KFC

They never get my order right. Biscuits are hard as a rock. I don’t know why I even bother coming here anymore. I won’t be coming back. I really use to like KFC now I just feel bad for them.

Yikes. $ 35 for rock hard tiny chicken strips, week old biscuits, and they forgot my dipping sauces. Don’t go to this one.

I wish I could give this place zero stars because they deserve it. I just ordered from them and I called in advance to make sure they still had grilled chicken. They told me they did, so I went over there to order a bucket of grilled chicken and another bucket of original chicken. The cashier tells me that they can only do one order of grilled chicken, thinking that one order meant one bucket. I say okay and I continue with my order. It took 20 minutes to get my order, it didn’t just take long. They messed up my order and gave me such tiny pieces!!! I was suppose to have one bucket of grilled and one bucket of original, but no they gave me one bucket of original with just two pieces of grilled. I told them they got my order wrong and they tell me that they said they can only do one order of grilled chicken. I wish that they told me only two pieces and not one order. That was very misleading. I was so frustrated with their poor customer service. Even when I called in advance they were out of chicken .I would suggest skipping this place and just go to Popeye’s. At least at Popeye’s they have good customer service, bigger chicken, and it’s cleaner.

Just ordered 2 grilled chicken and a 14 piece bucket. I didn’t expect them to give me all small pieces. I understand it’s near closing time, but that’s no excuse to be so stingy about chicken that I paid for. Also with them competing with Popeyes next door and participating in $ 1 deals, you’d think they’d step up their chicken. I’d rather go next door to Popeyes where I can get larger or at least average sized chickens for the price I paid.

The employees are nice and always have a smile on their face. Having said that, they must be understaffed or something because the last time I went, and I do mean last, I waited for my order for a basic family meal combo for 40 minutes. I’ve waited shorter times at actual restaurants, KFC is fast food, 40 just can’t happen.

My boyfriend just went here and ordered the 8 piece family meal at 6:50 pm. He was told that it was going to be a few minutes and it took 40. let me repeat that… 40. Effing ridiculous and my poor bf drove there without shoes because it’s right down the road so he couldn’t go inside. Did they have to kill, pluck and cook the chicken?! I mean jesus.

Cashiers in the back of store talking. Three customers at the counter waiting to order, first customer walks out. I order chicken strips sorry it take 6min to cook, instead I order two piece combo thighs only sorry we only have wings and breasts, don’t waste your money at this store walk across the street to Popeyes .also the bathrooms are nasty

Was hungry and driving through on I5. Stopped at 5:30 Sunday eve for a 10 piece with the family. No chicken, no extra crispy EVER and original in 16 minutes. 16 minutes? Unacceptable. Seemed so odd to not have chicken at dinner time on a Sunday. And the place was empty, so they weren’t out because of a rush… they just hadn’t made any. Went next door to a new chicken establishment instead where we got chicken in 3 minutes. Customer who walked in after us ended up going there too.

This establishment doesn’t even deserve one star. Not only did the woman at the window flip us off while walking bye, but made us wait 10 minutes at the window before coming out and giving is our total. On top of that, our order was wrong.

I understand it’s KFC. But this experience was way out of hand.
As we were figuring out what to order, two cashiers were talking «smack» about the customer who ordered before us. Right in front of us! It wasn’t very nice or professional.
Same cashier. She kept rolling her eyes and giving attitude. Also, while we were eating, the employees in the back were being obnoxiously loud. Bathroom was extremely dirty.
As for the food, my chicken didn’t seem cooked all the way. And it was quite small in proportion. So I didn’t even risk finishing it.
Overall, bad experience. Never coming here ever again.

I have idea why I even checked in here… Uh. they sell chicken with not 10 but 11 herbs and spices. The wings are pretty handy to eat as the Buffalo sauce seems to be under the breading so it’s easy to eat in the car while texing and talking on the phone. pretty handy. p. s. If you ask for chopsticks they give you a strange look.

They have enough grilled chicken!!! My dinner partner and I always have an issue down in LA when it comes to a bucket filled with grilled chicken. They never have enough grilled chicken pieces. Yes, I know the fried chicken is the better of the two, but when we’re in our calorie restricting/​eating healthy mode, we go for the grilled. A bucket of 10 pieces is a little pricey if you ask me. I don’t know if that’s because I’m used to specials like in LA, but it tasted good! The lady taking our order was kind and patient with our inquiries as to whether they have any bucket deals.

Fast AndFriendly

Pretty decent place. Service is as quick as they can make it, cashiers are usually friendly and patient.
However, a long while back I was using the soda dispenser and some black stuff fell into my cup… Not sure what it was but it did make me avoid the place for a while. Went back recently and it’s still pretty decent.

It is what it is… so KFC, I don’t like unclean bathrooms…

I love this KFC. I’m a soldier and came to get some food, I had a little wait and once they saw I was a soldier they gave me my food for free! Thank you all so much!
