First time we went with the kids. The food was alright. Feels like more of a bar than a restaurant. Went back again for an event(we live close), had some drinks and appetizers, and really enjoyed the patio area! The food was still just alright.

How this place does not get more 5 star reviews I will never understand. This is our new spot! Everything we have had is delicious. Do yourself a favor and order the bourbon wings with blue cheese, go ahead and order a second blue cheese because you’re going to want it. The staff is always friendly and smiling and the atmosphere is very laid back. Love this place!

Excellent! Our lunch was quite good. I had the shrimp and grits which was incredible! Others have said the chips are great and they were the show stealer! Staff is nice and the manager looked out for his patrons. Having trivia night was an added bonus.

Had an awesome experience here! Great Mimosa at brunch and yummy pretzels and cheese snack to go along with it! The pretzels were warm and soft and the cheese was delicious! Great blend of flavors!

They probably deserve 4 stars, but I can’t give it that just yet, but the fact that I’m willing to give them a shot after I could barely eat my meal is saying something. Had we not ordered the buffalo shrimp fondue appetizer I probably wouldn’t give this place another chance, but those shrimp were HUGE and cooked perfectly. The blue cheese fondue was also a unique and delicious option. It led me to eat a piece of raw celery and I HATE celery, but it was the best vehicle at the moment for more blue cheese. My dad got a portobello burger which was good but the mushroom had retained a lot of water so it was soggy after a few bites. I got the«stuffalo» a fried chicken breast stuffed with blue cheese and covered in buffalo wing sauce. What I actually got was an oversized fried chicken breast sliced in half with a smear of blue cheese in the middle and covered in wing sauce. There were three problems with this: 1) The sandwich was entirely too tall to fit in your mouth.(I had to remove one of the halves to make it manageable) 2) The breading slid right off the piece of chicken I kept in the buns, leaving nothing but bland, naked chicken. 3) The chicken felt sort of rubbery, it was too thick for that sort of dish and I’m amazed it was cooked through. I ate maybe 4 – 5 bites(some all bland chicken, some all breading that flaked off) before I gave up and just ate the run-of-the-mill fries. The waitress came to ask how things were and I showed her the now breading-less chicken and the flakes sitting on my plate/stuck to the bun/etc. and she told me she’d let the kitchen know. No idea if she ever said anything because we never saw a manager and didn’t question that 4⁄5 of my meal was still on my plate at the end. But all that aside, the shrimp gave me hope to come back and try any other dish with shrimp. The atmosphere was nice, iced tea was delicious, and the other star of the evening was the creamy pesto coleslaw. We’ll give it another chance for lunch some day.

This was a very disappointing bar & grill in a nice part of Lake Mary. The service was slow and the food was bland. I would not return again. I might be good as a watering hole to watch your favorite sport, but not much else.

Food and service are usually pretty good. Friday and Saturday nights are really busy so I suggest going early or avoiding all together. As for food… I’ve tried a lot of things on their menu, but my favorite dishes are the street tacos, shrimp n grits, California side salad, and cheese & pretzel appetizer. They also have daily drink specials(beer, wine, wells) and on Tuesday they have trivia which is fun. Overall, a great local sports bar that even a non-sports girl like me can enjoy.

I walk around the square in front of 4th Street Bar & Grill a lot, so when I was trying to decide where to bring some friends for dinner the other night I figured why not give this place a try. When I am walking around the square it always seems busy, and having eaten there now I can see why. We were seated right away and given menus; the main reason I give this place 4 stars is because our server was slow to get our drinks and food to us, even though there were only a few other people in the restaurant at the time, and when she did come to the table she was gone just as quickly, so we had a hard time asking for stuff like a new fork or extra napkins, etc. The food, on the other hand, was very good. I got the wings, medium garlic, and they were very crispy and the sauce was flavorful. I also ordered onion rings for the table to share, which were on par with what I would have expected. My friends ordered the breakfast burger and the sliders, all of which looked good and everyone seemed to enjoy. I would definitely come back to 4th Street Bar & Grill again, I would just hope for a more attentive server next time.

This was a nice place with good service. The food was average: shrimp was yummie. I was not a fan of the lobster mac and cheese. The shrimp and grits were a twist of southern shrimp and grits(Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia). My daughter had the burger, which she enjoyed. The app of loaded fries were yummie as well. The food tasted a bit like frozen then thawed. We will return to give it a second chance. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The patio is great for those with dogs!

Don’t go if you’re not one of the known people. I was watching the giants game sitting at a high top 4 th quarter and the manager just changes the game and doesn’t even bother to ask who is watching it.

Nice little spot! Started with plenty of shots followed by the blue cheese chicken sandwich — one of their specialties. It was good but The highlight was the fried cheesecake — definitely try this place if in the area!

For the area it was in, it was a very mediocre restaurant and bar. The wait was long just because a game was still being aired and was causing people to camp out at their tables. The hosts did a good job of being alert and cheerful when it came to the unpleasant wait times. Upon being seated, our server seemed cool and knowledgeable, but he couldn’t really keep up with refills which made the experience a bad one. We figured he couldn’t have been too busy though with all the campers in his section. We ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls(good, stuffed with chicken and just a kick of light buffalo sauce) loaded cheese fries(not worth $ 7 to me, it only had 4 – 5 pieces of bacon thrown on top) and fried pickles(battered and surprisingly not salty!) We all ordered different entrees, but honestly the food wasn’t good. Every now and then a bar could possibly have the best food you’ve ever tasted or the worst. This was probably the worst in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered a steak burger, medium rare. And it came out well done and nothing like we pictured. The fries were cold and clumpy as well on the majority of our plates. My pasta wasn’t bad, but it was terribly spicy with all the red pepper flakes and nothing to wash it down with. My experience wasn’t so great, the food was nasty u and the service was meh. I also didn’t like that they just chose to play the Florida state game on EVERY single TV in the restaurant either. I had to pull out my phone to watch the other teams play.

