Hmm… I told my daughter to let the staff know that they’re out of sweet tea. The lead and the rest of her crew started to make jokes and giggle like little children. Sad how several generations has gone to pitts…
If you want to amount to anything, it takes maturity and responsibility. Yep… it’s called doing your job.
I’m definitely not hating because McDonald’s was my first job as a teenager.

Nothing special about this McDonalds in comparison to other locations. It is cheap and fast when you’re on the go. I must say that as customer service goes they are trying to be decent. I had a long wait there during lunchtime and they threw in a couple of free items for my trouble without me saying a word.

Very unprofessional and the worst customer service! Pulled up to drive-​thru at 10:58 and proceeded to wait until exactly 11:00 where they then finally came on and said «we are closed now.» Nothing else… very rude!

POOR customer service. My buddy asked for honey mustard and the manager from the back yelled «no cause you didn’t get nuggets». He offered to pay and she still said no, not looking at him once. An employee finally gave him the sauce for .27 cents. Very very rude.

I am deeply saddened by the lack of cheese and ham on my Egg Mcmuffin. I was so looking forward to enjoying it. It is a simple step, an important one in making this type of sandwich!

Not the best and not the worst, customer service is friendly, fries are terrible here every time I got them it’s always cold and it’s overcooked. Just needs an update to the store since it looks like a hole in a wall…

Went here because it was one of the only places near my work location in Lakewood. The dentist I was working with wanted a milkshake and they actually didn’t have any I’ve cream. When I asked them how long it was going to take they told me 2 hours. That’s crazy! They didn’t seem to really care either. Losers!

Every time I have been to THIS Mcdonalds they have messed up on my order. From missing cheese to a cheeseburger to not adding sauces (eg: big mac sauce, buffalo sauce on the buffalo bacon burger etc)
I like my French fries fresh & I don’t mind waiting but unfortunately I wait about 5mins & the fries come out cold an old with some fresh ones mixed in. The pies are always hard & on the occasion I will get one with the «sell by time» sticker literally ripped off. There are employees that aren’t very friendly and employees that smoke right outside of the door. There’s a vast variety of what your experience might be, I just hope it’s better than mine.

There was a bit on SNL’s Weekend Update about how McDonald’s is going to upscale its restaurants to better compete with Starbucks as a place to hang out and enjoy their latte. Seth Meyers pointed out that people don’t go to ‘hang out’ at McDonald’s; people ‘wind up’ at McDonald’s. How true!
When really hungry and pressed for time, a couple of $ 1 sandwiches are good ‘enuff. I just try not to ‘wind up’ at McD’s too often!
