We walked out before even being served! Worst customer service ever! There were 2 people working (one with ‘Bitch’ on her shirt — which I didn’t appreciate with my kids in tow) and one person in front of us. The person in front of us was being served by one employee and another was «helping». The working employee asked the other to help the next customers. Without acknowledging us, he said «nope, I’m on break», while sitting on his phone behind the counter, but still right in front of us. The customer that was waiting even said something to him about helping us. He again said, «No», loud enough for us to hear. So we said (before even being acknowledged) «ok, you don’t want to help us, then we will leave!» The sad part is, they weren’t even phased by us walking out… they were excited to not have to do any work.

Delicious ice cream. I had the soft serve chocolate vanilla swirl cone and my wife had a cookie dough ice cream cone. Great ice cream and won’t break the bank. A cute and very professional little boy operates the register while an adult supervises and scoops the ice cream.

The service was great! Explained the bestsellers and the various ice creams available. The flavor was good too, nothing exceptional!

Really yummy soft serve ice cream. The line is always out the door and there is a reason. The portions are HUGE. Even a small is alot. They have a bunch of flavors and loads of toppings too. Definetely a place I will keep coming too.
