This place is messy and not clean. He didn’t put oyster sauce. All side sauce He didn’t ask if I want it. When the guy make the food all the food fall on the floor. When he put the food in the box it fall out of the box.

I don’t get the hype. Its great that its A LOT of food. The cooks were really nice too. The noodles were barely cooked. I think its weird they don’t fry the rice, would def make it better.(I asked the lady and she looked at me like it was crazy to ask if they fried the rice at a fry place) I didn’t think it was very seasoned. it was so bland. No soy? That’s like everything with noodles. Why are there no labels with what everything is? I had to ask and he spoke really low and I could barely understand him. Maybe if I knew what all the sauces at the end were I could have made it better? WEWILLNEVERKNOWSINCELABELSAREN’T NEEDEDFORNEWCOMERS. I’ve had amazing noodles and it tasted like a knock off. Maybe its a Cali thing and I’m so NY?.. ILLPASS.

I like coming here as soon as the mall opens cause that’s when it’s the most cleanest and freshest… I think you get your money’s worth even though they raised the price. I want to know the strategy on how to pile the food so high up it defies gravity. It says not to press down on the meats but fuck it, I pressed down so I could smash all the veggies and meats together. I just used a napkin to press down and then hand sanitize and forget it! Clean as clean. I tipped them but didn’t see extra noodles. I had to grab 4 extra plastic bags cause the sauce leaked but no worries, it’s all in my belly now. I make 2 meals out of this and eat it all day. It’s hard working in fast food and these days companies prefer a skeleton crew, now all employers are required to pay for their insurance, etc… I didn’t care the floors were dirty, it was probably from some baby’s milk bottle, not the noodles, etc… Whatever, I go when no one is around.

Food was good, service not so much. 1st time here, asked how to order. Girl behind the counter explained I have to fill a bowl with my choice of ingredients and it will be cooked on a large wok while I watch. Ordered bowl with an iced tea & paid. Came back and asked if my order included rice. no that’s extra. Paid. Watched my bowl of ingredients cook. Sat at a table and went back for sugar for my tea, we don’t have any sugar.? You don’t serve sugar? No. Back at my table, tested the tea… presweetened. great. Realized I didn’t get my rice, went back to the cool. You have to go back to the cashier for that. ok. To the cashier I go. ‘my rice’? Oh, I forgot to reach under the counter to hand it to you when you paid.

First time here & I can’t say it was pleasant. The place was filthy, food everywhere, dirty floors, dirty workspaces. I was worried about sauce cause I’m used to doing my own but was disappointed seeing a worker doing it. I asked for extra & he gave me one & tried to convince me it was enough(it wasn’t). I like a lot of sauce to prevent the use of water. What’s even worse is they used some kind of sauce mixed with water. I won’t be coming back, I’ll go to my usual wok spot.

I was craving Mongolian food and this was conveniently located in the mall. My boyfriend and I didn’t realize it was close to closing time. When we purchased our bowls, we soon realized it when picking our meats and veggies. The first piece of meat I placed in my bowl, I noticed something white. It looked as if it were a molded or rotten piece of meat; pretty disturbing. The workers were nice. The food was pretty messy, but I assumed it was because they were clsoing. In general, I’d much rather go to another place.

By far one of the best Mongolian BBQ. Clean, friendly, affordable, fresh and tasty! For $ 10 bucks you can feed at least 2 adults with a bowl of vegtables and your choice of meat witj a drink, small soup & side rice.

The newly renovated spot is now more expensive then before. I love Mongolian but this is not my favorite anymore. I feel the prices are buffet prices for Mongolian sit down. I’m just not satisfied. The food is always fresh and the workers are still perverts from time to time. The soda has no free refills! Cost co right outside the mall only charges $ 0.60 cents for a cup and unlimited refills. Sorry your not my first choice any more.

This place does get busy, even when it’s about to close. It’s always been a good place to meet my craving and it’s better than other Mongolian BBQ places located inside malls. I’m not sure why though. The service is nothing out of the ordinary, they’re usually there to tell you to not push down the meat… Yea… Meat is the best part! I always double the sauces and don’t be shy to ask for extra noodles. It’s $ 9 a bit pricey but it is a lot of fun compiling your own meal and is a lot that makes it possible to share. When I went before closing they ran out of mushrooms :’-(best part! It soaks up the juice and releases when its in the container. Boo. I’m always coming back here it’s just too good.
