Jack In the Box

This is the WORST Jack In The Box Ever… It seems to never fail, no matter how many chances I give them to be better, they always disappoint. Today was my last day going, and I will now encourage military friends and associates to go elsewhere also. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I go I have to ask for fresh food and even then the food still is somehow not fresh, today I circled back and asked for fresh food once again (in a nice manner as usual) and was totally disrespected by none other than the manager himself. It’s really sad that my husband (service member) and I have to drive over 20 minutes away to another Jack In The Box location in order to get quality food and super customer service, when this one is less than 5 minutes away. Please save yourself the time and the money… Go somewhere else!

Second time I have went to this location and have had my order messed up both times. I prefer to have my tacos without that spicy running to the toilet sauce and the gross lettuce mixed with it. Seems to be a pretty hard task to complete even though I told the person twice and they confirmed my order.

I went through the drive threw around 7 pm and I ordered my food which I also included curly fries. They forgot to give my curly fries and I am upset because I don’t make much money and I just wanted a decent meal so I treated myself.

Huge changes made here over the past 3 months. New manager and new staff. The service is a lot faster and the food is good and hot.
Employees look professional and you can tell they care.

I literally just left this jack in the box and the only reason why I am writing a good review is because of the manager. It took too long for our food but man was she on it. I didn’t see her name but she was running the whole restaurant and owned it well. Kudos to her for keeping her employees in check.

I tried to order a burger or chicken sandwich but they shut down the production which isn’t to bad considering it was for cleaning. The tacos still turned out great. The Monster tacos are tasty. This is one of the Best places to eat on this Strip.

So my husband and I were excited when this place opened so close to our home, but were quickly lead to disappointment. Over a half a dozen times in about two months, this place was closed when we pulled up to the drive thru, but could clearly see a crowed of teens /​young adults hanging around.
The staff is often rude, slow and distracted while they are helping you. More often than not, if they are even open, you will wait 15, 20 min for your food.
Then last night happened. We ordered in the drive thru and got to the window. The guy behind the counter had his pants so low, his entire underwear was visible. Not only that but, sorry to sound gross, his underwear were also tucked very deeply into the crack of his behind. He moved around behind the counter, leaning and brushing his underwear against coffee cups, prep areas and other places that food makes contact with. Not only is this disgusting and unsanitary, but unprofessional. I could care less what you wear when you are not at work, but please have the decency to pull your pants up, and for God sake, please don’t rub your underwear on items that will come in contact with peoples mouths! I am still debating contacting a manager, but I am not sure what good it will do. I am also considering contacting the health department.

Better quality then the other fast food joints on this road. Great go to place for breakfast and lunch. Always go for the jalepeno poppers. Breakfast I recommend the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Hash browns that come with are a little on the greasy side. As far as lunch goes, anything you get, you won’t be disappointed with. All in all it’s a great place to get some food fast that’s a cut above the rest of the fast food there.

Mini Churros will change your life… This location is my «go to» Jack. It is fairly new, and I really like the décor. I call this one «Stylish Jack». The food orders have always been correct here –unlike the one in Dupont.– People working in here are very nice. One small complaint is we went in here one afternoon shortly after they opened and the ketchup dispensers were empty, so I asked the girl working if I could get some ketchup and she acted like I had asked her to borrow $ 50 out of her own pocket. Everyone has an off day, and I have not had anything but nice service otherwise,

Very very slow service. Been here a couple times and every time I wait for more than 15 minutes. Nothing «fast food» about this place.
Very rude staff. Not one thank you or anything from them.
The guy that gave me my food had his hands in his pocket then touched my food and put it in the bag.
You’re eating here at your own risk.
The manager was the only one that had manners.
