Called tonight 1÷28÷16 at 7:25 pm to order a food delivery which would have exceeded $ 40. Was told they were no longer taking delivery orders as one of their drivers had been in an auto accident but I was welcome to come in to pick up… which is what they usually want you to do… and what they usually say… It will be an hour and 15 minutes for delivery but you can pick up in 30 minutes… they do not like to deliver. They Do Not Like to Deliver. They offer delivery but don’t want to deliver. Where are the owners in all this?
Last week I placed a delivery order for $ 33 and gave the driver a $ 7 tip. She was so not appreciative and I will be rethinking my tip generosity in the future so her co-​worker drivers can thank her for that. Young lady, you know who you are.
Now, I am sorry if one of their drivers actually did get into an accident, however; when they offer delivery don’t pawn off no delivery to that. The general manager needs to get in his car and do what the company offers and deliver. The company owners don’t seem concerned or interested in the lack of service at this location. They should have delivery drivers available at all posted times for delivery. Delivery should be encouraged in the shop rather than discouraged…1 hour 15 minutes is an excuse not to deliver but I have figured out their number and order delivery way in advance so I say 1 hour 20 minutes is just fine. If there is a shortage of drivers the gm needs to get in his car and take care of business. I am so frustrated with their delivery policy and I’ve been ordering delivery from them for 4 years and I tip well.

We were staying at a hotel just down the street, and figured instead of driving into Portland on our last night, we would just grab a simple pizza to go…
Boy, were we happy!
The service was awesome… The woman answering the phone helped guide us in getting just what we wanted (Chicken and mushrooms, because we are odd) and how much of each topping.
They also stayed open past their closing time, because we called so late, instead of just denying our order.
I asked for extra walnuts for our salad, and the cashier gave me a small bag of them, at no extra charge.
And speaking of salads, that was my favorite part, We got the house and also the arugula and pear… they were huge (I think we ordered the medium size) and really satisfying.
A great way to end our visit to the Portland area

We love the Arugula Salad and pizza deal with the delicious bruschetta trio that features balsamic-​roasted artichokes, basil and olive oil marinated pearl mozzarella and tangy sweet tomatoe jam.