Decided to try this place before an appointment I had in the area. Got here right after noon, and it was not busy(not empty, just not packed), which was nice. A review of the menu shows a wide variety of dishes, from fish tacos to burgers and other fare. I settled on the shrimp and grits, which were very good. The only thing I would change is the sauce. BBQ sauce just didn’t seem in place with the rest of the dish. A whiskey or bourbon sauce would be a better match IMO. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I sat on the patio which was comfortable, and even had a visitor come to the table to check things out! I will definitely check this place out again!

I met some girlfriends for lunch today and we opted to try this place. I’ve heard mixed things about it and was excited to try somewhere new.(I’d been once before but only for drinks). I was surprised — they had a huge menu! Tons of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, salads and a lunch combos. I had the Hawaiian chicken sandwich(grilled chicken with pineapple and teriyaki sauce) and instead of fries I got ½ spinach salad. Both were excellent! We also shared the fried pickles appetizer and they were good too! The service was excellent. The price was a little high nearly $ 14 for just the sandwich — I had water.

Cute sports bar in Lake Mary. Lots of TVs so it would be a great place for football Sunday, especially if you have friends who are fans of different teams like I do. The food was all good and fresh. The pretzel bread appetizer and cheese dip was a huge portion and delicious. I ordered the lamb burger which is very flavorful with the tzatziki and olive tapenade. Fries needed a little salt but no big deal. I was disappointed with the Dragonberry Punch cocktail. The person I was with referred to it was diabetes in a cup, which was extremely accurate! We powered through it and moved on to other beverages. Stay away! If you go for dessert… fried cheesecake. It is crispy and wonderful and served with salted caramel ice cream(which melts quickly haha). Make sure you’re sharing with at least 3 other people though! For $ 8 you get a ridiculous amount of goodness. We left in a good coma. I was miserable and happy all at the same time. I will eat less next time haha but all the food was great!

Why oh why doesn’t Waterford Lakes have a place like this? –staff was friendly and attentive. — happy hour specials included $ 2.25 draft American beers, including Yengling Light. Considering the sodas and ice teas are $ 2.99 each, this is a good deal. –we started with the Buffalo chicken eggrolls. This $ 10 appetizer consisted of three decently sized egg rolls split in half lengthwise. Inside the egg rolls was nothing but cut up grilled chicken and Buffalo sauce. There was no cabbage or other fillers to take away from the meat. They were served on a bed of lettuce stirred up with a homemade ranch sauce. I grabbed this lettuce and ate it is a salad, but that would’ve been rude and awkward with anyone but my immediate family. It was served with a side of homemade ranch dressing that tested excellent. –I ordered the steak wrap, and substituted onion rings. The steak was very well seasoned, and was mixed with I think provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and some type of excellent tasting sauce wrapped up in a tortilla. As an added bonus, the wrap had been grilled so the tortilla was hot and had a little bit of the grill marks. The onion rings were very good, but may have come straight from a freezer bag. –my table also ordered the down and dirty BLT. What made the sandwich unusual was the substitution of fried green tomato instead of the normal tomato, as well as a pimentos cheese spread. The bread was grilled and had the external appearance of a grilled cheese or Texas toast. The sandwich was cut in half, and each half was almost the size of a typical piece of wonder bread. It cost about one dollar to upgrade the french fries from macaroni and cheese, but it was well worth it. The side of macaroni and cheese was in a small bowl, about the size of a kids entrée portion of mac & cheese. The cheese sauce tasted homemade and was very rich, and the corkscrew macaroni was fairly large diameter. Some of the noodles were a few inches long, consisting of two or three coils of the corkscrew. –in between the large appetizer and our entrées, I had enough left over for one meal and my wife had enough left over for almost 2. –they had several several other interesting options on the menu, but I forget what they are. I do know that I will definitely be coming back to try them!

Came here on a Friday afternoon and the place was not empty at all but not busy either. From what I have heard this is a popular place around Lake Mary and I see why, the food choice are wide and they have outside sitting and indoor also they have a full bar. The staff is friendly and we were greeted and seated right away and got our waitress to come a little after but not immediately like most places. I order the buffalo chicken salad witch the portion is not bad for the price about average for any place, the chicken comes grilled or fried I ordered grilled and it is dipped in Buffalo sauce. The salad comes with tomatoes, cucumbers chopped very very small and blue cheese . The salad was ok but not the best why? The portion was fine the chicken was delicious in the buffalo sauce but the cheese was too strong over powering they taste of everything else in the salad, the cucumbers were chopped so small I could barely see them or tasted them and I’m all my salads to make the salad taste better I like the piece of vegetables large specially my favorite witch is cucumber. The tomatoes were also chopped small even though I am not huge on tomatoes and they should have onions on the salad because if it did it was probably chopped so small I needed a glasses to see it. Salad was good prices are ok not cheap but in between the experience over all was good and our waitress was nice but she disappear for a while and I was waiting to get refills on my water. There choices of desserts are good they even have fried cheesecake and for appetizers fried pickles or fried tomatoes also I am not sure why a business like This has Cuban sandwiches in their menu but they do. Overall as my first time here I give this business three stars because also when we came in we were told there was a party coming in ONE hour to take the outside patio… it seems were in convenience to them like they did not want us to sit outside when I do not need to know there is a party in one hour as we are paying guest too so we just ate inside witch was cold but we were so hungry we just wanted to hurry up and eat, food did not take to long just my water refill. Will come back again to review it and see if it deserves more stars and a Better review.
