Store was empty, one worker was on the floor behind the glass cleaning something and the other employee was doing nothing yet neither of them greeted us. Service was slow and unfriendly, I’ll drive further up to the next nearest subway, in the future.

While the prices are decent, you do get what you pay for at this location. My biggest complaint about this Subway store is inconsistency in the quality of the preparation of food, and the fact that they recently seemed to have relocated the mayo and mustard bottles to the end of the assembly line, rather than the beginning. Thus, you end up with mayo and mustard on top of your vegetables and not on the bread where it belongs. And when you politely try to ask them to modify the order in which they place condiments on your food, and ask them to put these items on the bread, instead of directly on the veggies, you are met with a very confused stare. As an added bonus, they like to roll your fully«assembled» sandwich as tightly as possible in the paper and give it a good squeeze before bagging it. Consequently, when you get back to the office, you settle in to eat a squished, mushy mess of a sandwich with mayo and mustard all in the wrong place. Just ridiculous, and I will never eat at this store again.

Sure, maybe 5-stars seems generous, but… this place is a great value. Their sandwiches are as good as anyone else’s, but they are way cheaper. And they aren’t made by a chef, or a line cook, or an employee: they are made by a «sandwich artist.» That’s some sophisticated shit. Anyway, I like that I can get whatever I want, including pepperoncinis, pickles, and whatever else. And because you get to watch the artists the whole time, you know they can’t screw up your order.
