Excellent prices! Great beer. Get your growlers filled here and not Hop’n Cork a mile away. The prices are 60% of Hop’n Cork! Vote with your pocketbook.

They have good beer… not their own mind you… but nowadays that just doesn’t cut it. The bartender was pleasant and took care of us without issue. Beer selection was pretty good. The atmosphere is dreary. like a bunker. Maybe that’s what they are aiming for? Just seems a little hap-hazard in the general idea of the place. Pedestrian homebrew supplies too. Not sure what the idea was there. Overall it’s a place a where you can go grab a good craft beer. Eat some free popcorn. Fill a growler and leave. It doesn’t differentiate itself from any of the other 100 places just like it around the PDX metro area. Would not make me want to make a special trip to the location in the future.

great little hidden gem! bartender was very friendly and the crowd was consistent. it was never empty or pack, always comfortable. they have a lot on tap and some good ones. you can bring in frozen pizza from papa murphys next door and they will make it! the bar area only has about 5 seats or so. if you’re by yourself and all those seats are taken, you’ll have to share a table or counter space with others. overall, I had a good time and will be back everytime I come back for business.

Like it here… great beers… the 97.1 music is old and in need of a better choice. Classic rock is better

It’s a nice little neighborhood brewery with rotating tap. Matt’s favorite one is the peach sour but we haven’t seen it on the menu since Spring 2015. We are hoping they will bring it back! However, it has loads of different beers from all over. There are usually about 20 different kinds of beer and 1 – 2 kombucha on tap, in addition to a small fridge of bottled beer and a small shelf of wine. They have some food items and a popcorn machine, but you can also bring in your Papa Murphy from next door and they’ll heat it up for you(perfect for $ 10 large pizza Tuesdays!).

Loved the Test Flight sampler with seven choices. Great way to try out their big collection of draft beers! They also fill growlers here. They have indoor as well as some outdoor seating. Parking isn’t too bad in their plaza location.

Mark does a great job. Nice selection of beers and some of his own. Really like this place. Have not done the take and bake pizza from next door but a great set up!

I love the 22 rotating taps here! I can bring over my pizza from next door, have it heated up and served to you! The staff is great! Mark the owner is the best!

We love this place! They have a rotating selection of beers on tap from all over the Pacific Northwest and they are great at allowing you to taste them. Buy a pizza next door at Papa Murphy’s and they will bake it for you while you drink a pint. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. Mark, the owner, is a gifted Brewer in his own right but they do not currently offer any Flyboy brews. If you go in and they are available I suggest you pounce!

Very cool Microbrew, tucked away in a strip mall. Very friendly, good beer, and if your hungry go next door to the Make to order pizza place and the owner of Flyboy’s will cook it up for ya. They are planning to expand into Tigard which I’m looking forward to.

Fly boy, you have officially become my neighborhood pub. The selection of beers is always A+, the friendliness of the staf is stellar, and you have some comfy bar stools with jacket hooks under the bar. Plus, the addition of live music reminds me of the pubs in Ireland. You rock Flyboy.

My husband and I love to come here and fill out growler with something different every week or have a couple pints. The owner is very friendly. The only thing I don’t get is why the music is so terrible… it’s always terrible. Geared towards a fourteen year old girl who couldn’t even come in here. But I love you guys so just find a different station… Please!!!

Great beer, always something new on tap, reasonable prices and good happy hour, all airplane décor and very knowledgable brewers. They have some app’s available but also encourage you to bring over Take out from nearby or Papa Murphy’s pizza(next door) and they’ll cook and cut it for you.

Great staff, superb draft choices, locally owned. To be honest intake my kids here when they take turns at music lessons right next door. They get papa Murphy pizza baked in house and I get my dinner… beer!!!

Definitely worth the five stars for the friendly owner and staff, and great rotating beer selection on tap. The ambience definitely leans a bit more towards ‘store’ than ‘restaurant’, though — fluorescent lights, ugh! However, the bar stools have been replaced and are now a more comfortable variety, and there is definitely great seating options that make it a fantastic place to drop in and do some work on the laptop. Local food options that delivery to Flyboy certainly help expand the otherwise-limited food choices, as well.

Great place! We even saw the Duke. Bartender was extremely friend. Nice selection of beer. Lots of suggestions for local breweries. Looking forward to getting posters and stickers on our next visit from CA!

This place is great. Something Lake Oswego has needed for a long time. They have a nice revolving selection of beers and ciders along with a few of their own brews. Everything I’ve tried that they have brewed has been delicious. Overall it’s a great place to try a wide variety of beers and I will be back often I can’t believe somebody complained about the ambiance of the parking lot. The inside is nice and inviting and who cares if it’s in a strip mall. I think the location is great. You can buy a pizza at Papa Murphy’s next door and Flyboys will bake it for you and let you eat it there. It’s awesome!

If we didn’t live in Portland with access to many of these kind of places, I might have given 4 stars. To be fair, I’m rating this as a bar/growler station as opposed to brewery supply store. Compared to my benchmark for local growler stations, an unnamed place in Progress Ridge, this place is just ok. I like the Flyboy vibe and what they’ve done with the space they have, but unfortunately it’s still in an old strip mall and there is a definite lack of ambiance outside the store. I was meeting a friend here and since I’d followed their opening on FB, I noticed that it was the owner who greeted(or didn’t really) us. It was a weekday evening around 6 and we were the only ones there, so I was a little disappointed that he couldn’t show a little more(or any) enthusiasm when we came in. I got a couple tasters and tried to engage him, but he wasn’t really there, so I stopped trying. At the time of my visit, the beer selection was average, lots(probably over 75%) of IPAs, many local breweries, but less type selection than I would have thought. Had a good IPA, happy hour pricing was good. Perhaps if you become a frequent visitor you get more friendliness, but compared to other places like this, my visit was just average. It’s funny, maybe the owner was having an average or bad day, but if you run a public establishment, it seems like it’d be better when customers come in to put down your phone and put on a public face, irrespective of circumstances, even if it that’s all it is, just a face.

Great selection of beers, currently 20 beers and 2 kombucha teas, they have plans to expand. Very good service, cheese plate and beer pretzels. They even have hop soda. Awesome place, very friendly if you are new to beer they have many beers to try and you will find something you like.
