Horrible service! I ordered at the window because they were pressing on the mic so they didn’t hear anything through the drive thru and then when I did order I ended up with a burger when I ordered nuggets! On top of that there were fries in a bucket on the floor next to the trash can! Disgusting! The people here need to be re-trained! On top of that when we went in to tell them they gave us the wrong order they were all flustered as if it was somehow our fault! Really! You have one customer and one drive thru customer and you are flustered because we are just asking for the items we paid for. The manager that was suppose to be in charge that night was having a conversation with 2 of his employees just standing there inside of working! I’m sorry but why are you just standing around instead of working you don’t deserve to be paid $ 15 an hour! You deserve to be fire! Hard-working people can get paid $ 15 an hour cause they are making business for the company! Not standing around scamming the company by doing literally nothing! There are other qualified, capable, willing people who would love your job of you can’t seem to manage and multi-task!

Worst ever! Waited in drive thro 15 mins, meanwhile the others lane pushed on Thro.15 min isn’t fast food. second time I went I asked specifically for fresh cooked chicken sandwhich, sure enough it was cold and stale: I said this is cold and stale, the girl Nikki said«I didn’t kno what you meant by fresh». Come on!!!

This McDonald’s is located near the base so they’re usually pretty busy but on the upside your food is almost always fresh. I would suggest not coming to this location during lunchtime if you’re in a hurry. I’ve had a couple instances that where I’ve vowed to never return but overall It’s McDonald’s how much can you really expect

Don’t under any circumstances get their unsweet tea! It tastes like they made it last week and it’s just sat! It’s disgusting! I have given a try a few times just to give them the benefit that maybe it was just a fluke. Nope! The grossest tea I have ever had by far!

If there is a line, get back in your car and go someplace else because they left out the fast in fast food. I understand they’re working as fast as they can so I’m not knocking them for effort, just saying if you’re in a rush, rush out of there. My friend’s order was looked over/forgotten and waited too long while everyone else got theirs. Also, their ketchup dispenser was empty. Boo. Hash browns ain’t hash browns without ketchup.

Talk about slowest service ever!!! Waited 10 minutes for 1 hash brown. Here I am waiting for one simple thing and I see all these other orders including hashbrowns going out. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I ordered from store #15329, KS: 11, Order # 72(total amount $ 7.75) on Sept 14, 2014(Sun) at 12:24am a Large Big Mac Combo, no cheese, sweet tea drink which they asked me if I wanted to upgrade to large fries and drink. I replied, «Yes». I drove up to the window, a very large female employee handed me my food. I checked the bag and the fries were half filled in the large fry container. I asked«Excuse me, ma’am but I believe I was short changed on my fries». She replied, «We didn’t have enough fries»…then she said«oh, McDonald’s fries are small and soggy which they tend to go to the bottom of the french fry container.» I didn’t argue with the employee which I could have but I elected to write my experience on Unilocal and filled out the McDonald’s survey. Good luck with this particular McDonalds.

Nice little pit stop when you’re on your way to Seattle from Portland. Bathrooms were clean and staff got my friends order out quickly.

I don’t usually have huge problems with this location but there is always something. I work on camp Murray and a few months ago came here for an iced mocha. It was 7:00am. I was told they weren’t serving espresso. Wtf okay. Went in again today and ordered 2 egg mc muffins. I was told to pull forward for my order. I then watched the car behind me get 2 bags worth of items and watched while the car behind him received their full order as well. I waited around 10 minutes for two egg mc muffins. The manager brought my food and almost gave me the wrong order. He was very nice and showed compassion for my unnecessary wait and that is why this mc Donald’s gets 2 stars from me.

when they mess up your order and you try to get it corrected they blame the customer. going to the drive thru I ordered a number 15 they said it sounded like 16 when I pick my food up and didn’t want to deal with it kept blaming me for it.

This McDonalds is actually quite nice. They just completely remodelled this location and it’s practically brand spankin’ new. The people in the drive thru are pretty nice and it’s pretty clean as well. The colors and décor are kind of different from most McD’s. It’s bright and kind of livens the place up. It’s wierd because everything else in the town is pretty ghetto, but this McD’s kinda sticks out.

This is the first time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s since they remodeled it from being just a drive thru location. I haven’t eaten from a fast food joint in like a year, but I compromised in order to get some quick ice cream. I should have passed. I walked into the lobby and got slapped in the face with an incredibly overwhelming stench of body odor/funk. As I continued to the front counter, I saw, disappointingly, that their Sundaes have gone up in price. There was a girl in lobby stocking stuff by the soda station, there was a guy in the back with a headset on, a lady in a manger’s uniform floating around, and behind the front counter was a girl also with a headset on. She asked what she could«get started for [me]» like 3 or 4 times, even though I had answered her every time. I thought maybe I was nuts. Finally, she punched my order into the computer, started to make my order, then said something along the lines of «that’s just too much to remember», and walked over to the till by the window — leaving my ice cream to melt. Mind you, it was in the high 80’s inside. A couple minutes later, the girl who was stocking lobby came over and asked if I had been helped. I said, «I think so, but she just walked off. So I’m not really sure.» She took my payment and then went over to finish making my 2 Sundaes, which were rather melted by this point. The manager all of a sudden came over to «help», which consisted of her telling the girl how to put strawberry topping on the Sundaes. She(the girl) put the tops on, grabbed 2 spoons and 2 peanut packets, turned around, and set them on the counter. I looked at the 2 sad globs of melted ice cream in front of me, then looked up at the picture on the menu board, then back down at what was being given to me. She looked at me in bewilderment and said, «this is what you ordered, right?» I looked at the menu board again, then back at what I was being given and said«I guess so.» I picked them up and walked out to parking lot where my hubby was waiting. I took a couple of quick pictures of their crappy standard of quality and then hopped in the truck. By the time I had put the peanuts in mine(both packets because my hubby doesn’t really care for peanuts in his«milkshakes» apparently), he had already DRANK his Sundae. I still used the spoon, but only because I wanted to enjoy it for a little longer than it would have taken to drink it. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because of how nice the new building and parking lot look, which is just what dumpy-looking Tillicum needs.
