I’m not going back to this location. I spent forty minutes trying to order a new phone to jump to, which should have taken 15 minutes tops. The two people who «helped» me could not give me an estimated window on how long it’d take for my new phone to ship to my house let alone figure out how to print a receipt for me.
While they struggled with their technology, they openly discussed how they have failed to meet their monthly selling quotas for Jump. I was not impressed. The lack of professionalism, knowledge of the new iPhones, and their open discussion of how they cannot sell products was disappointing. I’d advise going to any other location in Portland.
