I give this place 4 stars. I’ve been coming here since last year. I come here at least a couple or few times a week. If you’re a regular hookah smoker like I am & you live around the area, I really recommend this place. Don’t go to hookups, the village hookah place, or blufig. I most definitely recommend this place because it’s not expensive at all. They have apple — $ 20 or ceramic bowls — $ 12. Normally I get the ceramic because its cheaper and sometimes I don’t even stay long. But if you are a long smoker, then get the apple so it doesn’t burn out on you after an hour. If you aren’t sure what flavor to get, ask the employees for a recommendation, they’re really friendly. They are good with mixing flavors as well. My personal favorite is grape & mint. This place is super mellow, a lot of people do their homework here. The only cons about this place is that it’s super outdated, kinda dark, sometimes too hot, there are holes on the couches, they place the same music over & over everyday(but sometimes you can play your music if you ask & if they let you). Other than that its a decent place. I’m really hoping that the owner does some improvements! :)

Mad friendly, let us even play our music. Overall super rad place to take friends and grind out some homework. A little dark, but has a really sick atmosphere. Overall the best one around by far.

Best hookah in the area. My friends and I are regulars. Coals always replaced in a timely fashion and it’s in a great location!

I give this place 3 stars. The staff was very tentative with placing the coals when it was needed. Very friendly atmosphere, as well as courteous staff. There is ONLYONEREASONWHY I GIVE3 stars and not 5. It is because every time I have been there, someone is playing a FIFA video game on the TV. I can understand if you like video games but play it at home. No one in a hookah lounge would like to spend time after a long day watching someone else play video games. I would honestly recommend the traditional house/trance music videos they used to play more frequently. Offers a more relaxing and better social environment. Which in turn, will also be better for attracting more customers. Really hope that issue is fixed soon…

To begin, I am going back to the beginning. One day, over a year ago, I went to Patogh by myself. I sat alone outside because I wasn’t really in the mood to socialize. One of the employees asked me to go inside and smoke with them, and then kept insisting. As I was about to leave, I decided to give it a try, so I went inside. This one action introduced me to so many amazing people. From the employees, to the regulars, I can honestly say they’re like a big family to me. Moving on to the hookahs, I have been to countless hookah lounges from SoCal to NorCal and even Chicago, and I can say without a doubt that this is the best one. Firstly, they use an apple head standard; whereas, at other places you would have to pay a premium for it. Secondly, they charge fair prices for said apple head and hookah($ 18-$ 20 for two people. $ 5 cover charge for more people, pretty standard at all the places I’ve been to). Thirdly, they have a great selection of flavors and love helping you find what you like. The house mix is amazing, but my personal favorite was made for me by an employee and its rose, pink, and vanilla, trust me try it. People have said it either tastes like fruity pebbles or candy to them. The hookahs taste great and the employees will help you if you’re having a problem starting it up, with your hose, or you just want some more coals. The environment is relaxing and they play fun music, what more could you ask for? I highly suggest going to Patogh because not only are the hookahs amazing, but you might meet your next best friend.

I went in there with my buddy a couple weeks ago around 7 pm. I was hoping to find some friends in there. Then I saw the owner(or manager) of the place(a big guy) running after me and said«you can’t go in you have to pay cover charge». I was surprised because I have never paid a cover charge for a hookah lounge. I said my friends may be here and we have more friends coming he asked«who are your friends» probably meaning if there were any girls in our party. It appears the owner(or the manger) desperately attempts to make his lounge look cool and trendy and I don’t know if he is being successful in that despaired attempt but I do know he lost a ton of business that night. Because we went a few blocks over to Village where we spent good money on hookah, soft drinks, and snacks. I will never go there ever again because for me its all about service and the first impression I got was really poor. Also I am leaving this review to let that owner know that as a small business owner, I know for sure that his attitude will not get him anywhere(or girls).

Been here many times. Every time is great customer service. Hookah is pretty decent too. They have a variety of many different flavors and mixes. Definitely come during happy hour, 5 – 7, as the hookahs are cheaper at that time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a decent atmosphere and good hookah.

