The property staff and management are so very friendly & helpful. They really care about their residents. I would definitely recommend this community. The pool is beautiful too!

First and foremost, great maintenance staff. Fixed everything fast and efficiently. Very nice, as well.
Apartments do not have washer/dryer or dishwasher… however, the rent reflects the lack of those amenities. Sycamore Creek makes up for it and offers free gas/heat, which is a nice plus.
It’s a good place to live as a start up if you are low on funds and I’ve never had any true problems with safety or anything of the sort.
Left after a year after wanting to improve our overall lifestyle and find somewhere with an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Complex has three floors, swimming pool (never busy, however opened late due to repairs), and is close in proximity to Kroger.

I’ve lived here for nearly two years. Never had a problem with management and rent is cheap.
Lock your car doors, I’ve had several things stolen.
Overall, safe, and inexpensive. Don’t expect perfection but this is low-rent, and a fair deal.
