Brian and his assistant were great. Brian went above and beyond in helping with my purchase. I went in looking for just a mattress for my daughter and got a great deal. I went ahead and purchased a mattress set for me and the Mrs’s since Brian gave me a military discount. He gave me free delivery and helped me set up the mattresses. Highly recommended. Great comfy mattress at great prices. ‘Murica!

We purchased a Restonic 5640 Altair ⁵⁄₀ Queen Mattress on 11/​02/​2011, Receipt Number 1136. Shawn was our salesperson and we were very specific about what we were looking for in a mattress and explained our current mattress situation with a pillow top and defined body impressions in the topper in addition it was uncomfortable and awkward to maneuver. We were willing to pay a little extra to get a decent mattress this go around.
We were very specific about wanting a matress that would not repeat this problem and that is when he showed us the restonic mattress and talked about the 15 year warranty and assured us that this would not happen with this quality mattress.
Well, here we are two and a half years later and over a thousand dollars out of our pocket and we are in the same damn situation. I contacted the warranty department and they want us to take photo’s of the mattress to show the depressions etc in addition to filling out a bunch of paperwork and then pay $ 60 each way for delivery and potentially additional costs for pro-​rated repairs. This is just absurd.
First off, if you were to take the photo’s as instructed, when you have not been sleeping on the mattress, the depression is obviously less than it is when you lay on the mattress. No photo is the world is going to show the true degradation on the support of the mattress unless a person is actually laying upon it.
We have done everything according to the instructions provided to us, we have turned the mattress every month, we have used the leggett & platt platinum mattress protector at all times, the mattress has no stains and no tears, we live in the same house and have the same wood platform bedframe as when the mattress was delivered.
I can not believe that we are in this situation, have paid premium dollars for another crappy mattress and are faced with making another purchase in the near future so that we are able to sleep comfotably at night.
Even though this mattress was made locally, it was over priced for the quality and the warranty process is absolutely absurd. Even if they did repair the mattress, it would only be a short time before we would encounter the same issue again.
I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Worst bed ever!!! Purchased a restonic bed and within a month there were dips in the mattress and so uncomfortable. Of course no customer service and like the other review they make it extremely hard to get a replacement. After 6 months of no rest & body pain we sucked it up and purchased a new bed from mattress world. Best week of sleep we have had in a long time. The piece of crap restonic is now in our guest suite. We figure its a good way for our guests to not overstay their welcome. We will try to get it replaced soon.
