Best customer service ever! James is amazing and this store is clean huge and has everything!

1^st time I came here… Great People. Managers and sales associates… They helped me tremendously with my questions. They were very quick in responding to Protection Agreement Replacement. Can’t believe that my appliance will be replaced and delivered the following day. Service provided was fast. I ended up buying a lot more from the store too bec of how well organize the store is and great sale prices. They helped me load things bought to my car… Great customer experience!!! Thank you for great job!!!

This location is franchise owned and is a whole different animal than the bigger SEARS stores. So with that said, you would think that customer service would be at its best, NOT. I received an item as a gift and there was no gift receipt that came with the item. Not sure if the cashier did not ask during the purchase, pure laziness, at any rate the gift was a Craftsman leaf blower/​vac. I started using this product and after 2 hours it completely stopped working. I called the toll free number for product support and was instructed to take it back to the store that it was purchased at. This is where the fun started, I had 5 of the store employees fumbling around asking me all kinds of questions, one of them being «Are you sure it does not work?». I made all 5 employees plug it in to make sure that it does not work, and VIOLA it did not work, it was like a bunch of chimps fighting over a banana. You can see why this is frustrating, the store could not find the transaction to give me a return or exchange. I will now have to inconvenience the gift giver, I thought that having mainframe computer systems this would give the endpoint all kinds of information when the database is queried, I guess not. This issue is still not resolved!

I like shopping at this store. The associates are great. The hardware selection blows the big box stores out-​of-​the-​water. If I think they have what I need, I go there first. Some things miight be a few cents more, but the convenience is worth it.

Picked up these beautiful black rubber garden hoses at great sale price. Gotta go with black because they camouflage best with my natural wooded landscape. Don’t be a «literal» idiot and get green hoses because they stick out like a sore thumb and looks more fake than anything.
Sears’ price blew away the competition at 50 cents per linear foot when everywhere else was at .75 to $ 1.00 a foot.

I come here for unique «Sears things» because I can’t stand Mall stores. The staff here is helpful and efficient, but the place is usually deserted, so I don’t know how long it can last.

I come here because it is the closest Sears location. I go to Sears to pay my credit card bills when I forget to mail them in on time and want to avoid a late fee. Yes, you can pay Discover Card bills here! The Sears is a bit run down and dated, but I can park close to the front and run in. It is rare that you ever have to wait in line here too!
