T-​Mobile corporate doesn’t communicate well and may leave you dissatisfied, but this retail store makes up for that.
I had an overly-​complicated issue with my service that required many hours on the phone with corporate. However, David (the store manager) and his staff were more than generous with their time and patience, going way above and beyond to fix the issue for me. Having spent a lot of time in the store over several days, I see the way that they treat other customers; each time they listened to the needs of others and did their best to accommodate them.
Normally I deal with other mobile providers but few of them will treat you with the level of respect that David and his team will. If you want to switch to T-​Mobile, this store is a great start.
