We walked to Mustard Café across the plaza instead. Unfortunately with the competition around this Jersey Mikes shop won’t last long.

Had lunch from here with my brother and his family. Got me a #2 which has capicolla, provolone, and ham. Bread is good. Regular sandwich is plenty big enough.

It is way past time that I write a review for my favorite sandwich shop. What I order is simple– just a mini/regular number three on white with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo plus garden salsa sun chips and a raspberry iced tea but never have they in the 10+ times I come here a month gotten any part of my order wrong. They always have my chips of choice in stock and if not the drink then something very similar. Service is always faster/friendlier than I expect of most places and the quality of the food itself is superb. Well done guys!

All I can say was that the customer service at this location is amazing! Came in today for a sandwich and was blown away by the efficiency, friendliness, and cleanliness of the staff. My sandwich was great too but I was very impressed by the staff. Great job guys!

Pretty good sandwich but so far, the Jersey Mike’s in HB on Beach Blvd is the best!

I came into this establishment to have a bit of variety in my lunch schedule this week and to prevent getting bored of eating the same thing I’ve been having for lunch for the past two days. With that being said, I have a plethora of chips from home that I bought from Amazon(Route 11 Dill Pickle flavor) and decided to get a sandwich. My office is pretty much in the plaza across from Jersey Mike’s and not more than a 10 minute walking distance. After finally deciding what I wanted to get today from their online menu, I was on my way to grab my lunch. On a typical trip to Jersey Mike’s I would usually get a sandwich; particularly a Grilled Pastrami Reuben. But, I decided I wasn’t feeling that glutenous today and went with the Buffalo Chicken Wrap instead. Now, if any of you have seen their pictures either at the store or online of how the wrap should look, you’ll know to expect something that’s cylindrical in shape(similar to that of a burrito if you will) and maybe a bit firm to the touch. Unfortunately, after arriving back to my desk and ready to chomp down some food, I was saddened that none of what I expected was seen after unwrapping the aluminum foil. Instead, there was just a pathetic looking excuse of a wrap laying there as if it was made a day or two ago and was put in the fridge until someone decided to order it. The aesthetics of the wrap wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for me if the taste itself made up for it of course. But alas… I was brought to another level of disappointment when the taste of everything kind of just tasted bland. In addition to the sub-par taste, I had a very difficult time eating the damn thing due to all the dressing being pure liquidated and sloppy all over my hands! Overall, this is the first time I feel like I’ve been let down by a Jersy Mike’s establishment and don’t consider $ 8+ for a wrap that was mediocre, at best, to be justifiable in terms of what you get for the price you pay.

Good first experience. Much better than Jimmie Johns. I like that the meat and cheese are sliced right in front of your eyes. Shows how fresh everything is. The bread was a nice roll and was also nice and fresh. Only mild complaint would be to have more choices in veggies(I know that is a corporate choice not specifically this location). The two gentlemen who helped me were friendly and patient considering I had my 4 year old nephew with me. My nephew enjoyed his kid size sandwich too

WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment before. The employees are SO rude and made ME(a longtime, paying customer) feel bad and stupid for asking them to add Mike’s way to a turkey wrap they had already wrapped up(without asking me how I wanted it? Wtf!) when I asked the guy working to fix it, his reply was«uhh, okay, I guess» and proceeded to start gossiping about my sister and I with the guy cutting the meat, blatantly in front of me, my sister and other customers. AREYOUKIDDINGME?! What kind of place hires delinquents like this??? To top it off, after all that, they ended up giving me the wrong sandwich — part of me(and my sister) thinks it was on purpose because they were pissed they had to remake my sandwich. I’ll never go back to this location — and you shouldn’t either. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The food is great. Awesome sandwiches and many unique to jersey mikes so it’s tough to compare versus other good sandwich shops. My order was prepared perfectly and quickly. Why 2 stars subtracted? The dining room was disgusting. Uncleared tables. Tables with food and lettuce leftovers all over. Trash and chucks of bread on the floor. The 3 guys behind the counter are working their asses off. They obviously need more people working.

This used to be a regular spot for my wife and I, but after a couple bad experiences, we have sworn this place off. The last bad experience had to do with arriving at 7:45pm(1 hour and 15 minutes before closing). All the vegetables were put away for the night, and there was no one up front. Finally someone took notice and rudely asked«what do you want?» — umm, a sandwich obviously. After putting in our order and the employee giving us the stink-eye the whole time, he begrudgingly put the vegetables back one by one with as much excitement as a DMV worker. He asked us again what we want, and we said«Mikes Way». He then took a towel from a bucket on the floor, wiped the counter and then commenced putting veggies on our sandwiches WITHOUTCHANGINGHISGLOVES! Germs and Bacteria live in those buckets and he was ignoring basic health code procedures. They of course didn’t want us there, so they didn’t even ask if we wanted it for«here or to go» — they just bagged it. We asked for combos, they gave us cups for soda and then we paid. We were going to it’s eat them in the car. We went to the soda machine and the ice wasn’t coming out. I asked if it was broken, and they said yes. That would have been valuable information to have before ordering drinks! I guess they think people like to drink warm soda. We asked for a refund for the drinks, and the guy didn’t know how to process the refund. Finally after making a few phone calls, he hands us a couple bucks(not the exact amount) and just says«this should take care of it». We leave Jersey Mikes and after a short discussion about the experience, decide to throw the sandwiches away. We didn’t want to risk getting sick due to the dirty towel contamination. I tweeted to them telling them about this terrible experience. I was put in contact with the store owner a few weeks later over email, and he never called me as promised. If any Health Officials would like to talk to me about the code violations, I’m available.

