Karl is great. I had an issue with a stuck jet pump impeller and he was willing to assist me the same day. His rates are the best I’ve come across and he has a good sense of humor. Highly recommend using his services.

What a great find! Don’t spend $ 500 or more on a new pump for your koi pond! Take it to Karl and he will fix it for you giving new life to your old pump. Our old pump now works like a champ and it feels good not to have thrown it out!
