I’m big on customer service and Katie I believe was her name knows all about how to treat her customers even though I was on the wire as far as time she was willing to have my order delivered unlike her sister store in foothill ranch small gestures go along way and the fact she offered when the other said no shows a lot of character thanks Katie your foothill store could learn a thing or two from you Chris My Junk Dog

I think management should review their delivery pricing. I ordered a pizza last night… and have many times from here. I had to arrange to have a family member deal with the drop. I had instructed my Father to not tip the driver«IF» he was already tipped by the business. The driver LIED and took the tip along with the tip automatically charged for delivery by round table. After being overcharged and ripped off. I called the restaurant… and was told this is normal and how they do business. IE… we double dip and don’t have a problem. Well, I DO have a problem with being ripped OFF. Good thing Peppinos is around…

I grew up on Round Table, and I miss dining in at pizza places so I really wanted to love this place but I felt like even though the décor was updated, it was not being kept up. A lot of burned out light bulbs, video games from 20 years ago.(That was a highlight when I was a kid, but you’d think it would be OK to buy a new machine). Food was great as usual, and came out fast for dine in.

So I went here with my mom and brother today for the lunch buffet. Been here half a dozen times before with no fuss. Liked the food and the price. This review and the one star is specifically how their cashier/manager«Kelsea» handled the situation and how customer service was provided. We got to our table, we were eating our salad and I was on my first slice of pizza when my brother was just about take another bite on his salad and noticed a DEADFLY on his plate wrapped in one of the lettuce. After a few minutes, I went to the cashier and asked for the manager. Kelsea the cashier said there is nobody there to talk to except her. I told her what happened and she said she believes me and I asked her to come to my table so I can show her what I am seeing. She hesitantly followed and after seeing it basically said«ITHAPPENS» and said«I’m sorry» unconvincingly. She then casually asked me what I want to do. She gave me two options, first if I wanted another plate(I LOL’d inside my head) and after just staring at her, she gave me a second option which is a refund. I then told her refund is OK. She took my receipt and didn’t come back. She basically waited for me to go back to her after like 10 minutes(too long in my opinion to make things right) and she shows me a refund for ONLY one buffet. I was calm the whole time and didn’t really demand but the customer service was just terrible. It’s really disappointing. Didn’t make things right. Other places would be very apologetic and then some. So for all of you whos’ reading this review … A word of caution … You might eat a DEADFLY in your salad and their only response will be «ITHAPPENS».

I never go out for pizza, but I go here because they have half off pizzas on Wednesdays. I always get the chicken garlic pizza and its pretty great, and they make it in about 15 minutes. Don’t go on Wednesdays though, if they get more business on Wednesdays, they probably won’t have the half off deal anymore, which affects me. Any other day is cool though.

This location has an incredible lunch buffet for $ 6.99 during weekdays. If you live in the area they often send coupons for $ 1 off the lunch buffet, making this a steal. The buffet includes a fountain drink, pizza, bread sticks, cinnamon twists and a salad bar. They are always making a variety of pizzas and putting at least 4 out there for people to take. Typically there are cheese, veggie, and meat pizzas put out to accommodate dietary needs. The pizza tastes pretty good, though it’s not as good as the gourmet places. There is plenty of seating indoor as well as a few tables outside. There are several big screen TVs in the establishment to keep customers occupied as they eat. Pizzas can be ordered a la carte, but who would want to during weekday lunch. It’s an exceptionally affordable lunch and very satisfying. Although one may feel a little guilty eating so many carbs. LOL!

Lunch = best deal around. For $ 8 you get an amazing deal. All you can eat salad bar, all you can eat pizza and a drink. If you’re like me you think Round Table pizza is very good but just to pricey to buy on a regular basis. Here’s the solution to that problem… lunch M-F 11am — 2pm. The salad is fresh with plenty of great condiments such as broccoli, spinach, onion, mushrooms, cheese, bell peppers and the list goes on. The dressings are good and include the basics like blue cheese, italian, ranch and honey mustard. The pizza is free flowing and incredibly yummy. I’ve always liked Round Table crust, a happy medium between thin and hand tossed. That’s it but what more could you ask for but salad and pizza.

Let me start with their salad bar, it’s the best salad bar. I love it! I came for the all you can eat buffet and I honestly just had salad. Yea, it’s that good! Why the two stars? Customer service, first of all we didn’t even get greeted when we waked in. The cashier that helped us was Carlos, he was good had pretty good customer service the only thing I didn’t like was his hat, it was on backwards it just looked really unprofessional to me. We also decided to have beer with our pizza and salad when we got our mugs, oh wait we didn’t get mugs we got plastic cups! Who drinks beer in plastic cups? Anyway if that wasn’t enough the other cashier Mia was just standing around talking, on her phone. When there was no pizzas on buffet(FYI there were pizzas up on the counter waiting to go for buffet) she was too busy making out with her boyfriend who apparently came to visit. It was really disturbing watching her and her boyfriend make out while there were no pizzas out on the actual buffet table. This place obviously needs a manager, I don’t understand how it’s still running like this. So unprofessional! The one person that’s actually working was Mariolo he was running around cleaning tables, refilling the salad bar, putting pizzas in the buffet, cleaning. What would this place be without him? He should be a manager he’d probably do a better job than the one(if there’s one) they have right now.

