The food lived up to the hype. I recommend the brisket sandwich. My wife and son bith gave the ham and chesse a thumbs up! And yes don’t forget about the large selection of beers. I had a salted carmel porter and bourbon cider. Both very good! We will be back!

I am a regular customer here and this is my second review about this establishment… AMAZING!!! I have seen some naughty reviews, but let me learn ya somethin… if you come here and don’t have a great, or even good time, it is your OWN fault. Fun atmosphere, great staff and always looking to improve, and a wide variety of beers and wine! When you come here, remember this… be patient and enjoy. Don’t be in a rush, so relax and take everything in! Cheers!!!

Service continues to slip here. Nice people, but when I see an employee texting or on Facebook when people are waiting to have a drink, it really makes me wonder. Seems quite unorganized. Owner used to be around, but not much anymore– maybe that’s why employees are slacking. Still a nice venue, just need to get it together. Oh and check your bill for drinks that you didn’t have!

What a wonderful place! Lake Oswego has needed a relaxed, friendly place for a long time. The food is incredible. All family recipes prepared perfectly. Michelle has a great staff, mixing the perfect blend of laid back, local service, combined with an exceptional knowledge of the endless craft beers. Cheers to all who cook, serve and manage there!

Excited by the reviews. Service was slow, they forgot we ordered beer until we asked. Still waiting for my food as a type this. I ordered a cold sandwich 5 minutes before my friend. His cooked sandwich turned up long ago and I am still waiitng. The waitress asked twice what I ordered even though my number ok table clearly shows what I ordered. Oh well win some lose some.

Polite staff, great variety of local craft brews, and a great atmosphere. You can’t go wrong with this place at all. It’s averaged priced for the area as well

Loving this place! So glad to find a place out here in L.O. that appreciates great beer and craft beer culture! The staff is super nice, though I am not too sure there beer knowledge it doesn’t matter. They don’t seem like in your face beer geeks, but the clientele does appreciate the beer. Have not yet tried the food here yet, but I will on one of my visits. The menu is small, but user BBQs outside so that is promising! I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner(though I can’t remember her name) and she was sweet as can be! Really hope this place gets the traction it deserves out here in suburbia and keeps the great beer flowing! Cheers!

Good little place with a diverse and extensive beer list all on tap. Several wines, ciders and kombucha as well. Food is tasty as well. Biggest drawback? The young girls behind the bar who definitely don’t know what customer service is. When Michelle(?), an owner I believe, is there, it’s fantastic! Personable & efficient — great combo in a bartender. She remembers us each time. But when the two young blonde girls are there? Forget it. You’ll need to wait to get their attention, one of them will barely smile or take her sunglasses off for that matter, and don’t even think about having a conversation about what beers are new or suggestions of something different to try. We keep going back because we do like the place, the beer & cider, the food and Michelle. Just hope they’ll work with the rest of their staff on customer service or hire someone new.

We happened upon this local tap house with great local taps and good food. Made new friends and met the owner who truly cares about the customers. We’re traveling from out of town and will definitely be back.

I would rate this much higher, but the prices are completely out of line. You will not find a higher priced growler fill in the Portland area! $ 19/fill for the beer I chose without tip. Go to Flyboy Brewing a mile away on Boones Ferry. The prices are about 60% of Hop’n Cork! Excellent beer without the exorbitant cost. Vote with your pocketbook!

Lately, I’ve been happening upon some great bars and restaurants… in STRIIIIIIPMAAAAALLLSS *gasp*! Hop and Cask is yet another diamond in the rough. Their tap-list is extensive(43 different choices), and the staff work their asses off. The place is lively without being deafeningly loud. ambience is standard for a taproom; lots of comfy seating, concrete and beer ads. It works. It’s relaxing and unpretentious. Lastly, we come to the food. I had the salmon spread and the pulled pork. The spread had the right amount of tang from the pickled(in house, no less) onions, and just the right amount of smoke. Mind you, this was just the warmup. The pulled pork was on-par with what I’ve had in BBQ restaurants, the asian style slaw added the perfect amount of tang and crunch, and the succulent, smoky pork was complimented perfectly by a sweet/smoky thai-influenced sauce. I ordered the Tom Kha with shrimp and chicken as a side; this is once again every bit as delicious as the food produced by restaurants that specialize in the cuisine. The staff seem to be busy, but jovial. All in all, I highly recommend this to anyone with an appreciation for beer and/or wine. No joke, it’s worth the trip to Tualatin.

One server/bartender on a Sunday during March madness = non existent/slowest service everrrrr. So sad. I really want to like this place. It’s so close to home.

Very good food. Smoked items are the best. And, U won’t be dissapointed by the ‘Mac n cheese’ options. Prices are on higher side, lowest priced pint is $ 5. Wish they served a budget friendly beer. Food items are $ 10 range, generally worth it. Service varies. Daytime seems to be best when owners around. During week nights, it noticeably suffers.

Good place in LO. Has a nice atmosphere and great beer selection on tap. Food was good but nothing wow. The cole slaw was incredibly bland. The buffalo chicken sandwich was pretty good just a unique version, the chicken is sliced and there is very little buffalo or blue cheese but still a tasty sandwich. Will be back!

I really liked the chill ambiance and 40+ beer option. In addition to how clean and courteous the staff was. I recommend trying their house created Hop N Cork white Belgium Pale and their Rosemary chicken BLT … This place definitely has potential and if your in the area check it out.

Surprisingly Good Bar Food! Opened only a short time, but already has a good«Locals» support. They have 25+ Craft Beers on tap, 5 Cider types and 10+ red/white wines on tap. No Hard Alcohol! They have four TV’s if your looking for a Sports Bar! I like the place, and have been in a couple of times, and will be back Enjoy Morry

This is a bar. [Just thought I’d make that clear because I drove past it a few times thinking it was a beer/wine store.] Better yet, this is a great bar; pairing a huge beer-and-wine selection with a classy atmosphere. The bartenders are extremely capable in terms of being quick, helping find just the right drink, and accommodating groups. I loved how this bar utilizes technology. For one, they started a tab for me, then handed my credit card back. I’m not sure what kind of black magic this was, but it made closing my tab easy and helped me avoid accidentally leaving my plastic behind. They also have iPads available for viewing the menu and/or for looking up the answer to those pesky questions that come up when you’re hanging out with drunk people(no really… what year did mt. St. Helens erupt?).

This place is a good concept but still a work in progress. It has a very nice interior décor and is in a good location near exit 290 of I-5. They have a fantastic selection of beers — and even some ciders — on tap. The menu looked pretty good and the food I ordered was solid. Lots of new, clear televisions showing up-to-the minute sporting events in HD. On the other hand, the service was a little uneven. Everyone was nice, but even if you sit at a table, you have to order at the bar. Moreover, my food was served with plastic utensils. Finally, to remind you that you are not in Portland proper, there was no bike parking. The owners seem responsive to feedback, however. I was told that bike racks are on their way and that they do have metal flatware in stock(that somehow didn’t make it out with my meal). I look forward to returning and rating this place a 5.

This place is awesome! The owner is polite, friendly and hard working. Everyone working makes you feel welcome. There are a ton of beers and wine on tap and they fill growlers that you can either bring in or you can buy some from them! I really like IPAs and they have a great variety — along with a beer they created which is my new Favorite. Dave works behind the bar and is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever talked to when it comes to beer! If any questions or want to learn about beer — he is the man! I was surprised by the food menu and really like the grilled cheese sandwich and the pulled pork sliders. Will definitely try other foods. Perfect access right near freeway
