This place gives great customer service with reasonable prices. My son had to take his car in for a repair recently.
The loaner car was an added plus being that my son did not have a ride the day he brought in his car. They gave prompt service and also gave my son a bag of popcorn with a thank you note for using them to service his car. I think this is great, and not many businesses make you feel really appreciated as a customer. After all, it is the customer that keeps a place in business and this place really realizes that. Also, they did a great job on repairing his car.

After driving from Phoenix to Lake Havasu our Transmission light turned on and that was it for our car. We call around and John from Havasu Auto Care did his best to fix it but knowing that a simple patch was not enough we decided to trade in and get a new car. I Just wanted to give a shout out to John and Jamie for trying to fix our Volvo XC90.

I’ve been a customer of HAC for the 8 years I’ve lived in Havasu and they’ve NEVER let me down. The loaner car feature is very convenient at times, their professionalism and customer service is unbeatable, and on numerous occasions, the owner, John, has kept me from spending excessive money by telling me a better approach or way to change something with my car (whether it’s a repair or modification). They’re honesty has always kept me coming back.

We were already driving to lunch when I read the review by RH. Oh by the way driving away in a complementary loaner car. We were promised that the repair would take 2 to 3 hours. Before we had time to finish lunch (about an hour) I received a call from Havasu Auto Care that the car was ready. When we picked up the car the office girl said the car wasn’t washed because it was looking like rain. So she gave me a coupon for a wash another day. So RH. I will give Lake Havasu Auto Care a FIVE STAR RATING!

My mistake was going to a repairshop that offers a coupon.
there is only one reason to offer coupon, and that is never good.
I will publish my review on appropriate forums to let others know
about my experience with your company. i am pretty sure you used my car to pick-up or deliver customers, since I checked my milage when I dropped it off. On scale of 1 to ten ten being best, I would rate your performance as a «3» only because you picked
me up allowing you to charge me twice and a half for what i came in for.
