My five star is based on it being a discount motel and feeling that we got much more than we paid for! Our room was adorable and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. It felt newly renovated. We plan to stay again when we go that way next winter. The managers are the owners and we feel the place shows a lot of pride of ownership. We were there February 8, 2015 and I have been carrying around their handout all this time so I would remember to write a review. I don’t write a lot of reviews because most places aren’t very special. BUTTHISPLACEISSPECIAL! At least the room we had was special! It was decorated sooooo cute that I took pictures! That doesn’t happen at discount hotels! The decorating showed that someone LOVES it and it made us love staying in that room. I wish I could remember the number but it’s the one with the little small palm tree tiles in the bathroom and a separate bedroom. I will post pictures!

This place is nasty. People hanging out in vehicles, bugs crawling in the beds. We were freaked out packed our stuff up and left found a nice hotel down the road you get what you pay for and this is a lesson learned.

I booked this place based on the best reviews from TripAdvisor and it didn’t disappoint. The reception was kind and warm, and this place comes with free wifi! The people we met who stay for a few months were very friendly and eager to tell you where the best spots in town are and I never felt unsafe or creeped out. The room is large with a full sized fridge and stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, but no supplies in the cupboards. It’s sweetly decorated, making it feel like home and even has a cushy rocking chair. The bed and pillows were fine and clean as was everything in the room. I love lake Havasu and Havasu Inn is where I will be spending my next vacation!

This place is gross. Most of the rooms are occupied by people who live there. The neighborhood and people at this place is sketchy. The bed seemed dirty we had to go to Ross and buy bedding so we could sleep on the bed meanwhile I was worried about our truck and belongings left outside. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Trust!

I believe this place might have been called the Havasu Motel, but the sign out front says Havasu Inn. I gave this place four stars, but that is based on it being a discount hotel in the same price point as Knights Inn, Super 8 and Motel 6. I would have given it probably given it a one or two stars as a general hotel at any price point. The place is a bit off the main strip, but it only takes a few minutes to drive to the London Bridge/boating channel. The area is in a bit of a industrial area of Havasu, but is next to Mohave Community College. We were in town for spring break and found this place online at . We paid less than $ 100 for two night stay during the week. The room was large and very clean in general. There was even one of those old school, «This toilet has been Sanitized» wrappers on the toilet set. The room had a full oven, full sized refrigerator, and kitchenette area. The décor was from the ‘80s, and each room is decorated differently. The TV is not a flat screen, but works fine. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. There is a laundry room in the complex for those to stay for the weekly and monthly rates. I had only a few complaints. There were some used tiny soap bars left on the top shelf of the shower from a past guest. Although there is a kitchenette, there are no plates and only a smattering of mismatched silverware. There is no central ice machine. I did not realize the refrigerator/freezer was set on set on the warmest setting until we were leaving and ice took forever to make in the tray. Finally, there is no pool. I would stay here again if looking to once again for a clean, cheap place to stay in Lake Havasu.
