I’m fortune enough to work within delivery distance of this location so when I get too busy to go out to get lunch I can have it delivered. It really is freaky fast. 5 minutes tops from the time the order was placed. I’ve ordered about 7 times and they’re pretty consistent with my sandwiches as well. Some delivery drivers are friendly, some are just okay. It wouldn’t hurt to smile!

I have been to a few Jimmy John’s & have used this location once for pick-​up. Today, my fiancé & I decided to stop by for a quick lunch. Although service was fast, I am disappointed by their lack of customer hospitality. I had the «Big Tom» w/​o lettuce or tomato but with avocado & the quality was terrible this time around! The mayo tasted like tomato, obviously they accidentally put some & took it off last minute. The bread also tasted pretty old, unlike at the other locations I’ve been to in Tacoma & Lacey. Ultimately, the sandwich lacked enough meat as well, it was as if they were in too much of a rush to finish making my sandwich which was done in two minutes tops. Overall, this location falls short w/​what I know jimmy john’s is capable of.

consistency is important when it comes to sandwiches. I personally want mine to be the same regardless of the location I go to. You get that with jimmy johns. Not much of a delivery area for this location unfortuately. If you don’t live in Oakbrook, you’re pretty much SOL. Other than that, everything at this particular location is great. The JJBLT is my fave. Tasty subs that are always fresh. Delish!

the whole point of Jimmy Johns was convenience there is nothing special about the food to make it worth a trek… I saw the commercials .you just need to call and they would have it to you before you knew it .and make your harried life come to calm… well we were able to get delivery .we live 3 miles away and that is too far … The store is in a terrible location to stop and get take out .and honestly if I am going to go that far for food? there is a lot better food I can go get… no sandwich is worth the effort this is for us .not a good choice no matter what direction you are going in for drive through and the parking sucks besides by the time you think of it you are past it anyway .this was not a great place to put food that is for sure. getting food there is not an easy option getting it delivered they said past 2 miles or 4 minutes and they couldnt deliver. I will make a sandwich thanks !

Their delivery area is like 0.1 Square blocks! I’m off 112th I could fucking Pogo stick my ass there in under five minutes! but noooo I’m «out of area» lol!!! our house is usually filled to the brim with sandwich loving hungry drunk people. you will not be seeing any of our money and repeat business. Also forcing us to drive to Jersey Mike’s hope you feel good about yourself Jimmy…

I’m so disappointed with the #10 roast beef sandwich. The meat was dry and the bread was old. The service was great and fast. But subway has better sandwiches. Not planning on going back

This Jimmy John’s location is super convenient, and the staff is so friendly! I have been to the store once, and had it delivered to work 3 times since they opened. They’re delivery system is great! They have you pick a 15 minute window, but mine has always been right at the first minute. Rain or shine, and no delivery fee! I will be ordering many more times! Thank you Jimmy Johns for having an awesome delivery system.

Gotta get me my sammich maaaan and no one does it live more so than my boy James John. The Vito is what it is and service is quick. So if you have 39 seconds, a five dollar bill, and the desire to graduate from university of subway… go get dat Jim j, young blood.

I’m so excited that this location opened! I am a new fan of JJ and when I left California I was sad that there wouldn’t be one close to home. Now there is and the best part is that there’s a drive-​thru!
Some may complain that the sandwiches are plain and nothing to rave about but that’s what makes it a great business model. Simple, easily executed menu. Anyway, for me, less is better nowadays. The bread is soft and fresh, they pack on the main ingredients that I like– Lettuce, tomato and mayo. That’s all I really need. They will add peppers and cucumbers if you ask too.
Friendly, young, hard working staff. Give it a try.

Not impressed.
1. The menu doesn’t have much on it.
2. No napkins, straws or lids were available
3. Staff completely unprofessional as 1 «manager» was chasing a «driver» out the door for a as he was going on a delivery
Wont be back.
