We ordered for the whole office(12 people). We sent in the order an hour and fifteen minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Upon arrival the girl behind the counter felt compelled to let us know that for future orders of this quantity that they would need more time to prepare the order. Needless to say, our order, not only wasn’t done but they hadn’t even started it yet. 20 minutes later it was done. So, if it takes twenty minutes when we are standing there waiting, why would you need more than 1 hour 15 minutes ? The food was good — no complaints at all there. Portions were a bit skimpy. The attitude of the worker we encountered is enough for me to not come back to this location anytime soon.

It was a bit expensive but I really enjoyed the experience and the food. I highly recommend the kimchi bowl

Not great. Overpriced. If you’re into literal raw onions, cold shredded carrots, and unripe tomatoes in your rice bowl, come here

The only reason I ding a star is for the price tag. True, it’s a little spendy for what it is. However, we keep coming back because the food is darn good! I love the Spicy Thai burrito with falafel. Holy Moses, it’s amazing! My dude gets the Mediterranean bowl with chicken and he’s a happy camper– he’s an average Joe, meat-and-potatoes kinda guy, too. He’s not usually in for frou-frou food or the organic/whole food movement, but he loves this place as much as I do. My only complaint: if you’re going to charge an extra $ 2 for protein on an $ 8 bowl, put more than a couple tablespoons of chicken in, guys.

Holy effing price tag. Got the smokehouse burrito(7.99) plus chicken(1.99), green energy juice(5.99), and a diet coke(1.99). Lunch topped off at roughly $ 18!!! Holy shit… even if the burrito is large enough for two meals, rice never keeps well and $ 9 a meal is still too high. I could get a 12″ subway sandwich(less calories, more protein, standard veggie options) and chips and a drink for like $ 7. Def a ritzy-er Café Yumm. Juice was not worth it. A meager 12oz cup of mulled, flat juices is not my kind of jam. If you’re going to charge me $ 6 for a «green» juice, it better be above the Jamba Juice level — and not be the color orange(portioning was clearly off). Flavor wasn’t balanced or pronounced. Very droll. You want a real green smoothie? Check out Prasad downtown. Smokehouse burrito is flavored ok. Chicken by itself is fairly bland, but whatever sauce the beans were in make up for it. Red onions are WAY too big. I’m pretty much onion blasting my coworkers at this point. I’m not sure what sauce they use but I’m getting a Baby Ray’s profile. This burrito is more sweet than savory. It’s also HUGE. Like bigger than Chipotle, which makes no sense and is obnoxious in itself — I can’t eat this much in one sitting and now I have to carry it around until I can get home and give it to my husband. Also charging $ 2 for protein??? STUPID. I don’t think I’ll be going here again. Service was totally fine, girls were nice and the food was prepared quickly without hassle or conflict. But that price tag is just insanely high, with no justification as far as quality of the product or uniqueness. Eating healthy should NEVER be this expensive. This blows Whole Foods, New Seasons, and even some of Zupans’ deli offerings out of the water in the cost department. There’s plenty of vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options in LO. I would go elsewhere.

Delicious food and amazing service! I usually order the Pangoa bowl and the Freshii Green Smoothie. I do think the prices are very fair. You are paying for QUALITY ingredients and environmentally friendly bowls, napkins, utensils etc. It’s a bit comical some of the other reviews complain about the price of fresh ingredients. Maybe they should try a nice salad from McDonalds. I also wanted to compliment the customer service! I work at another business in the complex and had recently broken my leg. Christina has been so wonderful and kind! A few times she has delivered my meal to me knowing that walking with crutches in the rain is not ideal. The other day I was pleasantly surprised when I placed and order for pick up on line and she delivered the meal any way. So sweet! The great team at Freshii will definitely keep myself and my co-wrokers coming back for more! Thank you!!!

Fresh, tasty food! Got the Mediterranean bowl with tofu. Filling, no wilty greens, good flavor if you are already used to low sodium! I never add salt to anything(i do eat cheese!) so this was great for me but for those who aren’t so strict, ask for a lemon wedge! Next time I want to create my own bowl!

I love this place. Great service and great food but it’s 10 dollars for one item. 7 for a wrap and 2 extra for chicken. Not very much chicken at that. Why I’m giving it 4 stars.

Oh my gaaah the powerhouse smoothie is my JAM. All that coconut and pineapple goodness in one sip. Wow. I honestly don’t remember what else we ordered cause that smoothie trumped everything. I had a salad with kale and goat cheese, I think. And I’m pretty sure it was delicious. That smoothie though. We’ve already been back just for that.

The average rating is for the price only, and to be fair, Freshii does have some standard bowls/wraps on the menu that are reasonably priced(around $ 7.99). I go there to get bowls filled with ingredients that I want. The selection of toppings is great and fresh like their name suggests. The service is very good and friendly, and the food tastes great. Here is the problem. I got a bowl with the following: –Quinoa –apples(very small amount– shoestring cut) –edamame(very small quantity) –walnuts(very small quantity) –Avacado(pretty meager quantity) –spinach –cilantro –cucumber –chicken slices(a pretty small amount) –Cilantro lime vinaigrette dressing It’s a great tasting bowl, but it feels like I’m paying $ 14 for a glorified salad bar with better ingredients where they control the portions, and of course there is no «all you can eat» factor. If you don’t care that it will cost that much for a bowl or wrap, this is your place because of the great service and tasty food.

The food was slow to arrive, a seemingly insurmountable task for the poor youth working the counter. The quesadilla came uncooked: a tortilla with shredded, unmelted cheese inside. The shoshiito wrap had pieces of kimchi(cabbage) leaves that measured in at inexplicable size making eating a savage, tearing adventure. The quart serving of soup was served barely warm. Not helping was its bland and flavorless taste, akin to canned vegetable broth. Not even the complimentary Sriracha sauce could aid it. The music blared eliminating any customer communication. Make a different choice in this strip mall of second wave fast casual food options.

I work close by and come in once a week at least. The food is always awesome and fresh. I highly recommend the teriyaki twist! All the cashiers are friendly and quick as can be!

The service is great. The ingredients looks fresh. But the flavors were just ok. It reminded me of a slightly higher end Café Yum…

First things first, the service in here is awesome. Everyone is so sweet, energetic, friendly, can’t do enough for you. So for that alone, I really like this place and it’s what brought me back. They also offer some tasty and very healthy meals. I had the Market Salad with falafel and it was insanely yummy, and you don’t feel at all guilty for ordering it. The Green Energy juice is also really good. There are some negatives. For one, the price is outrageous, especially if you want to add protein to your meal(which of course you want to do). There are also some misses on the menu. I ordered the Asian Vegetable Soup. Couldn’t believe it when I was told that would be $ 7… I just wanted a quick lunch time soup, for $ 7?! And I didn’t order any meat to go with it, which would have brought the price up to $ 10 for soup. When I saw the size of the soup, it somewhat explains the price. It’s huge, which is annoying because I just wanted some soup for lunch, not to be carrying around this big container all day, having to bring it home with me. So I thought, OK, at least I’ll get my money’s worth. until I tasted it. It was really nothing more than lukewarm water. Whatever flavor there was, was so little I don’t even have a word to describe it. Just bland warm water. So very hit or miss, especially considering the price. But what they do well, is really good, especially the customer service.

Love this place! Food is very fresh, staff is very nice, wait is never too long, nothing could be better. I especially enjoy the Kimchi bowl, they let you customize juices(I subbed apple for broccoli) which is awesome! Always clean. Great healthy lunch option. Top quality!
