Lakeside Cuts

Hands down the best place in north L.A. county for getting your hair done. I found this little gem when I needed my hair done to go pick up my then fiancé from his deployment, I told Mark that I needed it highlighted and done pretty, he asked what branch my hunny was in after I told him what I was doing and I told him navy so he suggested victory rolls. When he was done I looked like I came straight out of a V.E. Day parade! It was perfect, and they lasted from that morning until the next, after driving from the salon to camp Pendleton near San Diego and waiting for the busses to get there till 0100 in humidity.
Then when we had our wedding and he did the most beautiful up-​do and it lasted all night. I have to add that my hair is notoriously hard to work with and it is damn near impossible to get it to hold a curl, bottom line is this man is magic!
Another time I needed a change and I drove from camp pendleton up here just to have him dye my hair and he took me from blonde to Merida from Brave red and I’ve never received so many compliments or looked back! People on the street tell me how seldom you see natural red heads anymore, and some don’t believe me when I tell them it’s not mine.
When it comes to price he can’t be beat, you would be hard pressed to find anyone that can match his quality of work for the price. I am heartbroken that we are having to move to Maryland because I will mis him.