THISPLACESUCKED. I came here on Christmas, since this was the only hookah place open. First of all, you have to pay beforehand. I’ve never been to a place where you pay beforehand. The owner charges a fee if there are more than 2 people smoking on one hookah. Second, the place was dark and we were the only ones in there. The employees were in a couch behind us, listening in on our conversations, and smoking hookah themselves! The owner, some really lousy Indian, was in his office, smoking hookah too! After the hookah was hitting bad, I asked the owner for a refill on the charcoals, since his employees had taken a «break.» After taking his sweet ass time to come to where I was seated, which was right next to his office, he barges in mid convo and repeatedly asks me «Did you call me dumb?» Whaaaaat? You’re irrelevant to my conversation! I don’t know, do you think you’re dumb?! No wonder why this place has such bad reviews, horrible service! I payed $ 20 for a shitty hookah that lasted like 5 mins, I am never coming back here again, and I suggest everyone else to stay away from here. This place is disgusting.

I have to say I do come here about once a week afterwork. Its normally quiet right afterwork but I love it. They are open at 5 and I get off at 5, its a great place for me to just chill with coworkers and friends for a wind down from work. The people that work there are great! I walk in and already know i would like Mint & Rose hookah. I have to admit I have even gone there alone with a book and smoked hookah just to take a break from the world. My hookah head always lasts forever too. Sometimes I hate even leaving because it still taste amazing as if I had just gotten it.

The one star is strictly for the hookah because sometimes you’ll hit the lottery and it will be good. Don’t walk in expecting to receive friendly service cause you wont get it. Terrible set up inside and nothing makes sense with their seating arrangements.

Went here during happy hour on a tuesday evening to relax and smoke a little with a friend. The hookah ran us about 12 bucks which lasted us for nearly an hour and a half. The service was decent and the couches were fairly comfortable. Overall it was a solid experience. The oscillating lasers were a little over the top though

Lemme start by saying the shisha at this hookah bar tastes great and they pack the bowls fat so plan on staying for a while. This hookah bar is alot like a Night Club with neon lights and loud musik. Unless your looking to go to a hookah club this is not the type of place you go to, to kick back and relax. Also the prices are a bit steep

This hookah lounge was alright. The service was ehhh. Not so great, but they did keep your coals rotating. The hookah hit pretty hard. The guy at the front was pretty rude, was asking about the house flavor but assumed that I couldn’t handle it. I’ve been smoking hookah for awhile. Loud music, a little too loud and that you have to yell to get a conversation. Place could be much more well kept.

Good place! My friend and I decided to go here because it was close and had good reviews. I’m really glad we discovered this place! The price is a bit more than the other places I’ve been, but the quality and service makes up for the difference. I felt really relaxed. The couches are really comfortable! The quality of the hookahs and the flavors are great. They replace the coals often. We went on a Thursday and thought the service might suck, but suprisingly, there was a DJ with cool laser lights. Definitely a good night. Oh, and my friend had an issue with the coals and mentioned it to someone, and soon thereafter the manager(at least I think it was a manager; older and very nice) came over to make sure everything was ok and that we were happy with the hookah. Now that’s what I call good service! This is a new favorite place to chill out after a stressful week!

I liked this hookah bar, it had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Pros: ~Good hookah; the mint strawberry was strong and I would get it again. ~Very relaxing atmosphere. My friends all went to BWW for drinks two stores down and when we came back our hookah was still there as we had left it. ~Good music and dj ~Small place so service was pretty good. Replaced the coals pretty frequently. ~I don’t frequent hookah lounges, but even I could tell the quality of hookah was a lot better here than café 3 sixty. Cons: ~Creepy/weird guys here ~Boys bathroom was closed, so boys used the girls bathroom too. Not good. ~WIth how much their making they can really spend it on the cleanliness of the interior and décor. Overall, I enjoyed myself here, and would come back again.

Worst hookah longe in the area. Opperated and frequented by rude people. On a recent visit my party of five was informed that two of us would have to leave because five people could not share a hookah even if we all payed a cover charge, however there was a group of five regulars sitting behind us that were all sharing one hookah. I would like to think that all customers would be treated equally which is why I far prefer hookups, which is just down the street and although it is a little more expensive the hookah is far superior and attitude towards customers is much better.

Good service and good hookahs. The place is small and there are a lot of regulars that come here. The interior is nothing fancy, it’s just a bunch of couches and tables. The hookah bowls are well sized so you’ll be here for a while. I’d recommend the place if you’re in the area and just want hookah and tea. Not a good date place, but it’s great fir relaxing.