I went here with my colleague for the first time, I was physically here. First impression, not bad, not bad at all. Great for lunch, hang out with people at work and enjoy some pizzas at the same time. Did not have any problems with it. There was not much of customer service to mention about. Great pizzas, new experience for me. Will go here again next time around. Customers just come up to the register and pay in advance, then grab two plates and a cup, in which already been set up in advance. So what do they do afterwards? Slide themselves over to the pizzas bar, look at them pizzas and start drooling! No I am kidding, but never say never, hehe. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone or anyone for that matters; who wanted to try something new. Seems like everyone knows what they have to do once they get there. Pay up, grab some slices, get a drink and pick an empty table. So practical thing to do, is it not? Until then everyone, catch ya on the flip side! Enjoy your pizzas and the pizza breath afterwards! Hahaha

We have been here 3 different Tuesday nights for their $ 7.50 dinner special. Great deal for the price, all you can eat pizza and salad bar. Actually was surprised that each visit, the pizza is Always great, several types offered and they keep them coming throughout the evening. Yes you need to get there at 5(Seniors flood in) but it empties out and there are lots of tables. Staff is friendly, tables get bussed quickly and they have plenty of plates stacked for refills! Can’t beat this deal anywhere !

I was craving pizza and so was my co-worker but we didn’t want some of the cheap pizza that was nearby, we wanted the good stuff. RTP is pretty expensive on its own but the AYCE buffet is a great deal and probably the best way to enjoy RTP. Buffet is during lunch time only and it’s only $ 7 for AYCE pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, salad, and a drink. It’s an awesome deal. The pizza offerings are plentiful. You get a selection of their gourmet and original pizzas so you get to try pretty much everything for only $ 7. Seating is plentiful here and we’ve come during several times and it has never been crowded. The guys that run this place are super friendly. We’re pretty much regulars here and they recognize us right away. Place is super clean and service is efficient. By the time you get back from the buffet, they have already cleaned up your other plates and the table. Sometimes, they’ll even come by and refill your drink for you. What’s not to love? Totally enjoyable and we always leave stuffed.

Hi. We come here almost every week for 2 years now. In almost 100 visits, I have never once received a «Hello» «How are you» «Have a nice day» «Please let me know if you need anything», «Thank you», NOTHINGEVER. Nor have I ever heard them give any to ANYONEELSE. Tonight I go back up to get a clean plate, which they specify to get a clean plate each time, and as usual the 2 people at the counter are talking/tweeting/goofing off/etc. As I WEEKLY have to do, I ask to get another clean plate, and usually they go about their inactivity without a word, and I have to get it myself. Tonight the young lady decides that she is the Plate Guard, and says that I took a salad plate and not a pizza plate, because I am getting a cinnamon twist on the plate. My wife and I have been using the ceramic plates, for 2 years, for the pizza, and the smaller plastic plate for the salad. No one has ever told us to DIFFERENIATE them, or corrected us before, maybe because it is incredibly stupid to do this. So they dont have the manners to greet people, or help them in any way, but you have plenty of time to become a buffet etiquette coach. Something is wrong with this picture… The busboys are always nice, and very hard workers, and they always deserve the tips we leave. UPDATE: The owner asked me to rewrite this review because, I originally used the term«Plate Nazi», a play on the Extremely Famous line from SEINFELD, «Soup Nazi». The guy that either gave you soup or banished you to get No soup. Jerry Seinfeld is Jewish, and we, and almost the entire world, were able to find the humor in the term, but apparently the owner has no humor, nor any good customer service sense, since they didn’t even try to defend the fact that her counter employees are no good, but is worried about this 1 word. Try some of these words then, HELLO, HAVE A NICEDAY, MAY I HELPYOU, or even a simple THANKYOU!!!

$ 6.99 for the lunch pizza buffet ! Weekdays only and ends at 2 pm. They have a nice small area for the salad bar(reminds me of a Sizzler’s salad bar) with lettuce, dressings, croutons, etc. It’s pretty clean surprisingly and the lettuce leaves weren’t dying. They also have a soda fountain with your typical pop beverages. The pizza bar serves 4 – 5 different types of pizza. The only thing I had an issue with was that none of the pizzas were labeled. I’m fine eating any type of pizza but it would be nice to see the toppings written out. They also serve their garlic bread and cinnamon sticks! It’s a great place for kids and anyone that LOVES pizza!

I ordered a make my own pizza on a bball game night, the pizza came super fast and it was steaming hot! First time trying RTP, the pizza was very good. Thin crust was crispy, crunch and not salty. The zesty red sauce wasn’t zesty enough but it was not a sodium bomb like any other pizza brands. Also their three cheese blends kept the pizza moist, chewy, and stringy. The toppings I chose were mushroom, pepperoni, artichoke hearts(these were the bombs!) and extra cheese. All toppings were chunky and fresh! Overall after eating the pizza, I haven’t felt too heavy or bloated. I will definitely order from here again! Since I never dined in here, I don’t know about anything else but like the delivery guy was friendly and fresh pizza came super fast!

Best pizza ever, hands down! They usually have some pretty good deals, half off large pizzas on Wednesdays :) Fresh, high quality ingredients. Round Table’s are dying out left and right and it’s such a shame. I wish more people would give it a try! This one in particular is clean, nice staff, easy claw game that pretty much guarantees my toddler a new ball every time we come(thank you!) The last thing I want when I’m hungry is a mad two year old. Please don’t ever change that cheap claw game! But really. Highly recommend this Round Table location. Pizzas are always perfectly crafted. I hate tomatoes in general, but I can tolerate them on the Maui Zaui… Which we always order with the Polynesian sauce. You have got to try it!

This is the new pizza place of preference at our house and also at the office. Everyone is in love with the Veggie Gourmet pizza and prefer it over any of the ones with meat. I recently tried the new West Coast combo pizza and now it is my personal favorite. Love that they have lightly drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top. Basically, excellent tasting pizza and although a bit pricey, there are coupons that can be found online and sent to locals in the mail!
