Quality Inn Pocono Resort

Only thing I can say positive is that the rooms are cozy and no matter the noise you don’t hear a thing in the room. Now the reason I’m not coming back is that I asked for non smoking and my room smelled like cigarette, hallways smelled like smokers home. No microwave in the rooms and no fridge? Big disappointment also all heaters around the place are set to fans only so all the hallways and common areas are really cold. No ice machine on 3^rd floor, I had to search the hotel for ice. If you need to crash for a night it’s ok but if you can avoid I will. Overpriced for what it is, it might look like a good deal until you stay.

Place seem hidden from the map BUT once we got here, was cozy, nice n clean.. Has a bar n lounge with fireplace next to it. .great to come to after long day snowboarding„ would return.

Stayed here with 4 friends and 4 kids, while skiing, place was descent enough, working sauna, pool, small gym, cozy bar with nice fire pit and even an old school pac man game. Staff friendly, kids had fun, clean.

Run the other way. Terrible place, rude staff. Shower/​bathtub water wouldn’t turn on, room phone wouldn’t work to call desk. Went down and tried to tell desk attendant but he wanted to argue and refused to go to room so I could show him. Took my number for Manager, nobody ever called. Repeatedly attempted to address via Choice Hotels, to no avail. Claimed my complaints were referred to hotel for response but almost 3 months later and numerous attempts to get answers, nobody ever called or addressed. They got their $ so clearly they didn’t care. Don’t stay here!!!

NO HOTTTTT WATER FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND!!! 25% off discount only for the terrible inconvenience. No signs posted and staff informs you after you check in. Very deceiving

NOTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS PLACE AND IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DON’T STAY HERE … My husband and I recently went to the Indy race and stayed here, first of all the Quality Inn main sign on the road, is completely dark! You know it’s not good when they don’t even care to light their main sign! You pull up to a dimly lit building, it’s in an amazing location and it’s very secluded, very nice. Hope you like the color Beige because that’s all you got, beigh EVERYTHING. We paid $ 220.00 for a king size bed with Jacuzzi suite (mini Jacuzzi). I didn’t expect much for the price and can overlook the many many improvements this place needs but what I can’t forgive is not caring enough to simply clean. There is a sign at the FRONT desk that reads «if you are unhappy with your room, you must report within 3 hours of checking in, you will not be refunded after staying the night».you know it’s bad lol. Indoor pool looks really cool, black mold, old ratty carpet etc. HAIR everywhere in room, I have pics, outlets with piles of dirt and hair, the housekeepers can’t be bothered to clean it, there is NO way you can miss our when changing the sheets. hair in bathroom, hair in bathroom not all from the head.eww.spiders on walls above pictures, night stands not EVEN cleaned, glass caked with dust and grime, REALLY?. .Asked for late. checkout, wanted HALF the room rate, even though EVERYONE was leaving and many rooms not booked, they’d rather not make a penny and leave the room empty then make a couple bucks for a few hours… told front desk at checkout that rooms weren’t clean and his response «Oh ok, I will tell them, come again… come again».over and over… This place ready could be amazing, it’s in a fantastic location and the place was once beautiful, but they need to start with the basics. If it was clean it would be perfectly fine. I really wanted to love it but too much basic neglect.

Avoid at all costs! This place is cheap, but you can tell why immediately. First of all, you know it’s not a good sign when they have signs posted at the front desk that say «if you are not satisfied with your room within 3 hours of check-​in, please let us know and you will get a refund.» The bathroom was not clean — there were stains inside the toilet from neglect and the pillows and sheets were stained. We pulled off the comforter only to find a large dark stain in the middle of the sheet. So, either they didnt change the sheets from the last guests or they put the sheet on and did not mind the stain. There is NO way a housekeeper would not see it. So gross!

Well, we booked a bi-​level suite. We got to the room and the refrigerator was not working, there were no drapes/​blinds on the upper level, half of the lights did not work, the TVs we’re not plugged in so we had to pull out the desk to plug them in and there was garbage all back there. They replaced the fridge with a slightly working one and didn’t do anything about the drapes. When we went out the next morning, we came back later that night for our second and last night’s stay and they had not touched our room. We had to call down and tell them to pick up some garbage, bring us towels and toilet paper. The guy said, «can we do it tomorrow?» We were leaving the next day so he brought us towels and whatever and took our garbage. If you stay here, don’t expect too much.

I would stay here again. Without a doubt.
Recently I attended the Wine Fest at the Split Rock and they were booked so we stayed at the quality inn. the Pool and Bar/​Restaurant were both open. The hotel is so close to Split Rock so no problems there. Tracy at the front Desk was great. Thank you for all your help Tracy!!! And the rooms were just fine. Trust me I stay at hotels often while either vacationing or weekend trips and this room was more then adequate. the commode could work a little better only complaint.

Decent place compare to split rock resort. So I am testing out the resorts in the neighborhood. Booked this one from kayak, it’s not a 5 star hotel. But for the price and comparison to split rock resort — much better deal and much cleaner room.
Will I come back. Definitely
