Delivery guys were so thorough and careful. They even offered and cheerfully moved our old table to our casita after delivering our new set today, 2÷26÷15. Such professionals! Forgot their names but they should be «keeper» employees!

This is such a great store with the best staff anywhere in Havasu! They have a wonderful selection of furniture and the positive, happy energy you feel when you walk in is contagious… either that or the complimentary beer and wine they offer! Seriously, if you’re looking to get new furniture, you have to stop by Michael Alan and check them out!

I was in early this spring to pick up a few lamps (my teenage son seems to have problems navigating his big feet around the living room). I was sitting on two leather couches, back and forth trying to decide if I liked the feel. Stole a pillow and laid down to make sure sleeping on it was not a problem. Well I was comfy. This resulted in not only the purchase of the couches, but a few lamps, an incredible chair to watch TV by and who knows how much more stuff?
The delivery guys were top notch. There are 23 steps at my front door. They brought everything up, padded the walls and doorways to make sure everything was fine, even dusted after.
LOVE this place and go back often. I may be claiming them as a dependant soon.

You’re just not going to find a store with a more friendly and passionate staff… Fantastic people all the way around with a beautiful store. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for décor ideas, new furnishings, and home accessories; you won’t be disappointed.

Price gouging. A few months ago we bought furniture to include an entertainment center and couch.
We were driving around town and happened to see many vehicles with billboards talking about a huge sale so we decided to stop in and see if there’s anything else we might need.
We couldn’t believe what we were seeing.
The entertainment center that we had just purchased for $ 1349 a few months prior, was listed at $ 2200. My husband asked the sales lady what the discounted price would be, and she said she could go down to $ 1800. My husband couldn’t resist and told the lady that we had just purchased one a few months prior for less then $ 1400.
She turned around and walked away.
We are really disappointed to see that they would do this and tell everyone about it.

Great selection of furniture and décor. Deb was great, helpful and patient. They even gave my husband a cold glass of beer while we walked around which made shopping with him so much easier. We got a beautiful dining room set and will be back.
