KFC

Ordered two meals to go. First meal was a four piece wing meal with coleslaw. Specifically asked if wings were fresh. We were told yes the wings had just come out of the fryer. Second meal was a chili cheese dog with fries.
Waited twenty minutes. Nothing. Asked where our meals were. Cashier looked for our ticket and found it on the floor. She then told my wife that she would start our order after she helped the next customer in line! !! We waited another twelve minutes before we received our food.
We talked with the manager and she explained that they were
staff. She offered us a free piece of cake for our trouble! We said no thanks and left.
Drove home to eat our meals. My wife’s meal was not a four piece wing meal, it was a four piece meal which only included one wing. My coney cheese dog was ok, but my french fries were cold and stale.
What a total waste of time and money.

Arrived on 12 March at 1:35 PM. Was going to order their Nashville hot chicken. I needed at least 24 pieces and knew that It would probably take a while. They never asked how many pieces I wanted all they told me was if you want the Nashville hot I would have to wait 20+ minutes. I chose not to stay. And I don’t think I would ever return. I know how long it takes for KFC to produces a batch of chicken in there pressure fryers. By the way the restaurant was not busy at that time a day. They spend all this money to advertise that product on television it seems like the management is not behind a promotion. Oh well maybe Churches or Popeyes or some other fried Chicken location will come up with the product similar

Insulted went to the drive thru no grilled chicken! They offered all kinds of sides or wait 30 minutes! I asked for original all breasts had no problem paying more some scumbag comes on the mic and says FU and says his manager has his back. I put my truck in 4 wheel drive jumped the curb and said screw you! The piss ant behind the drive through is very lucky tonight! He will be unemployed this weekend! If he isn’t then stay away from this dump unless you just feel like getting into a fight!

This place stinks! Everything from the service, food, overall atmosphere. It’s just too bad they can’t ever get it right. I’ve tried few times and I’ve had issues every single time. Stay clear from this KFC, surprised they are still in business. Like the Burger King down the street, this KFC should shut its doors also.

This location consistently provides freshly cooked and tasty chicken. And I go there frequently. Never disappointed!

Place really does smell like poop and BO. We walked out because we felt gross being in there. NEXT!

Besides convenience, this KFC is awful. I hardly walk in, so I have no comment regarding treatment of customers from that vantage point, but things are taken care of on the outside. The wait through the drive through is astronomical. They rarely, if ever get my order right. It’s really sad to me to see such poor reviews and to see no improvement in the many years I’ve been coming here.

The places smells like someone took a shit in the middle of the store On a weekday it shouldn’t look this way. No exceptions. We ordered a famous bowl and had to wait in the shitty smelling place for them to make the corn. The employees goofed off and played around the entire time. My honest opinion. I would NOT come back not would I recommend this place to anyone

I had the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Between the time I paid and was told my food would take 3 minutes they lost my order and I was left to sit for 15 minutes. When I was finally able to get someone they had no information about my order. I was never even apologized to abd by the time the food got to me it was cold. I will never be going to this location again.

Do not ever go here! I went there 2 times and both times I had a bad experience. The first time I went there I was told that I needed to wait for fresh fries to be cooked. I was OK with that so I waited about 15 minutes and I waited for nothing. I still got cold old fries. The second time I went I decided to get the fried chicken, well they didn’t have any. They told me it would be 20 minutes before there would be any fresh chicken. So I decided to get their chicken strips. That was a bad idea, they seriously were hard and tasted that they have been sitting there since yesterday. Their soda was like soda water and it seemed they were too lazy to change their soda machine. My boyfriend got a burger from there as well and he got 2 bites into his burger and bit into frozen uncooked hamburger. We couldn’t finish our food and threw their nasty food away. Don’t waste your money at this nasty place. Oh, by the way, the manager was the one serving us, and she didn’t even know what was going on… Smh

Super good for a Kentucky Fried, and I believe it was the manager, wish I would have paid more attention to his name, we waited outside for the food, it was cooking fresh, he brought it out to us piping hot, just well mannered young man, excellent customer service, excellent food, thank you,.

I came here recently and got a chicken meal with cheese curds and a root beer float. Growing up in Wisconsin, I know cheese curds better than anyone in this city so I was excited to have the hometown treat. They burnt them the first time so had to cook them again. They were OK at best. Definitely not fresh. The chicken I ordered ended up being very dry and barely edible. The saving grace here was the root beer float. This is the one thing that is hard to screw up, and they didn’t. It was mixed to perfection and was just what I was craving, or maybe it truly was terrible and with the rest of the food being mediocre at best it just tasted like it was the best thing ever. I’ll go back and decide that on another day.
For the record, I’ve been to other locations and it wasn’t this bad. This particular location just isn’t very good.

Friendly Cashiers is a plus. Keeping the line moving even a bigger plus. And that its close to my job great. Hard to Decide between KFC and A&W though on some days. I seen they had 2 burgers in a meal for 5.00 Not bad at all. So i thought.
The burgers tasted microwaved, and i Did see them come out of a microwave. The cheese was melted to a point it was goop and no longer cheese. Im unsure as if the burgers even touch a grille. The bun was hot too BECause it just came out of the Nooker. It was edible but Honestly And I hate saying this. I think Mcdonalds would of been a better choice. But then some of A&W’s burgers rock.
From now on though Ill stick to KFC and A&W for Rootbeer and Floats. The Fries too were Mehhh and a little to crunchy.
