Typical Panda Express food, about as mediocre as any. I’m giving a one star because I was running by for something quick for lunch and they were not open on time. I left the drive thru because after a «just a moment» 5 minutes later I was still waiting. If you have a sign out that you open at 11am, then open at 11! It’s not worth waiting for mediocre food.

A friend and I ate here near closing time. Everything tasted fine to both of us. We both had Orange Chicken and Chicken Egg Rolls. I had fried rice, he had brown rice. There was very little of the Orange Chicken left in the steam table pan. We both got very sick about six hours later. Massive vomiting and tons of abdominal pain. Not sure if it was food poisoning or salmonella or just some bug dropped into the pan by negligent hand washing. But three days of misery was not what we ordered. Once again, nothing tasted spoiled or bad. We were surprised how tasty it was! Neither of us had ever experienced anything like this before and know something was really wrong. I am sure with normal safe food handling processes, things like this never happen. But once is enough for me. It’s understandable that I will not be back.

Good food, good price(especially the bowls!), and I LOVE that they offer brown rice. This location is newer, but never really had a problem here.

I am typing this out previous times I have been there in Florida and here. I enjoy the food. I don’t like the idea the food sits in the warm water. Food gets hard after a while. My mom this time was hoping to get a soup(egg drop or wonton). They did not have it. I would like to have some too. The girl that spoke to us was the only good thing.

First time ever to eat at a Panda Express, not impressed with the food. Their orange chicken had an odd smell and didn’t taste all that great. The white rice was not fully cooked. Super disappointed in my first experience.

Slowest Panda Express I have ever visited. First visit was a 37 min wait in the drive thru. Would have left, but completely boxed in. Second visit was today. Asked me to pull up front and wait 5 minutes for fresh beef and they will bring it out to me. I have to park and go in after 12 minutes. They forgot. Done with this Panda!

Holy cow! I literally just waited in line 45 minutes after ordering to get to the window! I received no apology or no offer for free food. I decided not to even take the food that I ordered. This place will not last in Lake Jackson. Bad restaurants close down around here. Completely unacceptable!

While I have found the food fresh, the drive thru service leaves something greatly to be desired. Twice I have sat in the drive thru for over 25 min waiting on my food with only 2 cars in front of me. It wasn’t during a rush hour time either. I can appreciate having to wait a few minutes for food — but 25!!! When I said something politely to the man at the window all he said was we were making the food. Still — 25 min in a drive thru? I will never visit this place again. If I wanted to wait that long I would just order from a dine-in restaurant.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s quite expensive for the amount of food they give you. Also, I’ve asked for teriyaki sauce 5 times for my rice and been given soy sauce 3⁄5 times(and I’m allergic to straight up soy sauce). It’s not a huge deal but I would’ve liked the food how I wanted to eat it. That being said, the food is very delicious and I’m willing to pay every now and then for the quality. The place is clean, nice employees, and I never have to wait for food to be made before I can get it.

I really like this place and the variety you can get. Plus it does not break the bank. I would like to see a different style eggroll with the lighter crunchier batter. Kung Pao chicken is some of the best I have eaten. Beijing Beef is a highlight. For people who want less spicy and not are huge Chinese food fans cannot go wrong with the Orange chicken. The atmosphere is neat and clean. I usually grab the food to go though. Very quick service.

I love this place! The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The place is clean and the employees have always been nice. I am a buffet hound but unfortunately there is not a decent one in town. I do find that they give you enough food for the price that I am beyond full when done. The choices are decent, with about a dozen or so entrée options, 3 side options(noodles, veggies, rice) which you can make half and half and a variety of side items(LOVE their spring rolls and crab rangoon). I walk away with a large drink, two decent sized entrees, a 2 piece spring roll, 3 piece Rangoon paying about 13 bucks. And it is A LOT of food for 13 bucks! Kids meals are large, very well priced and come with a cookie/drink, my kids love the mushroom chicken. To boot, I always end up having left overs which unlike a buffet I can take home and enjoy later.
