I like Walmart — they have almost everything you need and their prices are reasonable. I find myself going them for normal pharmacy needs(medicines, body care, etc.) but I also go them for special items that I need. I almost always get my cards there and it is always a quick trip — why I like them the most.

Slowest pharmacy and the people working there don’t seem to care. I was forced to go there this weekend as they were the only store that had the medication my daughter needed. The Rx was called in, when I got there the status said in progress. I waited a half hour and then inquired and was told soon, inquired again a few minutes later and was told another hour. I had to leave as I couldn’t wait any longer, thankfully my daughter had enough medication at home for another 24 hours. Went back the next day and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone walked by, he said I will be just a minute. I watched the clock and he didn’t come back for 15 minutes. Then I’m told they only have a partial fill of the Rx so now I have to go back again today and I’m sure wait another ridiculous amount of time. This will be the last time I go to this store. I can drive to a less convenient location and get what I need and get home faster.

I left this store years ago and gave them my business again a couple of years ago. After disgusting, complacent service, I took my business back to Target who gives stellar service. Out of desperation and only because Walgreens has 24 hour service, I dropped two RX off at 7:00PM tonight. I called a couple of hours later and one of my RX had insurance issues(ok, understood, they need to investigate and get more info). My second RX, an antibiotic I needed to start right away was«lost». At their suggestion, I waited another hour and called back again. This time I got the very nice lady at their call center in Arizona who kept trying tigger answers for me. She apologized as she kept putting me back on hold. Finally she was frustrated as she told me she finally got the pharmacist on the line who hung up on her. It’s now after 10:00PM, I feel lousy and now just have to wait until morning to go try to get my antibiotic — 12!hours later than the doc wanted me to start it. They are horrible ! The market is too competitive for this kind of sloppy service! I’m going back to Target where they give great service, don’t lose your stuff and will even greet you by name.

this is a review for the pharmacy. Overall the Walgreens has been great but I have unfortunately spent extra time here over the past year. They have almost always been helpful whether its insurance, medication questions or OTC advice. I have gone here at all hours of the day and they have been able to refer me to what would best help my symptoms. They seem to care or at least be very helpful– either way the end result is that I really trust this Walgreens and know that I can go to them if I have any questions about my medication or if I am sick and not sure what to take! One time they even warned me about an OTC that I was going to buy that might make a health issue I have worse(I had just paid for my medication for the issue), which I thought was going above and beyond. so bravo for LITH walgreens pharmacy.

Went in to get Alavert for my wife, 7:20AM on a Saturday morning. Pharmacist waiting on a car in the drive up. No problem, wait 5min, she walks right past me doesn’t even acknowledge I’m standing there. OK N/P I’ll wait. Waited 5 min longer, she couldn’t say I’ll be right with you? I will never go in there again. I would have asked for the Manager, however, the only other worker in the store was a cashier who appeared to be even more disgusted working there then the person at the perscription counter. P. S. Alavert is cheaper at TARGET and they care about their customers. See ya Walgreens.

Open 24 hours, this Walgreens is very service oriented. Anytime I’ve come, I’ve always been immediately helped and pointed in the right direction. To be fair on this review, they seem to have issues with their chase ATM and occasional network issues. They have a great selection of candies! My wife loves to get the Runts and PeanutButter M&Ms from here.

Your typical Walgreen’s except this one has a drive-up window for picking up your Rx.