We have’nt been in awhile because our last experience… was’nt the best! Today, we were reminded of that bad experience. When we went in, there was only 2 people in front of us and we’ve only been to J M’s about 5 times… ever! So, we where looking to try something different on the menu. Got to the counter, with no one behind us(3:25) and the young guy on the meat slicer say…“So, you know what you want right”! Giving us the idea that he does’nt even want to be there and that us looking the menu over… was a big bother to him. I opted for the same ol’ same ol’…#13 giant and my wife, a turkey wrap with just«a little» sauce in it. I asked the guy doing my sandwich to do it Mike’s Way«but» no vinager/oil…because we where 15 mins. from home and it will get soggy. So I struck up my pervious conversation with my wife, while the guys got busy on our meal. Bought a couple of David’s yummy chic. chip cookies to go with our meal… and headed for the door. Got home in 10, cause we where dying to chow down and found out the wrap had SOMUCH sauce… it’s nasty!!! My #3 Italian… drenched in oil/vinager. It’s this one, of many reasons… Jersey Mike’s is not even a thought in our minds anymore! The guys act like you’re a bother even being there…“not to mention” they are not even paying attention to «what we’re paying so much for!!!

I always end up at this place if Eleven 46 is closed unexpectedly, and I am actually ok with it. Love love love the sandwiches here! I tend to order the original Italian, which they don’t slice until you order. I love the shredded lettuce. I feel like that extra effort makes the sandwich that much more pleasing to me. I don’t order Mike’s way because i’m not a fan of vinegar on sandwiches, but once I got it by accident and it wasn’t too bad. The bread is ok, but not the best. I’m satisfied that it doesn’t cut the roof of my mouth. When it’s just me, I get the smallest size. A large sandwich here is enough to feed 4 hungry people. I split one with someone and took it to a baseball game, and I think I was pregnant with a sandwich baby only having eaten half of it. In terms of this specific location, the service is always good, parking is easy, and seating is plenty(indoor and out).

I have not have not been here in a couple months, but things have gone downhill. I remember the staff being awesome, the place clean, and the food excellent from previous experience. Today’s visit was no where near that. No greeting on entry, it looks like the store the bread on the counter to be easier to get to, cannot imagine it stays fresh that way, old lettuce on the counters, broken ice machine(I have to get a drink elsewhere as i need ice in my drink), no thank you after purchase, just a there you go. I am hoping the food quality is still as good as it was, but hard to imagine it will be. I will adjust my rating according fly if necessary. Update: Yes the bread was dry. down to 1 star. I guess I don’t have any reason to go back again for a while.

My husband is a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s, me not so much, so 3 stars to even it out. Service is nice and the quality is better than Subway. He gets the Big Kahuna Cheese steak every time and loves it. You choice of white or wheat, hot and cold sandwiches in 3 sizes. Prices are a bit steep, but they have a loyalty club and coupons which can save a few bucks. Everything is sliced and made to order but still moves pretty fast. Great location which makes for a perfect lunch time stop.

We have been coming to this location for years, as it is right down the street from our work. We used to go so often and had such a common order that the main guy who worked there would know it was me when I called it in. Nothing but friendly service here, which is a big thing for me. I have tried several sandwiches here over the years, but my go to is the tuna sandwich, mini size, on wheat. I absolutely love it Mike’s way, but no onions. There is just something about their vinegars and oils that makes this such an awesome sandwich. I will order that 9 times out of 10. My husband chooses the Italian sandwich, regular size on wheat as his go to sandwich. It is definitely one of his favorites. For me personally, Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops over places like Subway, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns, etc. My order is rarely wrong either. If you like a great sub, Jersey Mike’s may be the place for you.

This location is very crowded on sat for lunch. There was over 13 people in line. For a sandwich shop that is pretty rare. Why is it so good? Is it cause the meats and cheeses are all cut fresh? Is it cause the bread is fresh? Or maybe it’s the sweet chili sauce they have? Although it looks like a subway, Jersey Mike’s is SOMUCH better than subways. Join the email club at and get a free regular sub and 22 oz. drink on your bday. Happy Fresh Sandwiching!

Goodbye Subway! Move over Quiznos! Jersey Mike’s is in the house. Jersey Mikes is everything that a quick and affordable sandwich shop should be. The prices are reasonable, the ingredients taste fresh and they slice the meat expertly in front of you. Gone are the days of ordering a sandwich only to get toppings that have been sitting in a tub all day and taste watered down. Jersey Mike’s prepares each sandwich to order and the quality shows in every sandwich I have received here. The guys who work the front at this location are super friendly and rarely make mistakes with the orders. We often times come here for lunch while at work and my wife typically always calls in our order. No matter how sporadic our visits may be they always seem to remember her when ordering. Jersey Mikes sells a plethora of different sandwiches both hot and cold but my personal favorite is the Classic Italian. The meats are flavorful and the sandwich is bursting with flavor that I don’t get in this sandwich at the aforementioned other sandwich joints above. The sandwiches are filling and never leave me disappointed. Jersey Mikes also offers a club card style program where you can accrue points with each visit so be sure to take advantage of this offer. It has also recently come to my attention that they also offer a free sub on the day of your birthday so this too is an offer I will be unable to pass up. The chain is growing and rightfully so as this place is a great alternative to the Subways and Quiznos of the world. Long live Jersey Mikes.
