Iv been in this location a few times before and have not had a problem with the customer service. But this time believe it or not it was the manager of the store, Sara, who«helped» me. When i got there my goal was to print some images that were black and white and saved onto my phone, onto transparent paper. I Had my phone and charging cable in my hand and walked up to the counter. When i was approached by Sara from behind the counter and she asked«How can i help you?» I held up my phone and cable and started to tell her i wanted to print images off my phone. She batted her eyelashes, as if i had said i needed assistance flying to the moon, and stated before i could even finish my sentence that i can’t do it. Like i said, i had been there before and had worked with the machine you just plug a usb port in so i had asked her what i need and she said«You would need a usb port but nevermind it wont work that way anyway.» ? What does that even mean? So i asked if i could buy a usb port to plug in my phone to put the pics on becuase i had purchased one there before. THEN she asked to see my phone, plugs it in to her computer, i showed her which pictures i wanted printed and… TADA! it worked. She then misquoted my the price on transparent paper which led me to buy less then i would have had i known the real price. which F.Y. I. is only .25 cents per sheet. You work at a printing store. Your not in charge of a high tech company. Please improve your customer service or i will go to kinkos next time.

Last week, I went in to have a ream of paper cut into quarters. The woman working was busy and really hustling yet she immediately cut my paper for me! In the past, I’ve always been told that I had to leave it and pick it up a day or two later. Kudos to her!
