Classy clothes for the big man. Everyone is the store is helpful and polite. If you can’t shop of the rack in the the regular department stores and are forced to buy the XL crap at Target, do yourself a favor and go to DXL. Some dress shirts and pants may be a little pricey but get on their email list and use the coupons…

This place as well as other stores of the same name are little pricey. But i guess its a price you pay because the clothes quality is outstanding and last a long time. That’s important for a guy like me who can’t just buy clothes off the rack

I have never experienced such bad customer service. I am currently on hold(10 min) because they lost my order. It was shipped out on 12⁄16 and I have called everyday and they still have not found it. The manager Bobby is very un helpful and can’t find a resolution. I will never shop here agin!

Horrible costumer service and very rude employees… This happened today Sunday; my partner and I went to look for some clothes and they treated us really bad and they were really rude, the guy was totally ignoring us and then the girl had a horrible attitude. Overpriced store and rude employees… you were out of there in a jiffy… never coming back again!

Welp, we went here thinking it would be mens’ clothes in the vein of Casual Male XL(which this chain used to be). No such luck. You can tell as soon as you walk in, it’s gone up a whole order of magnitude in cost — same types of mens’ clothes, only with more designer labels and brand consciousness. Feels more like a Macy’s or Saks now. At least the name change reflects the new focus, cause there ain’t nothin’ casual about a short sleeved collar shirt for men that costs $ 168. And they do they have a clearance rack. But ultimately what used to be the go-to place for my hubby’s wardrobe basics is now the big and tall store of last resort.

THis has a nice selection of clothes for big and tall. They don’t have much of the less expensive stuff. One thing that is different from other big and tall stores is that they have an in-house tailer, or have access to one quickly, and they will do customization. I guess that’s how they compete with the Internet. The guy I talked to, who may be the manager, was friendly. It’s in a strip mall a half block off Lakewood Boulevard across from the Lakewood Mall.
